A burglary took place in YSRCP MLA Roja’s residence located at Manikonda in Hyderabad yesterday. Roja reportedly complained to the Madapur police that jewellery worth Rs 10 lakhs has been stolen from her house.
Police swung into action immediately after the complaint has been launched. In the preliminary investigation, they have questioned the house workers and examined the CCTV footage. The enquiry is currently underway.
As the house has been locked for the past 10 days, police suspect the robbery could be an outsider’s deed.
