Whatever be the publicity spin that TRS media spin doctors might give, his Delhi tour ended up as an eye-opener for CM KCR. He has realised that some of his best kept secrets are now in the possession of the Central Government and that the Centre has raised several crucial queries on the Detailed Project Reports of various irrigation projects of the State Government.
Based on these DPR, the Centre has asked very searing questions and KCR found himself at his wits end. He was reportedly flabbergasted to know that the DPRs, which were kept in the digital locks of Pragathi Bhavan were in the possession of the BJP. The Godavari River Management Board’s pointed questions on the third TMC of Kaleshwaram project have unnerved KCR. It was then he had realised that the DPRs were leaked to the Centre.
These DPRs are kept in the Pragathi Bhavan. Given the tight security and highly regulated entry into the Pragathi Bhavan, no outsider can get access the DPRs. So, it must be an insider job. Given the fact that only highly trusted and loyal officers and politicians are allowed into Pragathi Bhavan, only those who have access to the digital keys can make copies of the DPRs.
One part of the Pragathi Bhavan has KCR’s office and staff, while the other has KTR’s office and staff. So, is there a mole in Pragathi Bhavan? This is KCR’s biggest worry these days. Sources say that KCR suspects some IAS officers who have recently come back from Delhi. The probe is on.
