Raghurama Krishnamaraju wrote a letter to fellow MPs in the state. In it, he described the aftermath of his arrest. Raghurama asked for their support beyond the parties in the upcoming parliamentary sessions.
He alleged that for the first time in the country, the police used the third degree on an MP. However, many MPs were surprised to see MP Raghuram’s letter.
Congress MP Manikkam Tagore described the Jagan government as a Hitler regime. Tagore also posted Raghuram’s letter on Twitter. Many MPs believe that the police attack on Raghurama needs to be condemned.
However, Raghurama seems to have refused to respond to letters written to MPs. Recently, Raghurama held talks with Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on the same issue.
