Released yesterday amidst a lot of expectations, Akhil’s Mr Majnu was off to a decent start at the box office. The film is particularly good in major cities and A centers. The film opened to average crowds in the noon shows and showed steady growth as the day passed by and registered full houses for the second shows.
With a good word of mouth and Republic Day holiday, Mr Majnu is expected to post very good numbers today. The morning shows and the advance bookings for the evening and night shows are quite good. Mr Majnu registered a day 1 share of over Rs. 3 crores in both the Telugu speaking states.
