Every relationship has its little storms, and for Akkineni Naga Chaitanya, one came in the form of a nickname. On Jagapathi Babu’s talk show Jayammu Nischayammuraa, Chaitanya shared a playful yet memorable moment with his wife Sobhita Dhulipala. The affectionate nickname “Bujji” once sparked a few silent days between them, proving that even small things can create waves in love.

Chaitanya explained the misunderstanding with a smile. Sobhita had been upset, thinking he had asked the director to include “Bujji Thalli” in his film without her knowledge. “Why would I do that?” he laughed, recalling the moment. For him, it was a gentle reminder that disagreements are part of a real relationship. “A relationship isn’t real if the couple doesn’t fight,” he added warmly.

He also opened up about how their romance began. Their connection started casually on Instagram, when Sobhita commented on a post about his cloud kitchen. From that online interaction grew real-life meetings, and after two years of dating, the couple quietly tied the knot in December 2024 at Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad.

In a rapid-fire segment, Chaitanya confessed without hesitation that he cannot live without Sobhita. “I wouldn’t trade my life with anyone else’s. I’m happy where I am,” he said. Off-screen, his personal life is thriving, and on-screen too, Chaitanya is shining. His recent film Thandel became his first ₹100-crore hit, marking a celebration of both love and professional success for the actor.
