Naga Chaitanya is busy wrapping up his upcoming film ‘Love Story’ directed by sensitive filmmaker Sekhar Kammula. The recently released promo of Ay Pilla from the romantic-drama struck the right chord with the viewers and Chay’s soul-stirring expression when leading lady Sai Pallavi kisses on his cheek out of the blue has hit the bull’s eye among the youth.
Meanwhile, on Monday, the 33-year-old Akkineni hero took to his social handle and termed ‘Velipomaake’ from Saahasam Swaasaga Saagipo as one of his most favourite love songs ever. He even asked the Tweeple to send their favourite romantic numbers with the hashtag #myfavlovesong.
As expected, Naga Chaitanya’s wife Samantha Akkineni was among the first celebrities to reply on the post. She posted ‘Ee hridayam’ from Ye Maaya Chesave as her all-time favourite love track. ‘Chi La Sow’ fame Sushanth also followed by backing Sam’s choice of ‘Ee hridayam’ as his favourite too.
Starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi in lead roles, the shooting of Love Story is on the verge of completion. Chaitu is playing a Telangana guy in the Sekhar Kammula directorial and he is expected to speak the local dialect too.
Meanwhile, Sam has recently completed 10 years in the showbiz world. Her debut film “Ye Maya Chesave” opposite hubby Naga Chaitanya was released on February 26 exactly a decade ago. After wrapping up the second season of ‘The Family Man’ and enjoying the critical acclaim for ‘Jaanu’, she has signed Vignesh Shivan’s Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal alongside Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara.
