We already reported that Nagarjuna Akkineni’s Annapurna Studios has bagged the distribution rights of Kollywood star Karthi’s upcoming film ‘Sardar’. The movie will be released by the prestigious studio in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The same was announced by the Annapurna Studios on its Twitter handle.
Sharing the tweet, Karthi wrote, “When I’m with @iamnagarjuna garu he has always made me feel good about myself. Now knowing he’s there backing my film makes me feel stronger. @AnnapurnaStdios to release #Sardar in AP and TG this Diwali!”
In reply to the Kaithi actor’s tweet, Nag wrote, “Dear @Karthi_Offl my brother!! Always cherished the moments I spent with you and looking forward for more!! You are going to rock tammudu!! god bless!!”
Directed by PS Mithran of Abhimanyudu fame, the action thriller movie is being produced by S Lakshman Kumar under the banner of Prince Pictures. It stars Raashi Khanna as the female lead, while Rajisha Vijayan and Chunky Panday are the other prominent cast. Sardar is getting ready for its theatrical release in Telugu and Tamil for Diwali, 2022
