Nagarjuna graced the pre-release press meet of the upcoming fantasy adventure Gatha Vaibhavam, set for a theatrical release on the 14th of this month.
Speaking at the event, Nagarjuna shared his excitement for the film, saying, “Ashika has been telling me a lot about this project. I’ve always had a soft spot for stories based on reincarnation. My first experience with the theme was through my father ANR’s Mooga Manasulu. Out of the same passion, I did Janaki Ramudu with Raghavendra Rao, and both those films became memorable hits. Reincarnation is a theme deeply embedded in our culture. I’ve heard Gatha Vaibhavam beautifully spans across four generations. Dushyanth is making his debut, and I wish him all the success. Ashika is a talented actress, and with the makers of HanuMan distributing the film, that’s a big plus.”
Debutant Dushyanth expressed his gratitude, saying, “When you meet some people, your respect for them only grows. Nagarjuna is one such person. His Shiva is being re-released after 35 years, and yet he took time to support our film—that speaks volumes about his character. I’ll always cherish ANR garu’s smile in Manam.”
Actress Ashika Ranganath thanked Nagarjuna for attending the event and said she hopes Gatha Vaibhavam becomes a major success upon its release.
