Yesteryear superstar Krishna is one of the biggest actors in Tollywood. His legacy can never be forgotten and he is a man who never shied away from experiments all through his career. Krishna has been in the film industry for nearly six decades and gave everyone Mahesh Babu is one of the finest and handsome star heroes in India. He brought in a lot of new technologies to the Telugu film industry.
On the occasion of his iconic film ‘Mosagallaku Mosagallu’ completing 50 years of its release, the veteran had a candid chat with Sakshi. He shared a lot of interesting trivia about the movie and remembered those days. Apart from the film, he spoke about his family which caught the interest of many.
Speaking about his elder son Ramesh Babu, Krishna stated, “Ramesh Babu had to pick a few bad subjects because of which he could not make it big. After a point, he completely lost interest in acting and decided to produce films.” He clarified that there is no rivalry between the brothers and claimed that Mahesh is ready to act under Ramesh’s production any time.
Talking about his daughter-in-law Namratha Shirodkar, Krisha revealed that she doesn’t interfere in Mahesh’s work. There is an assumption that Namratha involves in every story discussion and looks after Mahesh’s PR and brand endorsements. Some people even claim that she decides the remuneration of Mahesh. Krishna said, “She is a housewife who takes care of her children and family. She does not involve in Mahesh’s movies or his work. She mingles well with all my daughters and we share a good bonding.”
Namratha first met Mahesh Babu on the sets of ‘Vamsi’ in which Krishna played an important role. Mahesh and Namratha got married in 2005 and they gave two kids named Gautham and Sithara.
Coming to Mahesh’s upcoming film, ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ is written and being directed by Parasuram. In form star music director Thaman is composing the tunes for this film. The audio rights of this prestigious project were bagged by renowned audio label ‘Saregama South’. As we know, Thaman gave super hit albums to Mahesh Babu like ‘Dookudu’, ‘Businessman’ and ‘Aagadu’. Mahesh and Thaman are working together after a gap of over six years. This film is produced jointly by Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus and GMB Entertainments banners. Madhie who worked on movies like ‘Srimanthudu’, ‘Mirchi’ and ‘Saaho’ is the cinematographer while Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor. This pucca commercial film is getting released on 13th January 2022. The shooting is currently going on in Hyderabad and it is made on the corruption in the banking sector.
