After scoring flops with flicks like ‘Nenu Na Rakshasi’ and ‘Na Ishtam’, Rana move to some character-artist roles including that of villain Ballaladeva in magnum opus ‘Baahubali’. But he has lineup a series of flicks including Andala Rakshasi fame Hanu Raghavapudi’s Kavacham and Parasuram’s Chuttalabbayi to star as a hero. But things are not working out it seems, Hanu has now moved on to direct hero Nani in his next.
Insiders revealed that Rana’s Kavacham is what Nani will star in, but our hero’s acquaintances revealed that it’s a new story. ‘Nani has now given up signing experimental and upbeat cinema. He just want to pick commercial entertainers’, the source said.
