Natural Star Nani is all set to arrive with his maiden pan-Indian venture titled ‘Dasara’ on 30th March. Directed by Srikanth Odela, this film is a raw and rustic action drama and the teaser got a positive response from all corners. The two songs that come out generated a very good response as well as there is a good buzz over this flick in South India as well as North Indian circuits too.
Sources say that Nani is taking the promotions aspect of the movie very seriously this time. Apparently, he is dedicating the entire month of March to various promotional activities across the country. Usually, Telugu stars spend one week or ten days for promotions but Nani is aiming to grab a nationwide market with this flick. If sources are to be believed, he will be touring cities and speaking with media from different languages along with taking part in special interviews and shows as well. Let us wait and see how things turn out in the next month.
Keerthy Suresh is the heroine in this movie. Dheekshith Shetty plays a key role in this movie while Samuthirakani, Sai Kumar, Zarina Wahab and others play key roles. Popular Tamil composer Santosh Narayanan scored the music and Naveen Nooli is the editor while Sathyan Sooryan ISC is the director of photography. Avinash Kolla is the production designer.
Nani’s ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ ended up as an average film on the commercial front while ‘Ante Sundaraniki’ failed at the box office. The success of ‘Dasara’ is quite crucial for Nani and he has put his entire trust on a debut director. Let us wait and see what happens.
