Nara Lokesh, the IT and HRD Minister of Andhra Pradesh, has been actively working to attract investments and improve the skill development of the state’s youth. In a major boost to the skill enhancement initiative, Lokesh has welcomed Microsoft’s decision to set up a training facility in Andhra Pradesh.
