Niharika Konidela Shares Her Diet and Fitness Secrets

Actress Niharika Konidela, renowned for her slim and glamorous appearance, has opened up about her current diet and fitness routine. While she admits she typically does not follow a strict diet, she is presently committed to one.

Niharika’s diet consists mainly of eggs, chicken, and diet biryani, repeated across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Even her smoothie regimen is fixed, with a blueberry-banana blend as her go-to choice.

On the fitness front, Niharika shared that after experiencing some weight gain earlier, she adopted regular gym workouts, which have now become an integral part of her lifestyle. “Exercise is not just about losing weight for me. This is my way of life now. While I may change my diet in the future, gym workouts will always continue,” she said.

Following her separation, Niharika initially stayed with her parents but now resides alone in a separate flat. She makes it a point to visit her parents every couple of days and enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially after her brother Varun Tej recently welcomed a child.
