Young Tollywood hero Nithin has been eagerly waiting for a solid hit after a series of underwhelming performances. After scoring big with A Aa and Bheeshma, Nithin struggled to deliver another blockbuster. Films like Maestro received mixed responses, while Macherla Niyojakavargam and Extraordinary turned out to be commercial disasters.
Even a promising collaboration with Venkatesh in Robinhood fell short of expectations, and his latest release, Thimmudu under director Venu Sriram, was a major flop. These back-to-back setbacks have affected Nithin’s market value, and now he is determined to get back on the hit track.
As part of this effort, Nithin is reportedly joining hands once again with Vikram K. Kumar, the director who gave him the blockbuster Ishq. The new film, tentatively titled Swaari, has already been locked in for production. According to sources, the movie will not only feature high-octane sports action but also explore relationships and human emotions, with Vikram placing special focus on the emotional core of the story.
Having previously propelled Nithin back to the top with Ishq, Vikram K. Kumar is expected to guide him to another hit. The film is being produced by Niranjan Reddy of Hanuman Productions. In earlier interviews, Nithin mentioned that if the story connects well with the audience, this movie has the potential to be a proud addition to Tollywood.
Since this marks the first collaboration between Nithin and Vikram in several years after Ishq, expectations and hype around the project are naturally high. Fans are eagerly waiting to see if this reunion will once again place Nithin firmly on the hit track.
