Rumors have been swirling around NTR’s much-anticipated film Dragon, with speculation suggesting that the project had been put on hold midway. However, the film’s team has remained tight-lipped about these reports, maintaining only that the movie will proceed as per the announced schedule.

According to reliable sources, the delay was caused by creative revisions, as certain portions of the shoot reportedly didn’t meet the expected quality standards. Consequently, all the sequences featuring veteran actor Nasser were scrapped and will be reshot to match the director’s vision. The team has also made significant script upgrades, ensuring that the narrative aligns better with audience expectations and the grand scale envisioned by director Prashanth Neel.

The latest update indicates that Dragon will resume shooting from the third week of November, with major portions planned across picturesque European locations. However, it’s still unclear whether NTR himself will participate in this specific schedule.

Insiders also reveal that NTR requested minor changes to his look and certain sequences in the second half, ensuring that his character presentation remains impactful and distinct.

These positive developments have reignited excitement among fans, who were growing anxious about the project’s progress. With the film now back on track, expectations are sky-high. If all goes as planned, Dragon could hit theaters sometime in 2026, marking yet another massive cinematic spectacle from the blockbuster combination of NTR and Prashanth Neel.
