Sources reveal that Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor and Telugu superstar Ram Charan have been roped in for an upcoming Pan-India movie with a Kabaddi sports theme. The movie will be directed by Sana Buchhi Babu, known for his directorial debut ‘Uppena’, and will have AR Rahman composing the music.
Janhvi Kapoor, who made her debut in the South Indian film industry earlier this year, will reportedly play the love interest of one of Ram Charan’s characters. The makers considered several actors before finalizing Janhvi for the role.
Insiders reveal that Ram Charan will be seen in a double role in the movie, and Mrunal Thakur, known for her work in ‘Sita Ramam’, will also appear in the film alongside the RRR star. However, an official announcement about the movie or its cast is yet to be made, and fans are eagerly waiting for more details.
Meanwhile, Janhvi Kapoor is working on her upcoming movie, NTR’s 30th film, directed by Koratala Shiva, known for his blockbuster movie ‘Srimanthudu’. The actress has reportedly demanded a whopping Rs. 5 crore as her remuneration for the movie, which is higher than her Bollywood remuneration of Rs. 3.5 crore.
