In the film industry, it’s common for critics and fans to draw comparisons between movies. While some comparisons may hold merit, many are baseless. Recently, discussions have surfaced comparing Pawan Kalyan’s latest release, OG, with Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly. Director Sujeeth recently addressed this topic in an interview and clarified the situation.
Sujeeth explained that director Adhik Ravichandran had not even begun writing Good Bad Ugly when the OG teaser was released, which clearly debunks the comparison. He praised Adhik’s work and mentioned that both directors have been in touch for some time.
Sujeeth also highlighted that some critics intentionally make unnecessary comparisons to create controversies. “We are all striving to deliver the best films for our stars. Good Bad Ugly is a fantastic movie, and working with Ajith sir is a huge achievement for Adhik. He has followed my work and even messaged me during the release of Saaho. I also watched his first film, Trisha Illana Nayanthara, and appreciated it,” Sujeeth stated.
He emphasized that such comparisons are irrelevant and assured that they will have no impact on OG’s reception.
