After taking a pause from films, generally, heroines look at character roles such that they could extend their career for a couple of years. While some excelled in such roles, some are just out of the scene with one or two films.
Right now Mumbai beauty Bhoomika Chawla became a talk of the town for the kind of signals she is giving to the tinsel town regarding her choices. Apparently, she has shot to fame after Pawan Kalyan’s Kushi turned an epic blockbuster and worked with all big stars for the next 5-8 years. Later she got married to yoga guru Bharat Thakur and was out of the scene.
Though Bhoomika made her comeback with Nani’s MCA, definitely offers are not pouring for her as the flop show of films like U-Turn and Savyasaschi resulted in a slow down. However, if her latest photoshoot is anything to go by, the 40-year-old wants to do heroine roles it looks like.
When Kareena Kapoor, who is a year younger than Bhumika, is still doing those hottest heroine roles, why shouldn’t Bhumika pull off such is the question of her fans. Will Tollywood embrace her as a glamour star now? Only time has the answer.
