Cyclone Hudhud turns Vizag crime free
People may be blaming severe cyclone Hudhud which hit steel city Visakhapatham so strong leaving entire communications disrupted and lakhs displaced leaving many homeless.
However prison officials say cyclone hudhud turned vizag into crime free city. They say in a positive effect for the last five days there were no crimes reported in the city. Atul Singh commissioner of police said they registered only few FIRs at the 23 police stations and that only due to deaths, property thefts or damages related to cyclone.
Even prison officials announced that there were zero remands and bails since Sunday. A.Narasimha DIG Prisons (Coastal Andhra Range) said the situation is same at the four jails in Srikakulam and Vizainagaram districts.
Citizens Fell In Love With CM
Most of you would agree when we say that the word politics is nowadays coming attached with a prefix ‘dirty’. Yes, the rate at which our politicians and leaders have corrupted the system and continue to do so has frankly taken away the faith of the common man in the very aspect of a good leader and bright future.
However, things are changing in our country. A Prime Minister with a vision is currently going about doing his job and Telugu people are fortunate to have someone like that before him. He is none other than Chandrababu Naidu and right now, the people of Andhra Pradesh and especially Vizag and north Andhra have fallen in love with him.
They are saying “Naidu is toiling night and day to ensure life gets back to normal. He is not sparing anyone who is showing complacency. Prior to elections, he earnestly asked for one chance and now that we gave him that chance, he is sticking to his word. We are really fortunate to have him as our CM and we hope others can take a leaf out of his book and bring the change.”
New Separate State Coming Up
It is an open knowledge to everyone on how the new state of Telangana was formed and you may call it political interest or lack of scientific evaluation, the price is being paid by the Telugu people in both states. Anyhow, before that dust can settle, talk about another new separate state is coming up.
Reports are trickling in about the possible formation of a Vidarbha state from Maharashtra. This is likely to happen if BJP comes to power. Apparently, the Saffron brigade has been bent upon creating the new state from a long time and their opponent, the NCP has been insisting on a unified Maharashtra.
The other challenge for BJP if they intend to do this would be the opposition from their long standing but now broken ally Shiv Sena. At the moment, if a BJP candidate from Vidarbha becomes a CM, it could be tough for that person to explain policies as it would be looked from Vidarbha as a separate state perspective. Now, whether creating a new state is beneficial for the Marathas or not remains to be seen.
Hero Happy For Jayalalithaa’s Release
The people of Tamil Nadu are breathing a sigh of relief. The cause for that is the release of former CM and AIADMK chief Jayalalithaa but the reason for that is, the state saw some heated weeks of tension and arson. Amma as Jaya is fondly called, got support from many groups and one among them was the Kollywood circuit.
While they expressed solidarity with Jaya, now a hero has come forward to share his happiness on a public platform. He is Vaibhav Reddy and here is his tweet- ‘Amma is back:))) Madras is happy with showers.’
The city has been experiencing some rains which cooled down the temperatures in the city. But more than the weather, it is the delight of having their favorite leader back. But at the same time, some are commenting Vaibhav may be celebrating because his movie will now release without any hiccups. For the record, Vaibhav is the son of noted director/producer Kodhandarami Reddy.
TRS govt to change the color and logo of RTC
Telangana chief minister KCR has shifted his focus towards developing the RTC transport system and he’s ordered another new 1000 additional RTC buses across the newly emerged state. He arranged a review meeting with Transport Minister Mahendra Reddy and other RTC officials saying they need to ensure that RTC never gets any losses.
He has ordered to change the color and logo of the RTC buses that are mostly likely to symbolize the color of TRS party. KCR has assured that contract drivers will be regularized presenting them a Diwali gift. The CM has ordered to purchase 500 buses instantly and another 500 in few more months.
Media Used Her Name For TRP?
The ideal role of a media establishment is to ensure that truth is given to the common man. But in India, the definition of media has changed in the last few decades. It is more about molding it as a business entity and a source of clout for getting works done. So, the root for generating revenue out if it is through TRP.
In an attempt to get those TRP ratings, media entities tend to come up with different ways and means. Here is one such example. It is known that power star Pawan Kalyan met the thirteen year old girl Sreeja, a patient of terminal tumor. Everywhere, a lot of hungama happened not just for PK’s act but also for the name of the girl.
In the first moment of hearing the name, many got reminded of Chiranjeevi’s daughter. It was only after few moments they realized that she is actually ‘Make A Wish’ Sreeja. Her last wish is to see Pawan Kalyan. Akin to his nature, Pawan has given two lakhs, few toys and spoke to the doctors about her well being. He also promised to meet her once she recovers. While this was happening on one side, Sreeja’s name was highlighted strongly by the media for TRP rating for obvious reasons.
Naidu Govt Encouraging Gangsters!
Affirming that the TDP Government has been encouraging gangsters and criminalization of politics, YSR Congress has said that the recent incidents in Ananthapuram vouch for the fact that faction feuds have returned to the district with a minister’s son playing havoc and building up private army to settle political scores.
“We have been time and again warning of such a situation but recently, the ruling party MLA openly saying that Minister Paritala Sunitha’s son has become a law unto himself while the police force has become mute spectators speaks of the anarchy prevailing in the district,” party spokesperson Vasireddy Padma told reporters here on Saturday.
Playing the video clipping to the media in which Ananthapuram MLA Prabhakar Choudhary was seen complaining to the police against Paritala Sriram who has been organizing unruly elements in the name of Yuva Sena to settle political scores and the police turning a blind eye to such developments, she said, “ever since TDP came to power, political vendetta has been on the rise and it was the TDP MLA who has been complaining against the minister’s son which will vindicate our earlier statements.” We will explore all options to keep the situation calm and stop attacks on political adversaries, she said.
Ponnala, Jana To Go Soon!
Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president Ponnala Lakshmaiah and CLP leader K Jana Reddy would be replaced soon, if one were to go by the predictions of Rajya Sabha MP Palwai Govardhan Reddy on Saturday. Speaking to media persons in the Assembly premises, Palwai claimed that AICC President Sonia Gandhi had already made up her mind to replace both the leaders. He said while Jana failed to prevent the exodus of Congress MLAs to other parties, Ponnala had been a failure since his appointment as the PCC Chief.
He said no leadership exists in the Telangana Congress and that was the reasons why legislators and other leaders were joining other parties. He said that the party needs young and energetic leadership to make a comeback. Speaking about Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, Palwai said that KCR has been trying to take credit for the schemes originally launched by the Congress government. For instance, he said that the Nakkalgutta project in Nalgonda district was initiated during Congress regime.
Similarly, it was the Congress Government which approached the BHEL to set up power projects. However, KCR is taking full advantage of Congress party’s failure to properly highlight its achievements and strengthening himself. Describing KCR as a failed CM, he said instead of working for public welfare, he was busy strengthening himself.
Venkaiah’s Publicity Stunt!
Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu has been doing everything possible to show that he is quite close to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In Goa for a meeting of chief whips, he immediately flew into Vizag when he heard of Modi’s trip. Prior to that, Venkaiah did not bother to come to console those who lost everything due to cyclone. Also, he got on to the special craft along with Modi and went off to Delhi with him.
Once in Delhi, he leaked the story to his friendly publications and got coverage saying that he accompanied Modi. He also said that Modi was impressed by the resilience of people in Uttarandhra. Venkaiah added that he applauded the leadership qualities in Modi. Well, Venkaiah surely knows how to turn a situation in his favour.
Mahesh There… Charan Here
Overseas, Mahesh is undisputed king. Even his flop films make million dollars effortlessly. Barring Pawan Kalyan, none of the top Telugu heroes give any competition to him. And like Mahesh in overseas market, Ram Charan has complete hold over the Ceded (Rayalaseema) market. Of the eight films Ram Charan acted in, five films have got Rs 7 crore market share in the area.
Since no other hero holds such a record in this region, one can imagine the following he has there. In fact, for the recently released Govindudu Andari Vaadele, Charan managed to get Rs 7 crore share. So one can only imagine the response here if does a mass film. On the other hand, Mahesh has a rather weak following here. Only three of his films managed a market share of Rs 6 crore in the area. Ironically, Ram Charan is very weak in the overseas market.

It is tiring but given his enthusiasm and commitment at 64, we can not refuse him”. Chandrababu is residing in a bus parked at the collectorate for the last one week.
