According to highly-placed sources, Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan is going to do the Hindi remake of Telugu blockbuster Attarintiki Daredi. Rumour mill is abuzz that SRK is too much in love with the family entertainer ever since he watched it. 

SRK apparently invited writer-director Trivikram Srinivas to Mumbai and the latter obliged and narrated the story to the Bollywood superstar a while ago, say sources. SRK was too much impressed with Trivikram’s narration and has given a go ahead.

Reliance Entertainments Pvt Ltd, which co-produced Attarintiki Daredi in Telugu, is likely to produce the film in Hindi as well. However, this is not SRK’s first Telugu remake as earlier he had acted in Shakti: The Power, Hindi remake of Telugu film Anthapuram. Krishna Vamsi had directed SRK in the film and SRK was seen in a short role. It’s been a while SRK has done a family entertainer in Bollywood and the 48-year-old is now keen to reprise Pawan Kalyan. So, if all goes well SRK is going to step into the shoes of Pawan. This is certainly big news for all Pawan fans. 

Music launch of young and dynamic Nara Rohit’s latest flick ‘Rowdy Fellow’ witnessed a galore of TDP ministers, leaders and supporters gracing their presence. This is going to be the first ever presence of bifurcated AP’s first ever CM N Chandrababu Naidu at a filmy event.

And here comes the surprise. As expected, Paritala scion, late minister and TDP leader Paritala Ravi’s son Sriram has made a splashing entry at the audio launch of ‘Rowdy Fellow’. Somehow his presence radiated huge energy among the audiences present at Shilpa Kala Vedika. A modest Sriram kept his speech simple and made it sound like a fan’s voice from heart.

‘We’ve always worshipped NTR as an icon. In the present moment, we regard Nandamuri Balayya as our hot favorite. I expect Rohit anna to take blessings of NTR and Balayya for his film’s success’, said Sriram, driving hysteria among Nandamuri and Nara fans.

“Negative titles became prevalent these days. Director Krishna Chaitanya showcased a positive story with a negative title like ‘Rowdy Fellow’. Even we too resort to such ‘negative’ strategies to create ‘positive’ buzz in politics”, said AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, while unveiling ‘Rowdy Fellow’ music.

He avers that all of his stress has gone due to the claps and whistles of Nandamuri and Nara fans at the auditorium. Blessing Nara Rohit for his hard work and dedication towards movies, Naidu advised that TDP cadres and movie lovers will never get disappointed with ‘Rowdy Fellow’. “Movies need to have a message along with entertainment quotient.

Society needs it. Earlier NTR has given fantastic messages with his flicks, and Telugu people should take a leaf from his history”, Naidu concluded. Before signing off, he thanked fans for keeping hope on Nandamuri and Nara families for both politics and entertainment.

Who will be more dynamic ‘rowdy’ than a police officer with power in hand? If not for a ‘negative’ title there would be no better ‘Rowdy Fellow’ than a sincere and honest police officer dedicated towards his job. And here comes Nara Rohit’s latest flick that is carved by none other director turned lyricist Krishna Chaitanya. ‘Jantuvuluki cheppali.. manushulni adagaaali.. nalontodini brathimalali..’, says Nara Rohit, opening the teaser of ‘Rowdy Fellow’.

Comparing the silence of a dumb man and a poor-fellow, director Krishna Chaitanya has indeed targeted his arrow at the wrongdoers of the society projecting ‘Rowdy Fellow’ as their savior.

Probably this rowdy carries a big ‘message’ for the masses apart from the entertainment. Rowdy Fellow’s spell binding music is composed by MR Sunny, while beautiful Visakha Singh is playing the lead lady in the movie. Also songs of the flick are looking promising, as the audio enchanted and visuals have a different tinge.

In spite of offering the lips for a sweet kiss in ‘Power,’ hero Raviteja could not do much difference to the career of Regina cassandra. The film which was released last week has done a stunning opening business giving the lost charm for Raviteja but did not do anything marvelous for glamorous heroines Hansika Motwani and Regina who were a part of this big budget project.

Regina is rated as a rare combination of beauty with brains. She has offered remarkable performances in past for medium budgeted films besides budding heroes like Sundeep Kishan, Allu Sirish and others. The recently concluded SIIMA awards in Malaysia was nothing short of a great festival for the cine folks and one exciting thing for them was the presence of megastar Chiranjeevi. Chiru came for SIIMA awards in Malaysia but there is something intriguing. Hyderabad to Malaysia has a single flight and all from Tollywood came in the same flight.

They were feeling proud that they are travelling with Chiru but he was nowhere to be found. All were wondering how did Chiru come to Malaysia but here is the secret. After everyone got in, the curtains of economy class were closed and the executive class passengers were allowed. Then Chiru was brought in from somewhere.

Only those in executive class knew about his presence and that too they were just 18 seats. Chiru also had his entourage. After landing, they were sent first and after ten minutes the rest ie economy class passengers were made to exit. By that time they went through VIP checking and exited. Same happened when the flight came from Malaysia to Hyderabad. That’s why nobody could see him. When Chiru was minister he had good rapport with the Malaysian authorities so he got VVIP treatment. 

The most awaited Telugu film of the year, Aagadu is all set to hit the marquee on 19th of September. Censor Formalities were completed and the film is on schedule to create sensation from the midnight of 18th Sept. Expectations are pretty high and fans are expecting this movie to break all the existing records.

Every poster and trailer of Aagadu is raising hype on the film and it looks like 14 Reels have a sure shot winner on hands. What is the buzz on the film among industry circles? As per sources, first half of the film is highly entertaining with superb dialogues and comedy scenes. There will be a shocking twist revealed at the interval point that will raise expectations on the second half.

However, our sources said that second half is bit flat and less entertaining compared to the first half. But there is enough in the film to take the box office by storm. Aagadu could do commercially well in spite of average content, as per our sources. Decent talk is enough for Mahesh Babu to pull off a monstrous hit. There was no safety for women in Hyderabad and it was already proved many times in the recent past.Once again a ghastly incident took place in Posh locality of Hyderabad and according to reports a delivery boy of flipkart molested a maid at the home. The incident took place in house of Mili Srivastava, a working woman.

When Mili was not at home and the accused came over to make a delivery and allegedly molested her maid.Mili Srivastava, questioned Flipkart management fuming over their irresponsible attitude in failing to track down their delivery boy who allegedly molested her maid servant. A case is also filed in Banjara Hills Police Station.

Ms Srivastava facebook post reads, “Another incident of molestation and violation of a woman’s modesty goes unnoticed. My maid was molested by a #flipkart delivery boy on Saturday. 48 hrs since, despite all the calls and requests to the company no response, let alone action against the boy who came to my house to deliver the order. When will we have a safe India for women????

As we look for the answers as a nation, one will make sure this is not repeated and the #flipkart stands up to not only selling products but owning up to the incident. Akhil Akkineni joins the celebrities endorsing PETA – People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. The organization involves Celebrities to promote the cause of kindness to Animals. Several Tollywood and Bollywood celebrities does photoshoots for PETA in supporting their cause.

Telugu Film industry has sent Akkineni family’s Manam and Minugurulu as official entries from Telugu to Film Federation Of India’s Screening Committee. The Committee will watch the entries of all the film industries in India and will decide up on one official entry to the Oscar committee. The committee members are expected to decide up on India’s entries for Best Foreign Language Film and forward the list to Oscar Headquarters.

The next Oscar awards is the 87th edition and will take place on February 22nd, 2015. Manam is the last film of Thespian Akkineni Nagaeswara Rao. The film has all the three generations of Akkineni family and it ended up as one of the classic films in Tollywood. The movie also amassed 38 Crore in its full run making it the biggest hit ever for Akkineni family. If Manam manages to impress the screening committee, it will become the first Telugu movie ever to be nominated to the Oscars from India in the Best Foreign Language film.

In fact, Tollywood is hardly interested in things pertaining to awards. Big film producers do not send in their entries for any awards. In fact, in 2012, ‘Eega’ had to be rushed in so that there will at least be one Telugu entry to be considered to be selection.  In the previous year, Mithunam, Sri Jagadguru Adi Shankaracharya, Amma Niku Vandham and Chadhuvukovali were nominated from Telugu.

But India’s screen committee did not select any of the films. Film director N Shankar was in the Oscar selection committee of the Film Federation of India last year. The committee has selected “The Good Road” as India’s entry for the best foreign film category of the Oscars for 2014.

Lokanayakudu Kamal Haasan who is currently busy shooting for Drushyam remake Paapanasanam has been admitted in hospital. According to sources Kamal Hasan suffered from food poisoning and was admitted in Apollo Hospital, Chennai. 

Hospital sources said that he was treated for food poisoning symptoms and his condition is stable. He will be discharged either today or tomorrow. His office sharing information said he will join the shooting from Tomorrow. 

Earlier there were rumors that Kamal was detected with neurological disorder. However hospital sources rubbished all those reports. Hospital sources are tight lipped about Kamal’s situation.
