Nara Lokesh opines Ego is destroying Telangana

Twitter wars and Facebook tiffs are becoming rampant. And the latest entrant is TDP leader and MLA Nara Lokesh.The young leader has hit out at TRS rule again. In an acerbic attack, Lokesh took pot-shots at Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao for ego. Satirically, Lokesh stated that the ego is destroying the development of Telangana.

Nara Lokesh today lambasted Telangana Government for ignoring AP govt proposals on power crisis.He found fault with KCR for not buying from neighboring Telugu state. “What’s the reason behind KCR & Co. not buying power from AP? Ego? This ego is what’s destroying TS…really sad!,” he fumed.

This is not the first time Lokesh irks KCR with his satirical tweets.Earlier also Lokesh said Telangana CM has always tries to spread the hatred instead of thinking about Telangana state development. Lokesh also reiterates that KCR has no foresight for the development of the state. He made it very clear that TDP will deliver development in Telangana as well.

TS Government isn’t showing interest in purchasing power from AP Government instead, Chief Minister planning to purchase power from other states such as Neyveli (Tamil Nadu), Dabhol (Maharashtra) and Jhajhar (Haryana).

Case against Chakri’s family members

Late music director Chakri’s wife Sravani, filed complaint against seven of her family members in Jubilee Hills police station. Police after receiving complaint, registered FIR against the seven members. Eversince the sudden demise of Chakri, ugly differences regarding his property surfaced.

Chakri’s wife Sravani sometime back approached State Human Rights commission and complained against her in laws. She in a letter alleged that her in laws and Chakri’s sisters didnot even allow her access to her belongings.

However SHRC didnot admit her complaint. Sravani finally today approached Jubilee Hills police station and lodged the harassment case against family members and police accepted the case. Sravani complained torture from her inlaws for money.

Eternal beauty Aishwarya Rai, who stole the hearts of many giving sleepless nights ever since she became Miss World in 1994 says Bikini doesn’t suit her. Aishwarya speaking at the launch of Lo’real new make up range expressed happiness at Miss World organizers scrapping bikini event from the competition.

Julia Morley, Chairwoman of the Miss World contest in Dec 2014 announced their decision to exclude bikini round saying that it doesn’t do anything for a woman or to them.

Aishwarya shared her thoughts said even she felt she didn’t have the fittest beach body. She said when she became Miss World she knew that she was not having the best beach body of all the 87 contestants.

Gopala Hurting Hindus? Complaint Lodged

Pawan Kalyan, Venkatesh much awaited multi starrer Gopala Gopala released across the world today in a grand manner. Film which is a remake of Bollywood’s Oh My God is attracting viewers for its thought provoking dialogues and powerful social message.

But a police complaint was lodged against the film for its objectionable content. Raghunath Rao filed complaint against the film at Saifabad police station alleging some scenes in the film are hurting Hindus.

Earlier VHP conducted protests against the film release and even met censor board urging them not to give censor certificate.

If you think that the mark of a successful music director is just by coming up with chartbuster tracks and melodious tunes then it is not so. A music director also needs to be in good books of the star heroes to sustain. This is something the noted music director S S Thaman is good at.

As per many in the filmnagar circles, Thaman is one man who knows how to please the big heroes and now he has proved it once again. So far, he has worked with young top heroes such as Mahesh Babu, Allu Arjun, Jr NTR and others. Now he has been roped in for the 99th movie of Nandamuri Balakrishna. So far, in the top league, it is Devi Sri Prasad.

And now, Anup Rubens is also getting into that league thanks to ‘Manam’ and ‘Gopala Gopala’. But irrespective of competition, Thaman is unfazed and he is doing his thing. In terms of count of films, Thaman and Anup will share the top slot in future. It would be interesting to see how Thaman will compose tunes for Balayya’s project.

When you become a filmmaker, you would notice that making one film would take you at least three to four months to say the least. And we are talking about a small budget film. So, you can imagine how long it takes to make big budget flicks. But there is one man who is defying all such rationales.

He is none other than the eccentric genius Ram Gopal Varma and the cine circles are wondering if he is a human or robot. The reason for that is, RGV is currently on his toes with not one or two but a total of six films in different stages of making.

The only question haunting everyone is ‘How is he able to do that?’. And before you can figure out the answer here is another twist. A noted young music director Munna Khalsi has reportedly announced that he is going to associate with RGV for one more project.

Which is going to be this one? For the record, the six films are ‘Sridevi’ ‘Golusu’ ‘Spot’ ‘365 Days’, a film with Sachiin Joshi and another one with Amitabh Bachchan.

Standing Ovation for Pawan in Gopala Gopala Theatres

Finally, the D-day has arrived. After a lot of back and forth, finally Pawan Kalyan-Venkatesh’s Gopala Gopala made it to theatres on Saturday, Jan 10. Already several special shows and benefit shows were screened. The unanimous response to Pawan Kalyan in all these shows is the talking point.

Especially when Pawan is introduced in the film, whole theatre stood up and gave a standing ovation to the star and it’s he who carried off the film throughout since there. Fans whistled, clapped and made deafening sounds as Pawan entered and it stayed for a while.

Often fans stood up in theatres to see their “God” in the Lord avatar of Krishna. “Even fans of Venky said to have stood up and gave standing ovation for Pawan. The response for Pawan was amazing and much bigger than the expected,” shared an eye-witness.

The situation is not so different at several such shows in other cities. Since this is his next film after blockbuster Attarintiki Daredi, movie lovers chose to respect him with standing ovation. That’s Pawan Kalyan for you folks!

TRP ratings once again proved that ratings of programs are unpredictable. Everyone expected King Nagarjuna’s popular reality show Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu to lead the TRP ratings hands down. However Nagarjuna and the show organisers got shock when the ratings are announced.

With just 15 hits in 2014, Alludu Seenu with 16.9 rating stood first. At the same time Nag’s MEK as new year special on Dec 31st got just 3 rating, Dhee Juniors which was telecast at the same time got 7 rating shocking even experienced people. MEK TRP ratings is surprising everyone.

Only the 6th episode got 6 rating. 3rd episode got 3 plus rating, 2nd episode got only 4plus rating according to sources. Bellamkonda Srinivas, son of Bellamkonda Suresh’s debut project Alludu Seenu which turned out to be a average grosser on silver screen, got highest TRP ratings when Gemini screened as premier show.

Ever since Venkatesh teamed up with Pawan Kalyan for Gopala Gopala (remake of Oh My God), it’s drawing a lot of attention than usual. It’s not just because of the first-ever combination of Venky-Pawan but it’s because Venky teaming up with Pawan soon after sharing screen space with Mahesh Babu in Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. Naturally comparisons are drawn between both the films.

Trade pundits, fans of Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan are closely watching every moment of Gopala Gopala as whether it’d beat SVSC or loses to it. Adding to this, Gopala Gopala too arriving on Sankranthi eve like SVSC.

So far, fans of Mahesh were a bit disappointed as the first look poster of Gopala Gopala and trailer of GG topped the trends on social networking pages unlike SVSC but yet they haven’t given it up and waiting for the final result of the film which play crucial role.

Anisha Ambrose made her debut with Alias Janaki starring Venkat Rahul, who also belongs to Mega Family. Despite getting favorable reviews for her performance and looks in Alias Janaki, Anisha didn’t get any offers in Tollywood.

Similarities Between Rajapakse & KCR’s Rule

We know what you are thinking but then social media and Facebook has been buzzing strongly about similarities between the outgoing Sri Lankan president Mahinda Rajapakse and the Telangana CM KCR. Firstly, both men have been involved in family ruling with their kith and kin in key positions.

Secondly, Rajapakse stood as a leader for an issue on behalf of the Sinhalese and fought against the Tamil rebels LTTE. And now thinking he would get absolute victory, he went in for midterm polls and tasted defeat. Coming to KCR, many feel he is also in a kick that Telangana votes are permanently reserved for him.

But future is going to be different. The discussions reveal though Rajapakse has done a lot of development he has not focused on welfare. Even NTR/YSR went ahead with Rs 2 rice scheme and that’s why they sustained. So, it is not just development but KCR should also focus on welfare, employment and winning people’s confidence.

Praising Nizam who went against Komaram Bheem, creating dissent among local Telangana groups is not a wise thing. Though the comparisons on social media are on, KCR and team should take this as the cue and make sure that such errors don’t happen.

Mass raja is one bankable hero who cares about his producers a lot. Similarly Hindi hero Akshay Kumar is also highly renowned for his marketing strategies. And, there is an interesting comparison between these two self style heroes.

Check this out. Irrespective of the fate of his films at box office Akshay Kumar makes sure that he will deliver at least 2-3 entertainers for audiences every year. Even Raviteja used to be the same in Telugu film industry, but series of flop like Veera, Nippu, Daruvu and Sarocharu have pushed his aggressiveness into back burner.

Last year he delivered Power, only after delivering a hit like Balupu one year prior to that. Probably producers and distributors feel happy if Ravi comes up with 2-3 films in a calendar year rather going with one film one year strategy.

Anyway for 2015, interestingly mass raja is having two films lined up. In a couple of months his comic caper ‘Kick 2’ being carved by Surrender Reddy will come up for a release. And Sampath Nandi’s ‘Bengal Tiger’ might also hit cinemas by year ending.
