As expected, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is not going to pose for the family picture along with big brother Chiranjeevi, son Charan and brother-in-law’s son Allu Arjun. Mega fans will not get any glimpse of this mighty moment as their favorite Janasena president will not be present.

Indirectly, makers of ‘Pilla Nuvvuleni Jeevitham’, the accidentally first releasing second flick of hero Sai Dharam Tej, have confirmed that Pawan Kalyan’s ‘blessings’ are available for today’s audio launch function of the movie. Megastar Chiranjeevi is arriving as Chief Guest to unveil the music, while Ram Charan and Allu Arjun add up to the list of red-carpet walkers. So what is the reason for Pawan’s absence? 

Post launch of Janasena party, Pawan never posed with his big brother Chiranjeevi, though both claimed many times that political stand and personal life are quite different. Some say that he is getting treated for back-pain, while few add he is feeling shy to face Chiru in public. Whatever it maybe, Pawan’s blessings for ‘menalladu’ have arrived.

ABN channel’s ‘Open Heart with RK’ has won several hearts and has gained huge popularity for airing most candid, blunt interviews. Till date, the channel has interviewed film personalities, political leaders and celebrities of various diaspora. Now the latest buzz is that the channel team is making grand preparations for its landmark 250th episode which will air on coming Sunday. 

Unlike before, ABN channel is keeping the chief guest of the programme under wraps to generate curiosity. According to sources, hero Ram Charan who is riding high with the success of Govindudu Andarivadele, is the guest for this 250th episode of Open Heart with RK. 

The episode is expected to be interesting as several controversies engulfed Charan in the past like road brawl with two software engineers, Dasari’s recent statements etc. More over, it’s also likely to feature Charan’s bonding with his babai Pawan Kalyan, his dad Chiranjeevi’s 150th film and subsequently his political failure, above all his off-screen love story with Upasna Kamineni. It’s buzzed that Charan will open up on several issues like never before. Let’s wait and see. Stay tuned.

‘Gabbar Singh’ maker Harish Shankar is said to be eyeing Nikhil for his next movie. Supposedly our dashing director is to make a movie with mega hero Sai Dharam Tej under Dil Raju’s production. Discussions are happening and gossips are coming out, but this flick is actually not taking 0ff. sensing this delay, Harish wants to move to another hero and production house it seems. 

As Harish appreciated Nikhil to the core after watching ‘Karthikeya’, Film Nagar started buzzing that probably his next flick is with the dynamite hero. This is Telugu Film Industry and no film is actually a film until it moves to sets. Let us see!!

What is Jr NTR saying these days? ‘No routine stories and mass-scripts. Bring me something innovative’. What is Ram Charan demanding? ‘Subjects with better logic, drama and reach’. What is Mahesh looking at? ‘Commercial ingredients sans formulaic stuff’. If these are the demands, what are our writers doing? 

Obviously the bunch of big writers in Tollywood are not able to convince these stars like Charan, Mahesh and NTR with their formulaic stories laced with heroine’s glamour and Brahmi’s comedy. Troubled by their demands, many writers are said to be buying DVDs of various foreign films. You might ask, when every cinema is available on internet for download, why do they buy DVDs?

Point is that all the latest movies from English, French and Korean tinsel towns are being watched by everyone nowadays. Only if these writers buy DVDs of film released in 1990s, then they could find an unnoticeable ‘inspiration’.

Celebrating the New Year on the eve of Diwali, some rated that ‘Happy New Year’ has blockbuster written all over it. But few felt that to make merry of another festival on some other festival day is fun but never serious. It seems like King Khan is going to pick back every single penny he has spent, but that is because of his gigantic image, not due to any happy content inside his latest release. 

Amidst huge hype and hoopla, Shahrukh Khan’s latest flick ‘Happy New Year’ got released the other day. While the opening day collections are going to be earth shattering for sure, film looks routine and rustic. Undoubtedly we have to say that collections are peak, while content is quite weak. Except huge star-cast, grandeur and glamour, there is nothing director Farah Khan could really offer, says Bollywood’s finest critics. 

A diamond chase of a bunch of crooks, led by Boston University educated SRK happens to be the core story. As usual Farah gave huge preference to entertainment, but forgotten about actors, characters and script. No doubt, the film looks fun for critics, as they don’t find it funny enough to tickle youths.

When it comes to film rights, they are of different types such as satellite, dvd, internet. Satellite rights are meant for TV channels. DVD rights don’t really work for small movies but are applicable for big ticket flicks. The third is internet which is online rights. Now, the third one is coming into focus these days. 

Many big banners such as Annapurna, Suresh productions, Geetha Arts have set up their own youtube channel and putting up movies produced by them. And then there are few producers who are buying movies from other parties and putting them in Youtube channels and making money. 

Apparently, few film producers who made one or two flops are selling their films at throwaway prices because that would fetch them something. But big banners are not doing that. Going forward, that is the only property which will remain and they are aware of that. So, those producers who are planning for higher number of movies are putting their own youtube channel and uploading them accordingly. That way, they get maximum revenue and it becomes like a pension scheme for them.

Bollywood hero Aamir Khan is renowned for his perfection on silver screen and that is the reason why he is hailed as Mr.Perfect in Bollywood. Currently he is starring in PK under the direction of Rajkumar Hirani. 

Aamir sometime back shocked with the near nude first look poster but was forced to withdraw after the controversy it created. Aamir speaking at the teaser launch of the film once again shocked all by revealing that he had to chew paan continuously to get the new look desired for the film. 

He said he used to chew around 100 paans and even a paan man was made available on the sets of PK. He said paan man used make paan and offer him after every shot. Film stars Anushka Sharma opposite Amir Khan.
