Mamta Is Out Of Danger

Beautiful actress Mamta Mohan Das who is battling with cancer for the third time is out of danger at the moment. Currently she is getting treated in Chennai as cancer re-attacked her after a while though she got treated for it a couple of years back.

Way back in 2010, Mamta got attacked by cancer, Hodgkins Lymphoma, for the first time. The actress made sure that none of her producers know this situation and used to wear wigs to complete her film shoots while undergoing chemotherapy. Later Mamta got her health restored, and married and is doing well. But in April 2013, the cold-blooded evil has once again haunted her, followed by her a divorce from her husband. Afterwards she moved to Chennai for treatment under the support of her parents. The actress says that all these incidents happening in her life made her rock steady and more determined.

It is really a surprise that Mamta sang a song in Nagarjuna’s Bhai even though she is just recovering from cancer treatment. Right now she is hearing to few scripts from Malayalam industry and will be getting back to shooting spot in a while. Mamta Mohan Das celebrates her birthday today (November 14th), ManaTelugu.in wishes her an energizing day.

The recent Home Ministry task force which had toured Hyderabad headed by Former DGP of Tamil nadir Vijay Kumar has reportedly recommended that Marri Chenna Reddy Human Resources Development Institute at Jubilee Hills be made the secretariat for Seemandhra administration.

This will be for a period of ten years in case the joint capital proposal gets final approval. Sources say that the task force had surveyed many buildings in Hyderabad and finally gave their nod for this building.

This has spacious 375 air-conditioned rooms and is located over a 45 acre campus and also has a helipad and modern communication facilities and infrastructure. Jubilee hills area has reportedly been categorized as a safe destination in case of any violence in future.

Sources say that the existing secretariat near Tank Bund will be the seat of power for new Telangana state and if there are no last minute surprises then this institute which also houses the Centre for Good Governance will reportedly function as secretariat for residuary state of AP.

Vishalandhra attack stuns Sonia!

Vishalandhra- this was the word which was coined by Telugu intellectuals that wanted to unify Telangana and Andhra regions as one state which was later called Andhra Pradesh and the dream was realized in 1956.

To this day, there are publications in Telugu with this name but after Telangana agitation picking up once again, this name has become a platform for people seeking United AP. Currently this is being led by Parakala Prabhakar and other intellectuals.

Till now the group was only confined to few meetings and debates in Hyderabad and frequent appearances in new channels as panelists. But recently the group created a ruckus in the capital New Delhi. This was like a wakeup call for Sonia Gandhi.

Hundreds of Vishalandhra activists marched in Jantar Mantar and also attacked the headquarters of Congress party in Delhi and police struggled very hard to save the Congress office. Every time when there is search for heroine in either Mahesh Babu or Pawan Kalyan’s film we get to hear that Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone is in race for it. We have heard Deepika’s name for 1 and Gabbar Singh 2. But as per Deepika, no one from Telugu film industry has approached her.

“Why would I not sign a Telugu film if they give me offers?” Deepika asked our media people when they questioned her about rejecting offers with Pawan and Mahesh. Young hero and senior heroine were locked in a car over 12 hours while shooting for their film. The duo in question is none other than Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor. While shooting for Karan Johar’s Gori Tere Pyaar Main, Imran and Kareen were stuck in a car for nearly 12 hours due to a landslide on their way from Mumbai to Wai.

This took place before shooting the song Naian for the film in Wai. Director Punit Malhotra himself spilled the beans. Apparently, he also made shooting miserable for the stars by making them go across a huge rock and stand on the edge of a cliff for a shot.

That’s not all. Imran and Bebo also traveled for three hours for the location just to shoot for an antara (single line in a song/ single verse in a poem) in the song. This is the kind of hard work Bollywood actors go through and look at their dedication towards acting and films. We hope this inspire our T-town actors and change their working style. Not that all of our stars don’t do hard work, but majority of our stars choose to work in comfort zone and play it safe.

Tamanna hopes for similar kind of magic to happen for her.

Shinde not sure on T bill before 2014 election

Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Monday was non-committal on whether a Bill for creation of separate Telangana will be tabled in the coming winter session of Parliament but said the process will be completed within the current tenure of UPA government.

‘I can tell you that the process for creation of Telangana will be completed during our present tenure till 2014 in the government,’ Shinde told reporters during his monthly press conference here.

The Home Minister also said he met the Secretaries of various central ministries of water resources, power, finance, rural development and human resource development in order to thrash out issues related to divison of assets between the proposed Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

He said Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Kiran Reddy has not met him yet and hence he could not comment on the latter’s stand on the bifurcation of the state.

Asked whether there was a move to control the police and law and order machinery of Hyderabad by the central government for a certain period of time, Shinde said the proposal was under consideration and no final decision was taken.

Dhanalaxmi reacts on RGV

CBFC regional officer A. Dhanalaxmi has finally broken her silence. Ending years of reticence, she responded to the allegations on her leveled by ace director Ram Gopal Varma.

Varma had alleged her that she has harassed him, caused financial loss and over stepped her authority and used abusive language.

Refuting the above charges, Dhanalaxmi said that she acted against the film as it has names close to real life persons. “We directed the filmmaker to replace the names of characters in the film as they relate to real characters. We acted against the film after receiving a memorandum from a news channel who claimed that Varma has used the name of its channel’s CEO.”

She said that Varma could have knocked the door of revising committee rather than stepping the steps of court. Dhanalaxmi said that each movie would be screened by a committee comprising of five members of censor board including her. So, decision to suggest cuts in the film lies with five members of the jury but not with any individual.

The moot point is the manner in which she treats producer/directors. How she could not allow more than one film to be screened per day? And how she claims to watch each and every film that applies for censor approval. However, Dhanalaxmi has not answered to any of these questions and they remain unanswered.

CBN Plan: Telangana for Beta, Coastal for Baap

From the timing that failed for others is fetching for the fortunate Chandra Babu Naidu now. As he gave the letter in support of Telangana, he is claiming that he is in favour of Telangana. At the same time as a fighter who has got very much concern about the Seemandhra, he is claiming himself a Samaikyawaadi. This way Chandra Babu is “going ahead” now. As he is going ahead with the renouned mantra ‘Alaa Munduku pothunnam’ fetches to be positive for him, he is going to establish his reign on two regions. For this his strategy is very simple.

Chandra Babu made his son Lokesh as an incharge of Telangana party affairs. There are so many rumours that soon Lokesh would contest from Sherilingampalli which he can claim to be a Telangana area. But most of the the voters there are high-tech like Chandra Babu. Hence the victory for Lokesh would be very easy. Then he claims to be the floor leader from Telugu Desam from Telangana. All the leaders who are dreaming for the next position after CBN like… Yerrabelli Dayakar Rao, Mothkupalli Narsimhulu would be just kept aside then.

Any way by fighting for the justice of Seemandhra people, tomorrow if Chandra babu could win the trust of Coastal and Rayalaseema people and get substantial votes, he would emerge as a floor leader there. Then in the above circumstances, if the state is bifurcated and the TDP could be with a comfortable number of MLA seats then… Lokesh would be the CM of Telangana state and CBN would be the CM of Seemandhra. If the bifurcation does not take place, any way the Chief Minister would none other than Chandra Babu only.

Here is a small other possibility. As a person who ruled the wide united Andhra Pradesh for two terms, if Chandra Babu does not like to rule a comparatively smaller region Seemandhra, then he may make Balakrishna or any other person whom he consider to be the man who never back stab Chandra Babu would become CM. In this way all the Chances are for Balayya Babu only. This way one Mr. Lokesh Babu and other Mr. Balayya Babu will keep the reign of Chandra babu.

Who ever the Babu may be ultimately the only and Actual Babu, who is going to rule is Chandra Babu. This might be the strategy of CBN.

Samantha Confirms Chaitu’s Arrival

Once Samantha reveals something on her micro blogging site, they have come true in all cases. It could be recalled that it is Samantha who revealed the name of Pawan-Trivikram movie as ‘Attarinti Daredi’ long back. Also she is the first lady to confirm that she is out of Ram Charan’s Yevadu due to some creative reasons.

After getting huge applause for her frank revelations, Samantha is now saying something about a halted movie. She stated that Naga Chaitanya’s ‘Auto Nagar Surya’ shooting is resumed and the movie is all set for a release in December. Though we are hearing news about this flick quite a lot in the recent days, none is getting belief. But with Samantha’s confirmation they are saying that Auto Nagar Surya’s auto got that diesel filled in its tank.

ANS is being directed by Deva Katta and features Naga Chaitanya in the leads. The movie got halted due to unknown reasons from a year or so. Let us wish this time Naga Chaitnanya will have no looking back.

Mahesh and Pawan are still not interested!

A regional hero can’t just be happy with the market he has in his region. Every hero needs to explore new waters and expand business. Tamil heroes are always try to get a grip on South Indian market and even Bollywood heroes are doing their best to get as much out of SIM. Barring very few youngsters, our heroes are not keen on doing this.

Any film with a superstar in it cannot be made under Rs. 50 crores now. Recent biggies Attarintiki Daredi, Ramayya Vastvayya were made with a budget of over 50 crores and Mahesh Babu’s 1 budget estimate has already crossed Rs. 65 crore going by the reports. When such big money is involved in a film, it is important for the hero to try his hand at other markets.

Superstars like Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan have not shown interest in other markets at all. Even after being there for around fifteen years, Pawan and Mahesh are still not interested in expansion of market. Even NTR also is not in to this and when young heroes look up to these stars as an example, they don’t see the importance of exploring new business areas. Hope the big stars of Telugu Cinema realize what they are missing and take necessary measures. Better late than Never!
