When the distance between Naidu and NTR grew, Jagan’s fans announced that they will support NTR and his films but his last two films such as Dammu and now Ramayya Vasthavayya couldn’t achieve real success and even Baadshah’s performance was so so..

Now his fans are asking whether NTR is being ignored even by Jagan just like Chandrababu and whether his films are not being promoted by his fans. In the process did he lose the fan base in his caste too. Though these are just speculations, then what exactly is the truth?

Linguswamy is a very good commercial director, who has great command over mass elements. He has made many hits in Tamil, which were also successful in Telugu. Run, Pandem Kodi, Aawara were few of Linguswami’s hits in Telugu. His films like Anandam and Vettai were remade as Sankranthi and Tadhaka and both were successful. Linguswamy has been trying to expand his market by making a movie with Telugu superstar.

He recently met and narrated a single line story to NTR, who is impressed with it. NTR who has been chasing directors that delivered hits in Telugu has agreed to work with Linguswamy for a change. ‘Though the result is not of expected range, Ramayya Vastavayya is a commercial hit that awards me some profit’, said Dil Raju, adding that there are many reasons for the negative talk. ‘Actually people expect family entertainers from our banner Sri Venkatewsara Creations. As we have got reputation for such film, that became drawback for Ramayya. Though they felt first half is superb, in second half they got upset with action, and dose of violence’, he asserts. Also he felt that expectations on director Harish Shankar are also another cause for negative talk.

‘After Gabbar Singh, expectations are huge on Harish and he met them in first half of Ramayya. Audience enjoyed new and never before kind of NTR’s characterization, but got disconnected in second half as Harish hasn’t reached their expectations’, Dil Raju said. ‘With days passing, audiences are calling first half as superb, and second half as good. That will give good profits to us in no time’, he concluded.

When asked about the selection of actress Nadhiya for the pivotal role Atha (paternal aunt) to Pawan in the film, director Trivikram was all smiles.

He shared, ‘After narrating the story to Pawan, his immediate question was who will play the Athar role. I said it’d be Nadhiya. Pawan had given his nod immediately. We have roped in her two years before we start the shooting of the film. By then, she had done only a Tamil film and Nadhiya hadn’t signed even Mirchi. I told the whole story to her over phone and she said okay and I said that I’ll ask her dates once our schedule is planned.’

Writer-director recalled, ‘As soon as Pawan saw Nadhiya on sets, Pawan said our choice was perfect. But while shooting scenes with Nadhiya, I used to laugh out loud due to her dialogue delivery. Since she wasn’t perfect in Telugu, I’d used to laugh whenever she tried to mouth dialogue. Nadhiya complained to Pawan garu that she can’t do the scene if Trivikram is there on sets. Then Pawan took over the charge and sent me out and he directed the whole scene. I came after a while and saw the output and said okay.’

Manchu Vishnu stated the other day that he will remake ‘Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari’ movie if Charan shows no interest in it. ‘If Charan fails to take up Jagadekaveerudu remake as a legacy, then I will get into that shoes for sure’, said Vishnu. No doubt, Mohan Babu will be producing this movie even if Vishnu is the hero of the flick. In that way, people are saying that Mohan Babu has eyed on Chiru’s blockbuster movie directed by veteran K Raghavendra Rao. For now we have seen Vishnu’s thoughts, but it will be interesting to see if Mohan Babu too feels that he should remake that movie.

But all these pep talks are surely worrying Mega fans who are out there waiting to see Charan get into Chiru’s suit at least with movies like Khaidi, Gangleader and Jagadadekaveerudu. We have to see how Charan responds on Vishnu’s idea.

Yevadu features Mega Powerstar Ram Charan in the lead, while Shruti Haasan and Amy Jackson are the heroines. Also stylish hero Allu Arjun and beautiful Kajal Agarwal have done a 10 minute guest role in the flick. The movie is Censored already, and the producer says that there are no reshoots and nothing, and the Censored copy will release as it is. Songs scored by Devi Sri Prasad are a big hit already, so we have to wait for December 19th to see what magic Charan will weave visually.

The movie may have become a super hit so people may have sidelined the piracy that shook the industry, but how can the man who’s put plenty of effort in the making can so easily forget about the issue? At the AD thanks giving meet Pawan gave a big jolt to the TFI with his emotional and angry outburst. Pawan confidently said it (leak of the movie) wasn’t an accidental thing and that insiders have purportedly did that to jeopardize his career.Pawan said that the small names that came out in the piracy issue are but few but there are real bigwigs behind the small faces. So industry talks and gossips lately are pointing to few people, and surprisingly Dil Raju’s name figures in it. Dil Raju had two movies (Ramayya Vasthavayya and Yevadu) waiting for release but has had AD as an major obstacle which could have prompted the producer to turn a movie pirate. If not who else will benefit from AD disrepute and loss is the logic behind people suspicion.

The Tollywood folks are saying the list will have names of directors Boyapati Srinu, Meher Ramesh, Harish Shankar.

The film set new records in overseas. Filmmakers who are realising the profits of making a film with Pawan Kalyan are offering huge pay checks to him. They are even offering him partnership in their ventures.

Inside talk is his remuneration is touching astronomical sum of Rs 25 crs. Buzz is similar agreement is signed for Sarat Marar’s Gabbar Singh 2. Sources say this shows Pawan’s remuneration is reaching Bollywood heights.

But after that, Kammula has not been able to come with some good films. His other attempts like ‘Leader’ ‘Life Is Beautiful’ failed to evoke response. But after a gap, Kammula again started a new film ‘Anamika’ and that too with Nayantara. During the shooting time, many said Kammula was doing it very quickly unlike his other films.

But till now, no one knows what happened to the film and when it is going to come out. Some are not even sure if the film has completed its shooting or not. With so much happening, some Tollywood members are passing jokes that Kammula got kidnapped so that is why he has disappeared again. It is time Kammula comes out with some statement.

 

Even fans are sadded and they are agreeing that now everyone except fans are calling their hero Young Tiger NTR as Buddodu. They feel the film and especially the dialogue did immense damage to Young Tiger’s image.

 

Fans and even analysts feel that the Buddodu bubble is bursted and it takes some years to get back the image and name,fame intact. Wonder what steps NTR will take in that direction.

According to sources, some of the noted names in Tollywood are not very happy with Kajal’s attitude. It is heard that she is demanding very high remuneration along with other perks which will give a big hole to the producers. It is due to the same reason why Kajal lost out on ‘Gabbar Singh 2’ with Pawan Kalyan.

There is also another story that Kajal wants to cut down on her films as she is planning to get married. But some are cutting it short and saying Kajal actually wants to concentrate on her Bollywood career. Which one of all this is true we don’t know but if Kajal is really causing trouble to Tollywood filmmakers then she must change that habit.

Till sometime back, Taraka Ratna is the talk of town with movies like Bhaktha Siriyala, Nenu Chala Worst, Vijetha and Eduru leni Alexander being produced simultaneously. He is the hero in all these movies and a couple of untitled flicks are also in production. But irony is that none of these movies are actually hitting screens. Though there is huge gap till the release of Attarintiki Daredi for release of small budgeted flicks, Tarakaratna’s films have not seen light. Some say that a couple of movies are released, but no one knows when they have come and left theatres.

Irrespective of these happenings, NTR is quite silent man. Cine observers feel that Taraka Ratna is not rightly using Nandamuri brand while delivering movies. Maybe it’s high time for him to rethink strategies, chalk out plans such that Nandamuri brand will help him sell well at box office.
