According to sources, the new film of Venkatesh has got a hot bikini scene. It is known that Venky is teaming up with Ram and both are doing the remake of the Bollywood hit ‘Bol Bachchan’. In this, the Bollywood actress Shahzahn Padamsee has got a special bikini scene. She is pairing up with Ram in the film.

The film is tentatively titled as ‘Ram-Balram’ and Venky is pairing up with Anjali. Shahzahn Padamsee was seen with Ram Charan in ‘Orange’ but after that she is coming back to Tollywood only now. Lately she has worked very hard on toning her body and she is showing her sex appeal to the full in this film. We have to see how the traditional audience of Venky is going to take this.

Tollywood has got many producers in its loop and among them the name of Dil Raju has got a special place. It is because he started his life in a humble way but within no time became a big name. Many say Dil Raju is very sharp in cinema business and he knows exactly how to make best money out of a film.

It is the same brain he used with his new film ‘Yevadu’. From a long time the suspense was on about the release and finally it is pushed to August 21st. According to business reports, if Dil Raju stood adamant and released the film on July 31st as planned before he would have suffered a sure shot loss of Rs 6 crores.

Now, with ‘Yevadu’ arriving in August third week, there is no other big film release till September when NTR comes with ‘Ramayya Vastavayya’. So, Dil Raju decided to postpone his release with zero risk. If ‘Yevadu’ gets even average talk then it has enough time to recover its cost. So, Dil Raju saved Rs 6 crores.

Tollywood hunk Prabhas, who was quite busy with preparations for “Baahubali” is heard to have got the permission from Rajamouli to work on another project in parallel. According to reliable sources Rajamouli has willfully accepted the demand of Young Rebel Star Fans and waved the green flag to his ‘Okka Adugu’ movie.

It’s a known fact that Baahubali without a doubt will take nothing less than two years to wrap up its shoot. And according to rumors of second part to Baahubali , Prabhas dates will be blocked for three years, which will affect his market globally. In order to stay in lime light there should be at least one release for a star hero like Prabhas and knowing all game rules of Tollywood, Rajamouli has advised our darling to work on other projects too.

Prabhas shall get the much needed time in between schedules of ‘Baahubali’ and Krishnam Raju’s ‘Okka Adugu’ should have one step forward to get into pre-production works. Anyways, this is early anticipations. So, let us wait for the official announcement from the makers.

No doubt, Vijay is a big star in Tamilnadu and stands only next to Rajinikanth in fan following. However, he is yet to make a mark of his own and star status in Andhra Pradesh. Both of his past two releases ‘Snehitudu’ (3 Idiots remake) and ‘Thupakki’ haven’t been successful in Tollywood. While the Telugu audience rejected Shankar’s Hindi-copy flick straight away, Murugadoss directed ‘Thupakki’ is a decent grosser but the producer incurred huge losses for acquiring the AP theatrical rights of the film for whopping Rs 15 crore (multiple times higher than Vijay’s market in AP).

Vijay’s next entertainer ‘Thalaivaa’ is gearing up for release on August 9th. The makers have planned a simultaneous Telugu release and titled is as ‘Anna – Born To Lead’. This dubbed flick will be releasing in 250-plus screens in AP and producers have been planing to rake in Rs 150 crore at Box Office with Thalaivaa and Anna.

Usually, Dubbing heroes wouldn’t dare to cross swords with Superstars of another language. Vijay, however, is not bothered about the presence of ‘Atharintiki Daredi’ in theatres from August 7th.

Trade Pundits say, Vijay can’t withstand the wave of Pawan Kalyan in AP and the territories where the Telugu domination is high. ‘Anna’ will just remain as another dubbed flick of the Tamil star but it won’t be a threat to ‘Atharintiki Daredi’ in any way. 

The sudden change in the release date of ‘Yevadu’ to avoid clashes between Mega fans is proving lucky for hero Nithin who was instrumental in making his father & distributor Sudhakar Reddy acquire the theatrical rights of ‘Atharintiki Daredi’ for Nizam territory at a record price.

At one stage, Trade pundits predicted that Nizam distributor of ‘Atharintiki Daredi’ will have a tough time in getting good number of screens for the film as Dil Raju is very strong in this region and won’t be allowing anyone to take the lead. Even the release of ‘Yevadu’ was planned in record number of screens here. However, the postponement of the film to August 21st has changed the entire scenario. All of these theatres have now fell vacant and this situation is going to benefit the people associated with ‘Atharintiki Daredi’ in a big way.

In Nizam territory alone, ‘Yevadu’ was supposed to release in 320 screens and all of them have been now routed to ‘Atharintiki Daredi’. The fantastic pre-release hype and mind-blowing screen count will ensure record openings for the family entertainer. Interestingly, ‘AD’ will have no opposition what-so-ever from any other big films for the first two weeks and the Ramzan-Independence Day week is an additional advantage. This is an ideal situation for the release of a big film and no doubt Nithin is having the last laugh.

The reports of Vamsi Paidipally meeting Pawan Kalyan has triggered the rumors that they are soon going to team up for a Mega project for Dil Raju’s production.

Apparently, Dil Raju is making rounds to Pawan’s house since few years for making a film with him and even Vamsi is a die-hard fan of the actor since the days of Kushi. This director-producer duo recently approached Pawan with a script and now waiting for the final call from him. When contacted, Vasmi too confirmed that nothing got finalised as of now.

Vamsi Paidipally was supposed to work with Mahesh Babu after wrapping up ‘Yevadu’. However, this project has taken a backseat as Superstar has committed to work with Srinu Vytla, Puri Jagannath and Korathala Siva for his next three projects.

As there is still two years time left to direct Mahesh, Vamsi is planning another venture in the meantime and picked up Pawan for his fourth film. Other than ‘Gabbar Singh 2’, Pawan hasn’t accepted any projects and his film ‘Ko Bali’ with Trivikram mayn’t happen anytime soon as the director has to complete his prior commitments with NTR & Charan. So, Vamsi might get a chance to direct Powerstar if everything works well.

Finally closing the curtains down on the largely heard rumours, sources close to Superstar Mahesh have confirmed that there is no way that he acts in Gunasekhar’s upcoming movie Rudramadevi. Even in a dream, Mahesh has never thought of taking a role in this historical flick.

‘More than four months back, Gunasekhar has approached Mahesh to play the role of Gona Gannareddy in the movie. But Mahesh has turned down the offer in split second’, says a source close to the hero. Though the director is pretty close to Mahesh, it is very tough to accept the offer as acting in such guest roles will affect his image a lot at the present scenario. The reason for Mahesh’s backing off from the role is the offered character of Gona Ganna Reddy who works as commander for Rani Rudramadevi’s army in a couple of wars. Reports have that actor Rana Daggubati has accepted the same role after Mahesh rejected it, and has shot for certain scenes as well.

A hero of Mahesh’s stature may not downplay his image to act as an assistant on-screen to a heroine like Anushka. Rather putting image at stake, it is better to back off, and our hero has done the same. Also our hero is keen to wrap up ‘One-Nenokkadine’ and move to Sreenu Vytla’s ‘Aagadu’, rather getting struck with these guest roles.

The practice of doling out gifts, money, liquor etc. in politics is now reportedly taking a full circle. If reports are to be believed then across the state after the second phase of Panchayat polls, candidates are literally chasing the life of voters demanding them to  give back whatever they given.

If a candidate in Andhra is asking voters to return back the silver items he had driven them, one candidate is reportedly fighting with the buying party to give back his land which he had sold to raise money for doling out money to voters.

This is also taking a violent turn with candidates physically attacking and in one or two instances even killing some of their trusted men and reliable voters who ditched them during voting. There are reports that in Ranga Reddy district, defeated candidates are disturbing pamphlets filled with verbal abuses for voters who have taken money but didn’t vote for them!

Nandamuri Balakrishna is a man of discipline and he always stick to his commitments given to everyone. We got to witness once again Balayya babu’s commitment for his movies with an incident.

We have already mentioned that Balakrishna’s second daughter Tejaswini’s marriage is on cards and a grand engagement is scheduled on 11th August. Wedding is going to take place on 21st August in Hyderabad being a bride’s father Balayya should be busy bee looking out at all arrangement taking break from his shooting by now.

But as surprise to many Balayya is attending his film shooting and when producer of movie asked him to take break from shoot for few weeks. Then Balayya with a smile said only two days are enough to deal with engagement and three for marriage so it’s ok to attend my film shoot. That is the kind of work commitment Balayya shows for all his films and unit members have given hats off to him.

The Pawan Kalyan mania and the theme of Pawanism picked up a lot in Tollywood these days. Surprisingly it is not just about Pawan Kalyan and his films, even other heroes are taking the name of Pawanism and are making good business for their films. The best example for that is Nithiin. It is heard that the concept of Pawanism is now being used in Bollywood also. There, the place of Pawan Kalyan is being taken by Salman Khan. Salman is a mass hero and has a huge following. So, some films are now using the Salman brand for getting good response at the box office.

The new Hindi film ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’ has Shahid Kapoor as the hero and it is heard that he is shown as a big fan of Salman Khan. The film also has Ileana as the heroine. Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, we have to see whether the concept of Salmanism will match Pawanism or not.
