The state government is all set to give a major shock to Darsakendra Raghavendra Rao by taking back 2 acres of land it gave to him for developing film related facilities. Raghavendra Rao instead of setting up recording or dubbing theatres as committed, constructed a mall and Cinemax theatre, in the property worth several crores of rupees in the posh Jubilee Hills area.

When Raghavendra Rao started construction of the mall and the theatre in 2006, the Information and Public Relations department which gave the land, issued notice to him to stop the construction. Raghavendra Rao challenged this in the high court. The high court however rejected his contention. After this, the Hyderabad district collector gave a notice to Raghavendra Rao and in his reply, Raghavendra Rao assured that he would not construct any buildings in the place. Still he went ahead and constructed the mall and the theatre.

Taking serious note of it, the district collector recommended to the Information and Public relations department, that the land be taken back. The department in turn, sent the report to the government, recommending that the land be taken back. This would mean a major problem for Darsakendra as he had constructed the mall and the theatre, borrowing crores of rupees from financial institutions.

Power Star pawan kalyan has again shown his powerful charisma in tollywood. As per the reports, it is learnt that his upcoming untitled movie’s rights have been sold out to MAA TV for an all time record price of Rs.9 crores. This movie is being directed by Trivikram. Incidentally, we have recently heard that a hero’s movie rights were sold out to a big price. Sources, say it was a fake news. Anyways, whoever wants to create new satellite record of their movie, pawan kalyan sets them the target of Rs.9 crores.

Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music of the film while Samantha and Pranitha are doing the lady leads of this family and comedy entertainer. The movie is being produced by BVSN Prasad on Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra in association with Reliance Entertainment. The movie is gearing up for release on 7th August.

 

Mega Star (Konidela) and Super Star (Ghattamaneni) family Fans are always at war these days for the sake of records. Each of these camps wanted to continue their dominancy on Tollywood BO with new records. Now, here comes one director who is connecting both these opposite compounds. He is most successful Maruthi of ‘Ee Rojullo, Bus Stop and prema katha chithram’ fame.

Ever since Maruthi delivered first hit, he is more or less rated as a man belonging to Mega group because of his closeness to Bunny, Sirish, Bunny Vaas and their publicist SKN. As we know ‘PKC’ had Mahesh Babu’s brother-in-law Sudheer Babu in hero role, this can be obviously seen as a movie connecting Mega group director with a Super Star camp hero. In fact, Mahesh Babu also began promoting Maruthi which means to show that there is nothing like this camp and that camp…its all of them together belong to one group of Tollywood.

Miss India 2012 Erica Fernandez dismissed reports that she accepted to act opposite hero Bala Krishna in his forthcoming movie with director Boyapati.

Erica tweeted that she has not accepted the offer and has not in fact committed to any film with Balayya. Erica is acting in ‘Dega’.

Reports earlier said that Boyapati gave up trials for Nayana Tara after she declared she would not act with senior actors. Later reports said Erica was signed against Balayya.Boyapati wants the new film to be a bigger hit than ‘Simha’ and hence the hunt for a hot heroine.
    

Dusky beauty samantha is doing the female lead of Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s Aththarintiki Daaredi( working title). The latest we heard is that she might be pairing up with Pawan Kalyan once again for ‘Gabbar Singh-2’. With these back to back movies with Pawan Kalyan, samantha’s range would be reached at its peaks.

Incidentally, samantha is doing two consecutive movies with Jr.NTR as well. Currently, samantha is working with Jr.NTR for ‘Ramayya Vastavayya’. Harish Shankar is directing this movie. On the other hand, samantha has been selected as the heroine for Jr.NTR’s next venture ‘Rabhasa’ as well. This movie will be directed by Santhosh Srinivas. Rarely do we see a heroine doing back to back films at once with two superstars of tollywood such as Pawan Kalyan and Jr.NTR. And samantha is likely to achieve this rare feat.

How far is it feasible for a star hero to do two films at one time? Well, some heroes are doing it easily but when it comes to directors like rajamouli, minimum he will ask the hero is by laying a condition to stay out of other commitments before accepting the call sheets. So, Prabhas may not be provided with extra comfort of working for one more film in parallel to ‘Bahubali.’

A sudden statement from Krishnam Raju yesterday on himself debuting as director to deal Prabhas as hero is ending shock waves in Telugu industry. ‘Our film will start shooting from August,’ Krishnam Raju is reported to have quoted. If this is really true, how can Prabhas manage himself between Krishnam Raju and rajamouli will be a big question. On the lee side, Jakkanna can neither tolerate nor encourage such unprofessional behavior from his artists?

Looks like the gossips circulated by few media sections on allu arjun’s divorce with Sneha Reddy have hurt the Allu family sentiments a bit. While none from the family condemned the rumors but allu arjun was quick to react offering a clarification.

‘We both are madly in love ever since we started seeing each other. As I am in show business, I know the severity and got habituated to the rumors while it is still new to Sneha and her parents. Only one thing I can say you all is, we are a happy couple and have no issues. For all my yellow media friends, we are happy in our relation and planning to have kids in few years,’ Bunny said. Will this end the baseless news around Allu family or will Yellow media target any new members in Mega camp? 

They have wasted a long time in summer season which was left out empty without much competition and heat at BO. More importantly, two films which have struck up in release for their own reasons are ‘action 3d’ and ‘Balupu.’ While ‘Action’ is an experimental flick with 3D technology used for first time for a Telugu movie, ‘Balupu’ is a commercial pot boiler with trade mark Raviteja energy.

As per official reports flowing in, ‘action 3d’ will grace theatres on 21st of this month and ‘Balupu’ makers announced 28th as date of their arrival. ‘Balupu’ team is currently in Bangkok shooting a pub song on Raviteja, Lakshmi Rai which will complete the entire shoot. Primarily, glamour show of Shruti Hasan is becoming the driving force for ‘Balupu’ business and ‘action 3d’ is mainly targeted at family audience with thrilling hilarious episodes promised. Let us wait for two more weeks to see these two films coming in light.

Prince mahesh Babu’s twitter hacking has been a hot discussion topic now. Many techies are of the opinion that the twitter account of a person cannot be hacked that much easier. On the other side, it was gossiped that mahesh’s better half, Namratha, has tweeted about ‘MAA TV’ awards. “But then, who has been operating mahesh’s twitter all these days? is one more debatable question. However, a few of the gossipmongers predict, mahesh’s recent tweet was posted by ‘somebody'(hackers? or not?) in some ‘strange’ conditions.

Meanwhile, mahesh is busy completing his ‘1-Nenokkadiney’. The new schedule of this movie will start in Northern Ireland from 18th of this month onwards. Kriti Sanon is teaming up with mahesh in this action entertainer. Sukumar is directing this movie while Anil Sunkara, Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta on 14 Reels Entertainment.

 

Prabhas, Allu Arjun, Rana, Sunil, Nitin were seen sporting six pack abs on silver screen. Now NTR is joining this list and getting ready to go shirtless in his forthcoming film Ramayya Vasthavayya, said reliable sources.

NTR is getting trained under international fitness trainer, John Shumate, who was introduced to him by his co-actor Ajaz Khan. Nandamuri fans are all excited that their hero will be sporting six pack abs and give tuff competition to heroes in Tollywood.

Until or unless there is no requirement in the subject no Six Packs and Zero sizes can save the movie. Six pack doesn’t suitable to all heroes like in Bollywood. Let’s wait and see whether NTR pass out with flying colors in the six pack test before audiences or not.
