Shruti Hassan’s rare feat
Shruti Haasan is set to make a unique feat. She will be acting in two movies with same name releasing at almost same time. It is known the she will be seen in a special role in Jr. NTR’s upcoming film ‘Ramayya Vastavayya’ and she is also playing the female lead in her next Bollywood venture ‘Ramayya Vastavayya’. Coincidentally both titles are same. Choreographer turned director Prabhudeva is remaking ‘Nuvvu Vastanante Nenu Vaddantana’ (2005) in Hindi as ‘Ramayya Vastavayya’. And in Tarak’s new film though Samantha is playing the lead role, Shruti will be seen in a special role.
Well no actress has ever acted in films with same titles and that too both the movies releasing in months gap. Hope both films turn success at box office and bring smile on Shruti’s face. Wishing her luck for the two films.
Rajinikanth’s stamina @ AP box office
Rajinikanth’s last outing Robo had amassed as much as 30 Crore share in AP and now the prerelease business of his next movie, Kochadaiyaan is touching peaks. Reports suggest that R.Subrahmanyam who is famous as buyer of several dubbing movies had reportedly bagged the Telugu rights of the movie for a whopping 30 Crore rupees. This is the highest price for any dubbing movie.
Directed by Soundarya R.Ashwin, the movie also has Deepika Padukone, Shobana, Sharat Kumar, Nassar, Jackie Shrof in it. AR Rehaman ha composed the music of the movie. the audio of the movie is planned to be released in the month of May. The movie is gearing up for release in the month of June or July.
Father and Son’s tussle at box office
Yes we are talking of Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya who are going to take on each other this summer. Nagarjuna’s Greekuveerudu is stated for May 3rd release and Chaitanya’s Thadaka is scheduled for May 10th/17th. Both the producers are reportedly adamant as they want to encash Summer advantage.
nterestingly, this is not the first time Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya movies clashed. Rajanna and Bejawada released with few weeks gap. Nagarjuna emerged as a winner that time. Rajanna replaced Bejawada in most theaters then. Lets see if Chaitanya will have his revenge this time!

13-yr-old girl gangraped by 8 men in Delhi
A 13-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped by eight men, four of whom were known to her, police said on Saturday. The incident comes even as the capital is witnessing outrage over the horrific rape of a five-year-old girl.
Three of the eight men have been arrested.
The victim and her 12-year-old brother were abducted by two men known to her on March 15 from outside her house at Farsh Bazar area in east Delhi and taken to Loni in the city outskirts, where she was gangraped by the eight, a police officer said.

Police arrested three accused – Deepak, 21, Ranjeet (20) and Sohan Lal (24) – Saturday, following medical examination of the victim April 15.
The victim is undergoing treatment at the Hedgewar Hospital in east Delhi.
According to a police officer, the father approached police after she went missing, but did not file a rape complaint after she returned home.A search is on to nab the other accused, the officer added.
Meanwhile, the girl’s family alleged that police had refused to lodge their complaint.
On March 24, the girl returned home and the family approached the police, the mother said.
Failing to get any response from police, the family approached the local court April 9 which then ordered police to lodge a rape case.
The five-year-old girl was brutally raped for two days and kept without food and water in a room in which the accused, her neighbour, lived. She was rescued Wednesday when her family heard her screams. The accused has been arrested from Bihar.
Delhi has seen 393 rapes in the first three months of the year.
