High profile heroes from Mega family Bunny and Cherry share good cordial relationship and though they are cousins they behave more than thick friends.This they have extended even to their films and in selection of heroines. As such they are not facing much difficulties in finalising heroines for their films unlike other heroes who are changing heroines in the middle of their shooting.

Both are swapping their heroines and this unique process is started by Mega Power Star Ram Charan from ‘Magadheera’. He presented his princess Mitravinda Kajal to Stylish Star Allu Arjun in ‘Arya 2’. This was reciprocated by Bunny who handed gorgeous Genelia with whom he romanced in ‘Happy’ to Cherry for ‘Orange’.

This bonding did not end here as Tamanna who did ‘Racha’ with Cherry earlier gave beauty treat to Bunny in ‘Badrinath’. Even Amala Paul who is romancing Cherry in ‘Nayak’ became Bunny’s heroine in ‘Iddaru Ammayilato’ under puri’s direction. It has to be seen how many more beauties they will swap between themselves.

Many feel that if these swapping policy is followed by other heroes from different powerful families film makers will not find any difficulty in finalizing heroines for their projects. This also saves them from lot of time.

Everyone knows that what ever is shown in films will not be possible in reality. That was the reason why masses look for sheer enjoyment and logic defying action. However Shankar is one director who made commercial films with strong social message and showed to entire world that even film industry can make an impact on society. His films right from his debut film Gentle Man, Indian, Oke Okakdu, Aparichitudu, Sivaji took on the corrupt political system which left movie lovers in awe. All started hailing him as silver screen robinhood.

It seems Rajamouli wants to take on Shankar on silver screen and in the process gaining experience on various issues. Recently he gave a call to public and youth in particular to enter politics and fight corruption. Rajamouli lent his support to ‘Surajyam’ movement initiated by Jai Prakash Narayan of Loksatta Party. Now yesterday he pledged to donate his organs while addressing doctors and students at Gandhi Medical College.

All this shows that he is laying a strong foundation and platform so that he can launch his next project on a high note. Some even feel that Rajamouli is planning to become real life robinhood in his bid to score over Shankar who just remained as reel life robinhood.

Young hero Prabhas though made his debut with classical touch films, acquired mass image with Rajamouli’s ‘Chatrapathi’. However over the last few years he once again endeared himself to class movie lovers with family oriented films like ‘Darling’ and ‘Mr.Perfect’. Both the films turned out to be sensational hits and when everyone thought he will continue with the same hit formula with his upcoming film ‘Rebel’, Prabhas sprang a surprise saying that the film is a NV dish. He went on to say that he was dying to have NV since his last two films turned out to be pure vegetarians.

This already made movie lovers worry about the final outcome of the film. Prabhas went on to say he changed track as he desired for long to have a non veg treat and also dreamt of offering the same to his fans. Now the question is whether Prabhas’ non veg treat give the same kick he got while doing the film or will it aliniate movie lovers. One wonder what Prabhas really meant with his comments and what message he was thinking of giving to movie lovers. One has to wait and see what will be in the film as it contains two beautiful heroines Deeksha Seth and Tamanna.

Rebel is doing super business so far. The prices offered for the movie in all the areas are actually the career best prices for Prabhas. Prabhas’ Rebel was bought for 1 whopping 33 Lakh while his last movie Mr.Perfect was sold for some 10-12 Lakhs in the same area. Few months back, 20-30 Lakhs is all what is paid for a big star movie in this region but this prices have gone up remarkably.

Tamannah and Deekshaseth are playing the female leads in the movie. Lawerence himself is composing the music after Thaman walked out of the project. Bhagwan and Pulla Rao are producing the movie under Balaji cine media banner.The movie is all set to release on September 28th.

The shooting of Daggubati scion Rana’s upcoming movie ‘Krishnum Vande Jagadgurum’ is complete except for one song. A song titled ‘Ranga Marthanda B Tech Babu’ was shot on Rana and Raghu Babu recently. The remaining song will be canned very soon and then the movie will enter extensive post production work. The makers are planning to release the movie in October.

Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum is an action thriller with all commercial elements. The bilingual movie focuses on the illegal mining in Andhra Pradesh. Rana Daggubati is playing a B Tech Babu and can be seen sporting six pack abs. Actress Nayantara appears as a documentary writer and she is Rana’s love interest in this most-awaited movie.

Now demand is only for writers who pen dialogues or songs that include ‘nee jimmada’. Though they are fully aware that the word come with a meaning of death wish to others, it invariably finds way in films. Heroine always uses such words on hero. Even in songs all the lyrics are monotonous so much so that every one knows that after sambaram , ambaram comes. Still writers use the same old word again and again. There are very few poets and writers who can write without using words repetitively. One wonder how many are there who can pen songs without repeating the same words again and again.

Opportunities are only for those who move closely with directors, producers, music directors and heroes. After Vishwanath introduced Veturi and later Sirivennela no song writer and poet came in tollywood. Anant Sriram, Ramajogayya Sastri are still toddlers compared to the greats and film makers are not having time to scout for new talent that emerge in magazines or dailies. Recently at the ‘Yeto Vellipoindi’ audio launch, film makers did not even find it fit to include the names of lyricists on the album. One wonder whether Ilayaraja tuned songs with out being penned?.

Similar is the trend in dlalogue writing. Talented few like Tanikella Bharani and Trivikram Srinivas confined themselves as actor and director. LB.Sriram and Janardhan Maharshi are sometimes using their pen and creativity. Though there are many writers for commercial films, none of them could deliver dialogues with depth and feel. Jandhyala penned scripts and dialogues for others even after he became director. Vamsi couldn’t get any hits after Tanikella stopped writing. After the demise of KV.Mahadevan, K.Murari stopped film making. This shows the lack of writers. Trivikram Srinivas a talented writer stopped writing. It seems none of the film makers want his scripts. It is a known fact that ‘Shirdi Sai’ suffered from uninspiring songs and dialogues. One wonder why film makers did not use the services of Srivennela. May be they felt he is not that qualified. Currently one are there who can write songs like veturi.

Till some years back film stars used to be out of the world and many people felt that they are highly inaccessible as they used to stay aloof from public appearances and functions. That’s why many fans and die hard movie lovers used to throng their houses on holidays or weekends at the hope of catching a glimpse of their matinee idols. However things changed and stars started descending down to people much to their delight. They started performing live at various functions and even started mingling with fans and people as competition grew up and PR skills and public interactions becoming order of the day to increase their popularity.

Sometime back during the 100 day function at Vijayawada, Megastar danced to the popular number ‘Dai dai dama’ and the veena step driving the fans crazy. Even King Nagarjuna did it in ‘King’ audio function while Young Tiger NTR danced to ‘Taaliya Taaliya’ at Sakthi audio launch. Even beautiful Ileana danced to ‘Premadesam yuvarani’ knocking the hearts of many in the process.

This soon became a must at various functions. Young Tiger and DSP danced in ‘Oosaravelli’ launch, while Stylish Star Allu Arjun did it in style in ‘Arya-2’. Natasimha Balakrishna who always delights with powerful dialogues during his film functions danced to ‘chalaki chupulatote mantram vesi’ along with Chakri in ‘Srimannarayana’. Even beauties Tamanna did it in 100% Love, Charmi more recently for ‘Sakku Bai’ in ‘Damarukam’. Manchu Manoj enacted stunts in ‘Vastadu Na Raju’ at Vijayawada and danced in ‘Salim’. During ‘Ukodatara Uliki Padatara’ he was joined by Deeksha Seth and Tapsi.

However not all stars perform to the delight of fans. Heroes like Power Star Pawan Kalyan, Prince Mahesh Babu maintain stoic silence while mass heroes who leave all in awe with powerful action like Prabhas, Raviteja and Gopichand will not open their mouths at functions. However Shirya is the toast of all eyes with her performances in various functions.

King Nagarjuna’s ‘Shirdi Sai’ which was released a week back got mixed response from movie lovers and devotees. Many felt they had high expectations on the film which came in the combination of Nagarjuna and Raghavendra Rao as they earlier presented them films like ‘Annamayya’ and ‘Sri Ramadasu’. However all those are belied mostly because of unwanted and unexpected comedy of the film which made ‘Shirdi Sai’ a laughing stock.

While some devotees took it in their stride, the twisting of Sai making heavenly abode, no one could digest the obscene comedy which hurt the feelings of many. Some say it was Parachuri brothers who influenced Raghavendra Rao and Nagarjuna to include comedy track. As Raghavendra Rao believed them and Nag inturn KRR, these tracks are included which proved detrimental in the film’s success.

Shirdi Sai script writer planned a press meet prior to the release of the film, to express his sadness at the interference of Parachuri brothers in the script but he couldn’t reveal as the press meet was attended by Parachuri Gopalakrishna. Many new comers in film nagar say that Parachuri brothers unduly interfere in their scripts and spoil to the core but film makers and directors can not do anything as they have immense reputation in the film industry.
