Film makers do films keeping in view of fans the particular heroes have. Movie analysts and film critics may criticize them for neglecting other sections of movie lovers but however film makers are of the opinion that unless until the aspirations of fans are not addressed to it would be difficult to achieve even breakeven in film making. Sometimes one feel that there is reason and point in their saying as fans are the only one who compete with each other to watch a film on first day first show itself while others take time before making decision to watch the film on theaters. In between they go through various analysis, film reviews before arriving at the final decision.

While this is not the case with fans as they watch the film for their stars without bothering about reviews and other things. Fans hero worship at its height was noticed recenly during Srimannarayana audio success meet where they did not allow the function to go properly till Natasimha Balakrishna addressed them. Similar is the case of ‘Sitamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ which was shooting near Dilsukh Nagar. Numerous fans of Prince Mahesh reached the shooting spot which resulted in traffic jam. Police were forced to request film makers to cancel the shooting. Even ‘Cameraman gaganto Rambabu’ faced the same problem while shooting at Sarathi Studios. Puri Jagannath and Power Star Pawan Kalyan had to face storm of fans tsunami at Sarathi Studios and had to shoot the scenes only during late nights.

Movie lovers’ changing mindsets ?

For long it has been difficult to dissect the mindset of movie lovers. Many movie analysts and film critics used all their intelligence and tried their best to dissect but failed miserably. Many feel this is also similar to mentality of voters during elections who puts all renowned psephologists to shame.

Earlier during the golden era of tollywood movie lovers used to appreciate films which depict their realistic lives on silver screen. They used to appreciate movies with tragic endings. However their tastes changed with the passage of time and after some time people started appreciating films where heroes used to enact unbelievable stunts and do things which are not possible for normal humans.

Movie lovers used to see themselves in their favorite heroes and feel as if they were romancing stunning beauties, performing breath taking stunts and doing daring dances. This trend continued then after sometime they started appreciating mass masala entertainers where hero used to thrash villains black and blue knocking living daylights out of them. However passage of time made them fedup of bloodshed on silver screen and also sorrowful tales.

This resulted in them look for lighter vein comedy which can be noticed with the success of films like ‘Dookudu’, ‘Gabbar Singh’, ‘Sudigadu’ and ‘Eega’. All this shows that film makers should keep a close watch on changing tastes of movie lovers and make films accordingly.

KCR family rule in Telangana !

Fight for Telangana seems to be reaching final stage and already all political parties are vying to take credit for the formation of the state. Many times some rapid developments at Delhi led to speculation that something or the other will come out in favor of Telangana, but every time it happens Seemandhra representatives step up the gas and impress upon Govt not to go ahead with T-formation.

For the present however TDP seems to be out of favor in Telangana region and Congress T MPS are once again planning to enact T-drama in Delhi, where they will roar in front of media like lions but turn out cats in front of Sonia. However people are no fools to believe them. Currently BJP is in full swing with its T-Dharna at Delhi and even trying to barge into the residence of PM Manmohan Singh. It is certainly creating ripples when KCR and TRS is maintain stoic silence.

However many feel that ultimately entire credit for T formation will go to KCR no matter whether he speaks or sleeps. But allegations are flowing thick and fast from opposition, that KCR will turn Telangana his jagir. Many allege he is not interested in Telangana region but interested in making Telangana his family property. They say KCR and his family that includes nephew Harish Rao, son KTR and daughter Kavitha will be taught a fitting lesson as people are fed up with his policy of elections, collections, secret meetings, secret pacts.

HC times out parties ‘BC’ game !

State of Andhra Pradesh is witnessing BC game by all political parties and when the game was about to reach climax, honorable High Court intervened suspecting foul play in the whole game and ordered time out. It all started with TDP chief promising 100 tickets to BCs in the next elections. Just when all BC leaders started felicitating Naidu, YSRCP leader Vijayamma called for 100 seats for BC’s in the state assembly. BCs suddenly started drifting towards her when Cong after taking on Babu by promising 200 party tickets, made a ‘U’ turn with its chief Botsa Satyanarayana promising seats according to their population.

In the same fervor Congress Govt planned to take on entire opposition in local Panchayat Raj elections promising more seats for BCs. However HC poured cold water on Congress Govt plans and also on the aspirations of all political parties by ordering reservations should not cross 50% at any cost. According to HC orders there will be cut in BC reservations by more than 10 percent. Court asked Govt to submit report to election commission and then proceed with elections in 3 months time. This now put Govt in a bind and gave another ammunition to opposition parties.

Already BCleaders and its unions are up in arms and warned they wont take any reduction in their reservations. It has to be seen where this BC political game leads to.

Babu’s ‘political’ unemployment scheme

TDP supremo Chandra Babu is like a magician. He has many tricks in his bag and can pull out all at a time or one by one baffling his political rivals. He can even claim that all the schemes implemented by his political rivals are his schemes and can even come out with dates to give credence to his claim. Many times he said all free schemes implemented by YSR belongs to him and cite the examples of free power, fees reimbursement and many others.

Now he is coming with a promise of unemployment reimbursement in which Babu’s ‘political’ unemployment scheme unemployed youth would be given some amount monthly. This promise he made in the last elections but however none believed him. He is once again renewing the offer to unemployed youth promising them certain amount monthly if voted to power.

Some of his rivals and those in the party are heard commenting that instead of promising schemes for voters it is better Babu announces similar scheme to politically unemployed leaders in various parties so that there will be inflow of leaders from various parties to TDP. They even say that the new promise will act as a tonic as TDP is being written off in all political forecasts in next elections.

Even more surprising is Union Govt did not even implement Supreme Court orders of 1993, asking Centre to provide uninterrupted power supply to Country’s tourists spots Agra, Fatehpur Sikri which fall under World tourisim heritage.

Sonia held a closed door meeting with SP chief Mulayalam and from then on Amethi Constituency started getting uninterrupted power supply on special orders from UP CM Akhilesh Yadav. Along with Amethi, Rae Bareli also will have no powercuts as per CM directions to UP Power Corp ltd. Rahul Gandhi represents Amethi while Rae Bareli belongs to Sonia. Apart from that Akhilesh’s wife Dimple’s constituency Kannauj, Ajam Khan’s Rampur, Mulayam’s Mainpuri and Sephai in Ittava where Yadav’s family resides have special status. Agra is also suffering acute power problem. So all this shows that Sonia to have power in her constituency is making people of AP suffer miserably.

But AP cong leaders and Govt blame the entire problem on T- movement and shortage of rain fall and other petty reasons taking public for a ride.

Suriya had now joined Young Tiger NTR as the brand ambassador of Malabar Gold, a leading jewellery group. Suriya will endorse the brand in Tamil Nadu while NTR is already endorsing it in Telugu. The actor had recently launched an initiative of providing educational scholarship to girl students in Tamil Nadu.

Through this initiative the group will provide scholarship worth Rs 2 crores to 10,000 students. It must also be noted that Suriya is providing scholarships for students through his charity organization, Agaram foundation.

The release plans of Super Star Mahesh and Victory Venkatesh’s multistarer movie Seethamma Vaakita Sirimalle Chettu were severely hampered with the sudden illness of Samantha. The movie shooting was halted for more than 3 months. And now finally resumed shooting. The movie schedules which was disrupt due to Samantha illness is going to resume on Tuesday in Perambadur near Chennai. Samantha will join the unit this schedule. The makers are planning to release the movie on December 21st.

Samantha is playing Mahesh Babu’s heroine in this film. Anjali is the another heroine.Mickey J Meyer is scoring music and Srikanth Addala is directing this movie on Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. K V Guhan is the cinematographer.

Nagarjuna concentrates on Love Story

Akkineni Nagarjuna had to forego his beard and new hair style to complete the last song of his Damarukham. The item song was originally not in the movie but was added in the last minute to add extra spice to the movie. Now the movie shooting is complete and Nagarjuna will completely shift his focus to his next movie, Love Story. The next schedule of the movie will began on September 7th in Hyderabad.

The film is touted to be a family entertainer with an underlying message for the youth. Starring Nagarjuna in the role of an NRI returnee, the movie sees Nayanatara as the female lead. Bharath Reddy and Meera Chopra of Bangaram and Vaana fame, are playing other important roles. Music is by SS Thaman.

First Look of RGV’s Bhoot Returns

Here is the first look of Ram Gopal Varma’s Bhoot Returns. The movie is a sequel to RGV’s Bhoot which released in 2003.This film which will also be released in Tamil and Telugu is going to be the first 3D movie in RGV’s career.. He has completed the shooting of Bhoot Returns in just 13 days. The movie is a sequel to A six-year-old girl named Alayna is the lead actor and Manisha Koirala is playing her mother. There will not be anymore stars in the film.

Bhoot Returns, will be produced by Eros International. The film will star Manisha Koirala and JD Chakravarthy. This 3D film, is set for release on October 12.

When maverick director Ram Gopal Varma is silent then one can be sure that he is out to do something once again. As everyone knows his silence is just like ‘Silence before Thunderstorm’, Ramu’s silence is all set to cause scares tsunami. He is busy for quite sometime with his horror flick ‘Bhoot-Returns’, sequel for his earlier film Bhoot. He released the first look poster of the film and it truly catches the imagination of all.

Creative Ramu’s innovative first poster,consists of an optical illusion of a girl with a bleeding lip.The illusion has been created around the girl’s eyes immediately sends shivers down the spines of weak hearts. Ramu is just giving a glimpse of what one can expect from his 3D horror flick. Bhoot Returns features actress Manisha Koirala along with southern actor JD Chakravarthy.Eros International will release the film worldwide Oct 12. It will also release in Tamil and Telugu.

One has to wait and see whether Ramu lives up to the increased expectations on the film or will he fail to deliver on his promises once again. It is known that Ramu many times promised heavens to movie lovers but he gave them torture in hell. Many of his critics are heard commenting that Ramu need not do horror flicks as his films always scare away movie lovers from theaters.

Scams shiver to Congress

Ruling Congress Govts at Centre and State are spending sleepless nights with scams sending shivers in the spines of its stalwart leaders. Even though some time the Govt is colluding with opposition to get involved in scams, as soon as the scams are unearthed by various over enthusiastic media, the opposition leaders conveniently ditching them making them scapegoat. However Cong, since it is the ruling dispensation can not shy away from its responsibility and is now at its wits end as to how to wriggle out from the tricky situations.

Last two years witnessed 6 major scams, which include 2G spectrum scam, Adarsh scam, CWG scam, Coal scam and many more scams denting its credibility. Situation in state is no different with one minister sent packing to Chanchalguda jail while another waiting in queue. Another 4 ministers are under scanner and as it this was not important one minister’s election is under scanner. All this is turning into headache for the Govt and party with opposition baying for its blood.

With elections due in another one year’s time all these scams will be fresh in peoples memories who will cast their votes. Already peoples mood is reflected in pre poll surveys and though the party is putting brave front, there is nothing much to cheer for the party.

Prince Mahesh and Victory Venkatesh’s film under Srikanth Addala direction is already catching the attention of all with its trailers and first looks. The film features Tamanna and Andrea beautifying the screens and is directed by Dolly. Criminals increase in TTD ?

Holy Shrine Tirumala’s organising committee TTD for long has become a destination for politically unemployed persons and those corporate big wigs. None associated with TTD has clean record. Now a days devotion has also become a business. People commit all kinds of sins and pray Almighy offering astounding amounts. They are under the impression that their sins can be washed way by bribing even God in form of donations.

TTD recently reconstituted its committee and Kannayya leader of Southern Railway Mazdoor Union found place in the committee. He has many allegations and FIRs filed against him on crimes and murdeers. Even his associates allege the same. He made rapid strides from ordinary employee to union leader and many say he even eliminated Union secretary Namassivaya who helped him in his growth. TN govt even registered a case against him and case is going on in Madras High Court. Southern Railways Union leaders in a press statement took TTD to task on how they could take a criminal like Kannaya in its body.

They even revealed that Kannayya stashed away Rs 1400 crs of society money and allege that they even filed a complaint with CBI with evidence. Much to the shock of all Kannayya and his wife are both christians. Union leaders questioned whether TTD took any undertaking from the couple. They wondered how TTD appointed him even after they provided them the evidence.

This is not a single incident. Another working committe member Siva Prasad who is related to Megastar Chiranjeevi was in news. It was in Siva Prasad’s residence in Chennai that police found Rs35crs and now he found his way into TTD. Even TTD Chairman Bapiraju was made chairman to pacify him. Even Dollar Seshadri is enjoying enough clout even though many allegations came regarding varios scams. Many allege that all these bunch of criminals are taking even Almighty to a ride.

BC boon for PCC Chief !

Many might be writing off APCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana. Those who write him off will be doing it at their own peril unaware of Botsa’s ultimate power and hidden clout. He may have made some controversial statements on fees reimbursements issue however that do not in any way undermine his power. According to speculation his caste will play an important role in deciding his future and as such it is turning out to be a boon for him.

According to reliable information, Botsa will soon be made deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh and he will be working under CM Kiran. As and when it happens it will be a shocker for Kiran as it will start a fresh fascinating rivalry between the two. Sources say in a week’s time starting from 9th-11th major changes are expected in the State and this is one of the most important change.

Congress High command after weighing the pros and cons decided to make BC candidate Botsa Satyanarayana, Dy CM of the state in order to placate BCs. Currently all political parties are competing with each other to win over BCs. It all started with TDP’s Naidu promising 100 party tickets to BCs which was countered by YSRCP’s Vijayamma who promised 100 seats for BCs while Bota advocated for seats according to percentage. This might have worked in his favor.
