Mass Raja Ravi Teja became the darling of masses with his energetic performances fully loaded with spontaneous mass dialogues, unique mannerisms and breathtaking dances. This got him immense popularity and masses crowned him as Mass Maharaja. However movie lovers and film critics wonder whether Mass Raja is losing his magic. They cite the examples of Veera,Nippu, Daruvu along with special roles in Dongala Mutha and KSD Appalaraju. Even his die hard fans can’t deny that after Mirapakaya he did not have decent hit. His fans wonder what happened to their hero who once won bitter battles with Natasimha Balakrishna.
However most recently many noticed fear in Mass Raja clearly cast on his face. He postponed his recent films Nippu, Daruvu many times and even Devudu Chesina Manushulu which is never heard of in the industry. Movie lovers feel that his last three films bombed at the box office due to his monotonous and routine mannerisms. Even many feel age is catching him up which is visible with the wrinkles on his face. This is also turning out to be his minus as many hot heroines are shying away from singing films with him though he has loads of energy.
Unless until he finds out new ways and re package himself his mass magic will fast wane out. Raviteja hopes that Puri Jagannath’s directed Devudu Chesina Manushulu will recreate the magic of ‘Idiot’ bringing back golden days to him.

How Nandamuri-Akkineni rivalry started ?

Rivalry between Nandamuri and Akkineni family is not new and it has long standing history. It all started after the release of ‘Sri Krishnarjuna Yuddham’ in which NTR played the role of Krishna which is child’s play for him, while ANR played the role of Arjuna. The film became a super hit with superb songs, poems and terrific action from the icons of tollywood. However movie lovers started comparing action of the two stars and after dissecting their performances felt that ANR won’t even come to the stature of NTR’s feet though he shakes his body, while NTR just sends many messages just by moment of his eyes. Many movie critics also felt the same. This came as a shock for ANR who is the senior most hero than NTR.
This hurt many ANR fans and even ANR himself who went on public saying he won’t be doing any films in future with NTR. However they buried their hatchet and later ANR and NTR starred in many more superhit films, with NTR himself going to him and requesting that he suits for the role of Chanakya, when he presented ‘Chanakya Chandragupta’. Later they passed the mantle to Nagarjuna and Balakrishna. However both these stars from the beginning avoid clash of their films in any manner. While Natasimha Balakrina became the hero of masses with his powerful dialogues, Manmadhuru Nagarjuna became lover boy in the heart of females with his romantic films.
However all this may change soon with the entry of Akkineni Akhil and Nandamuri Mokshagna. Though families deny their entry, they are planning for a perfect launch for young faces of iconic families. While Akhil is seen in many functions and CCL as his first love is CCL, Mokshagna is relatively new and no one knows much about him. Akhil is already tollywood’s ‘Sisindri’. It has to be seen how this genex battle unfolds.

Cats are better than T-Cong MPs-Toothless Tigers ?

When one watches the noises and daring statements of T-congress MPs and MLAs in front of media, one gets the impression that all hell is going to break loose and tsunami is going to happen any moment with deadly force. Their lions Keshav Rao, Madhu Yashki, Ponnam Prabhakar, Gutta Sukhender and others show their full strength in full public gaze.

However people have seen their antics in front of channels and media for many times and they seem to forget that they can not fool people according to their whims and fancies. They make huge noises but in the closed door discussions with their high command leaders, they piss in their pants searching for words. Telangana people suspect that they are offered monetary benefits or threatened with cases. Everyone is aware that cases are hanging like damsel swords round the necks of Madhu Yashki, Keshav Rao and many others. The moment high command threatens they turn worse than cats. People are now seen commenting that these T-Cong MPs are toothless tigers who piss in their pants the moment they see Sonia. Many say they are worse than cats.
One knows what happened during the current session of Parliament. Sonia gave a strong warning in full media gaze but these MPs twist facts and say seemandhra MPs are planting wrong stories. Even they know that they failed miserably and people don’t believe them. However they try to take people for a ride showing seemandhra people as ghosts. If they think that they can save their power by portraying fellow people as traitors and robbers for some time these tricks may work out but after some time people see through their sinister designs and teach a fitting lesson.

Cabinet turns against CM ?

Normally any Chief Minister will have a cabinet of ministers with whom he will be ruling the state collectively for the benefit and development of people who elected them. However the Congress Govt in AP is completely different. Post YSR, with congress high command controlling from Delhi, appointing CM on its own, the cabinet ministers stopped paying respect to Chief Ministers. They started following their own agenda as CM failed win their faith and command respect. They isolated current CM Kiran Kumar Reddy and started creating troubles issuing statements in diversion with govt policies bringing headache to CM and stalling the functioning of the Govt machinery.
Ministers complain against each other, work against each other, stopped believing each other and are interested in just enjoying the benefits of power for their personal ends without working for the development of people who elected them. They try to take law in their own hands creating inconvenience to the people. This is for the first time in the history of Andhra Pradesh that people are witnessing Chief Minister and Cabinet of Minsiters in complete disarray.
What all these power hungry politicians fail to realise is people are noticing all their cunning acts and though they are helpless, they are waiting for the right moment go give a sound slap and teach them a befitting lesson. They are alreay seen questioning why parties and ministers not learning lessons from the results of recently held by polls.
One can not make noises in front of deaf and blind politicians. They are blinded by money and deafened by greed for power.

Surprising wait for Super Hit directors

It is common in any feild for people who taste disastrous failures, wait will be long One should be patient in such circumstances as one can’t be even sure whether they will be presented with another opportunity. This case is commonly noticed in film industry. However tollywood is witnessing a surprising wait for super hit directors much to the shock of all movie lovers.Directors of hit films ‘Poolarangadu’, ‘Racha’ are waiting for long to commence their next projects.
While director of ‘Poolarangadu’, K.Veerabhadram already announced film with King Nagarjuna, he has to wait till Nagarjuna completes all his current assignments. Currently he is busy with K.Raghavenra Rao’s ‘Shirdi
Sai’, socio fantasy flick ‘Damarukam’ and another film under Dasarath’s direction. Same is the case with Sampath Nandi, director of ‘Racha’. His upcoming project with Power Star Pawan Kalyan will be starting only after another two to three sittings. Sources reveal that the script for the film is yet to be finalised. Film Nagar sources inform that official announcements on both these projects are expected soon in this month itself. However this long wait is a surprise not only for movie lovers but also for these talented directors.

Tollywood movie lovers for long have been entertained by top heroes like Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna, King Akkineni Nagarjuna, Victory Venkatesh. However age is now fast catching them up and this is landing them in troubles. Now these top heroes are finding it difficult to get young, beautiful and hot heroines for their upcoming projects. King Nagarjuna who is still regarded as tollywood Manmadhudu and king is not facing that problem much as he is still maintaining that charm and looks surprising movie lovers and stunning all other young heroes by competing with them with renewed energy and youthful exuberance.
Victory Venkatesh many not have faced heroines problem till now except in’Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’. This was also due to the presence of Prince Mahesh Babu. But he can’t be sure of that in future because trouble is lurking for him. Natasimha Balakrishna is facing that problem to huge extent. During his prestigious project ‘Paramaveera Chakra’ though he scouted for many top heroines, since he couldn’t find anyone, he had to adjust with spent forces like Ameesha Patel and Neha Dhupia. In Adhinayakudu he had to adjust with Lakshmi Rai. However for ‘Srimannarayana’ he got sexy beauties Parvathi Melton and Isha Chawla. They readily agreed to romance Balayya as they are looking for foothold in the industry. While Isha did two hit films opposite young heroes and looking for offers from top heroes, Parvathi Melton is looking for lead roles.

Rajamouli – Suriya movie on cards

SS Rajamouli had denied the rumor that he is asked by Rajnikant to prepare a script. Rajamouli has also said that he has met Suriya a couple of times regarding the possibility of making a movie together. But there are going to be many issues to be sorted out before going any further. Senior producer DVV Danayya is planning a movie in this combination.
Rajamouli’s first production venture Andala Rakshasi got released yesterday. He has bought 30% of share for this film a couple of weeks back from the producer Sai Korrapati.

Allu Arjun’s Tamil debut confirmed !

Tamil director Linguswamy, of Run and Pandem Kodi fame, will be directing Allu Arjun in the latter’s forthcoming film very soon. Linguswamy is presently penning the script for the untitled venture that is expected to be launched very soon. This movie will be a bilingual which will be made in both Telugu and Tamil. Bunny will begin Iddarammayilatho under the Puri Jagannath and this movie will kick start after that.The movie will be a bilingual and will be made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil. This movie marks the debut of Allu Arjun in Tamil. More details of this project are awaited.
Apparently the director had initially approached Mahesh Babu with a proposal to remake his Tamil flick, Vettai in Telugu and later with a new script but the project did not materialize for some reasons.

In his words, he said, “I think, at this point of time, Salman’s popularity is on a big high. I personally believe he is much more popular than I am. I am a fan of Salman Khan’s. I love watching his movies. I must tell you a secret. I do not know how to whistle. But whenever Salman organizes a trial of his film for me; which he always does; I carry a plastic whistle with me and I bring the house down with my ceetis. I don’t know about Shah Rukh. I can’t compare us.”

Bruna Abdullah, the hottie who bagged a brief role in Ajith’s Billa-2, has made horrendous comments about Tollywood in a News paper interview. When asked if she was open to doing more movies down South?
She replied, “Of course. My experience here has been fabulous. I’ve never worked with such lovely people before. When I started doing my Tamil film, people began asking me if I’d like to work in Tollywood. And I was like, ‘wow, there is a Telugu movie industry too?’
However, she was quick to cover up by adding “I did my research and found out that some of the biggest superstars from the South are from Tollywood and they are people who I would love to work with”.

Mahesh New movie titled ‘Krishna Mukundaa Muraaree’

Few days ago, Dil Raju has officially announced that he would produce one more movie with Prince Mahesh Babu, immediately after completion of ‘Seethamma vaakitlo sirimalle chettu’. As per the sources, the movie will be directed by Vamsi Pydipalli which is titled as ‘Krishna Mukundaa Muraaree’. This movie is expected to be launched early in the year, 2013.
Currently, Mahesh Babu is busy with the movies ‘seethamma vaakitlo sirimalle chettu’ and Sukumar’s untitled movie. SVSC is expected to be released this year end while Sukumar’s movie is slated for summer release.

Media and forth estate used to be the strong pillars of democracy and in the olden days people used to have full faith on print and electronic media that when everything fails to do justice, media provides justice turning to be the death knell of all wrong doers in the society. That was the reason why many freedom fighters started their own publications to fire desire for freedom in citizens of the country. However things changed and genex media doesn’t come anywhere near it and in fact totally pales in its comparison.
All top media barons take sides of one political party or the other and fight for the cause of the party rather than for the cause of poor people, development or getting justice. They even twist the facts for their own ends and many have even ceased to fight for justice and true cause. Top media channels and print media like Eenaadu Sakshi, T-News, Andhrajyothi to name a few take sides accordingly rather than go by the facts and truths in a particular problem. Even political parties have realised that media is the best place to wage their petty political battles.
With no one to question with citizens and people in the society more bothered about personal gains than the country, media barons and politicians and political parties are conniving with each other to make huge profits at the expense of common people.

Recently Rocking Star Manchu Manoj in his ‘Ukodatara Ulikipadatara’ to drive away tenants of Gandharva Mahal who were taking Prabhu for a ride, gave a build up that he was a merciless killer. In the intro song he was shown as a person who would play with skulls of people he murdered to satisfy his lover. At the end he was shown to comb the hair of heroine after chopping off her head as she refused the hero to combo her hair!.

Now according to latest information Gopichand is also enacting the same scenes. This time the sufferer is tempting beauty Tapsee. Latest inputs reveal that Gopi will be playing dangerous Buzkashi,traditonal Afghan sport. The sport requires players to hit past the goat put in a gunny bag over the goal post to become winner. Now our Nizam King is replacing the goat with Tapsee. If narration of the scene itself is sending shivers down the spines, imagine the situation of Tapsee. Film makers think that they are turning more and more creative and innovative in film making. However they are not realising that Gopichand and Manoj are turning sadists on silver screen.

Ram Charan – Vinayak movie titled ‘Nayak’

Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s upcoming movie under the direction of VV Vinayak is titled Nayak. Thaman, the music director of the movie had confirmed this in twitter too. Earlier, it was told that they are considering to title the movie as ‘Cherry’ as it is the pet name of Charan. But now the movie unit is more inclined towards Nayak. The movie had recently completed its Kolkata schedule and will very soon fly down to Europe for songs shoot.
The movie is doing tremendous business even before the completion of the shoot. Record prices are being offered for the movie from all the areas. The movie unit will go to Iceland and Greece for songs shoot very soon. The makers are planning to release the movie for Sankranthi, 2013. Kajal Agarwal and Amala Paul are acting as the female leads.

Ileana planning to quit Tollywood ?

Ileana, who once ruled Tollywood and charged as much as one crore per movie, is now planning to quit the industry. Her recent movie Julayi was released yesterday and Ileana was under hammer for the losing charm and old looks. Inside reports suggests her next movie Devudu Chesina Manushulu will not be any different. Hence, Ileana is planning to quit Tollywood and try her luck in Bollywood. Reportedly, the actress got emotional on the last day of the schedule of her Telugu film, Devudu Chesina Manushulu, and broke down on the sets. It’s also being said that she has chosen not to do Trivikram Srinivas’s next with Pawan Kalyan because she is going to be concentrating on her Bollywood films.
Ileana has a three-film deal with UTV and is now completing her first with them, Barfii. She’s also doing the Hindi remake of Vettai, and is in talks for a film with Ajay Devgan.

Salman Khan is on a roll with delivering back-to-back blockbusters, actor Salman Khan, however, thinks it is a dangerous place to be in as one does not know what to do next.

“I am happy that my films are doing well. But it is a very dangerous position to be in, as we don’t know what to do in the next film. I don’t know what to do right now,” Salman said in an interview. 
“If a script is full of action, and then there is a romantic film…the sudden change from action to romantic makes you wonder how is it going to work, so you don’t know what to do,” he said.
With three consecutive Eid blockbusters to his credit – ‘Wanted’, ‘Dabangg’ and ‘Bodyguard’, Salman is now ready with yet another promising film ‘Ek Tha Tiger’.

‘Mass maharaja’ Ravi Teja is all set to entertain Telugu audience with his forthcoming entertainer Devudu Chesina Manushulu (DCM) on August 15th. The movie has completed censor formalities on Thursday, has obtained U/A certification and is now gearing for release on August 15.
Puri Jagannath wielding the megaphone for the fifth time for Ravi Teja, the expectations are huge. Ileana is once again paired opposite Ravi Teja in this film, which has Brahmanandam as Lord Vishnu Murthy. BVSN Prasad is producing the film under Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra banner.

Thaman to score music for NTR-Harish Shankar’s next

Young Music Sensation SS Thaman has bagged another prestigious film in Tollywood. The young music director was ropped in to sore music forf young tiger NTR’s forthcoming project to be directed by Harish Shankar. He had already composed music for Brindavanam and he’s also working on the NTR’s under-production movie “Baadshah” directed by Seenu Vaitla. And now he had bagged the third chance as he is confirmed as the music director for NTR’s next to be directed by Harish Shankar.
The project was originally supposed to be produced by NTR’s close buddy Kodali Nani but the recent political developments in Nani’s camp have prompted a change in the producer. The untitled film would be produced by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations.

Rajamouli turns Rakshasudu

Rajamouli became the star icon of Tollywood and the impact he created with his graphical wonder ‘Eega’ is unforgettable. Experiencing and enjoying his beautiful creation movie lovers started following his words as holy scriptures. When he became producer for the film ‘Andala Rakshasi’, people sat up at once and started following it closely and thronged theaters when it hit the screens today though the film is a product of debutantes. It did not take even a minutes to realise how mistaken they were in banking and coming to theaters on Rajamouli’s words.
The film ‘Andala Rakshasi’ turned ‘Torture Rakshasi’ which movie lovers having no space to hide. Only relief for them are the songs, beautiful picturesque locations. The comments from fellow viewers provided them comic relief than the comedy track of the film. Even frequent smokers were aghast at the continuous smoking and drinking of hero Gautam (Rahul Ravindran) and were heard commenting that the hero looked like a chain smoker than a star. Many were at their wits end unable to make head or tail of the film for the first half an hour of the film.
Movie lovers wondered how could Rajamouli fell in love with ‘Andala Rakshasi’ and turn Rakshasudu to torture to movie lovers. Some even questioned what appealed to Rajamouli that did not appear to them. All in all entire ‘Eega’ memories are erased by ‘Andala Rakshasi’.
