Preethi Mukundan Secures Two Major Tollywood Projects

Young actress Preethi Mukundan is currently enjoying a career upswing with two significant projects in her kitty. Known for her youthful charm, she previously appeared in Om Bheem Bush and Kannappa. Regardless of those films’ performances, she has now landed two major opportunities that could define her trajectory in Tollywood.
Preethi will be seen as the female lead opposite Roshan Meka in a film directed by Sailesh Kolanu and produced under the Sithara banner. The recently released glimpse showcases her in a striking new look, giving her a fresh and appealing on-screen presence.
In addition, she has been finalized to play a pivotal role as the daughter of Megastar Chiranjeevi in his upcoming project with director Bobby. Several actresses, including Sara Arjun, Anaswara Rajan, and Keerthy Suresh, were considered for the role, but Preethi ultimately secured the part.
With two prominent films, backing from leading production houses, and substantial roles in both, Preethi Mukundan is poised for a major breakthrough, proving that timing, talent, and the right opportunities can quickly elevate a career.
Prabhas’ Fauzi: Action-Packed Soldier Drama

Rebel Star Prabhas fans are buzzing with excitement as multiple big projects are in the pipeline. Among these, one project quietly progressing under wraps is Fauzi, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, famed for Sita Ramam.
According to sources, the team is currently shooting a high-octane sequence featuring horse riding and intense chase scenes. This action-packed episode is expected to be one of the major highlights of the film, with the makers going all out to ensure it stands out visually.
Meanwhile, social media is abuzz with speculation that Prabhas might be playing a dual role in one of his upcoming films, excluding the Kalki 2898 AD sequel. Many fans are guessing that Fauzi could be the project where Prabhas takes on this double role. While there is no official confirmation yet, curiosity is building steadily.
If all goes according to plan, Fauzi is expected to release in the fourth quarter of this year. After the disappointment of The Raja Saab, fans are pinning high hopes on this film, which will see Prabhas portraying a soldier in a visually grand and action-packed narrative.
Vishwak Sen’s Film Struggles at Box Office Despite Big Expectations

Vishwak Sen, one of Telugu cinema’s rising stars, reportedly charges ₹5–7 crore per film and currently has three projects in hand. With strong backing from Sithara Entertainments, direction by KV Anudeep, and Kayadu Lohar as the heroine, expectations were high for a solid opening.
However, the film’s release was surprisingly weak. Day 1 occupancy struggled to reach 40% in many centres, with regions like Rayalaseema dipping below 10%. Even Nizam, considered Vishwak’s stronghold, showed disappointing collections.
Back-to-back underperformers appear to have taken a toll on audience sentiment. A recent average performer followed by a flop seems to have affected his current film, and hopes for a word-of-mouth revival on Day 2 did not materialize, with collections remaining flat.
Reports suggest the film grossed around ₹8 crore across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, falling short of the expected benchmark. Producers generally anticipate at least double the hero’s remuneration as business, but that margin was missing.
Vishwak Sen is not alone in this trend. Other prominent stars like Sharwanand, Gopichand, and Ravi Teja are also grappling with shrinking openings and falling box office numbers, indicating a broader shift in audience behaviour and market dynamics.

Young actress Anaswara Rajan is riding high on the success of her recent film With Love. According to trusted sources, she is set to play a pivotal role as Megastar Chiranjeevi’s daughter in his upcoming film, directed by KS Ravindra (Bobby).
