US-based Real Estate Company Backed By Trump Coming To India!
We all know Donald John Trump as a big politician as he earlier served as the President of the United States and wants to contest the next Presidential polls that are slated to be held in a couple of years. He is making the required arrangements for the same hoping to hit the bull’s eye.
However many don’t know that he is a successful businessman and runs a real estate business. The firm that was set up by his father was renamed as The Trump Organization by Donald Trump himself and he runs it. The firm is into renovating skyscrapers and building luxury properties.
In a bid to expand its reach, Donald Trump is reportedly trying to make investments in India. It is said that the investments are likely to be made in five cities including pearl city Hyderabad. The investments are aimed at constructing high-end luxury properties in these cities.
Metro cities are the big platform for real estate companies as rich people prefer staying in luxury properties. If we talk about Mumbai, Bandra is such an area, and apartment costs around between 2-5 lakhs on rent. In Hyderabad Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills areas are posh areas and rich people across the fields live there.
With Trump’s company coming to India, we might see many luxury properties in these cities. It is said that Donald Trump’s company will make big investments to the tune of thousands of crores in a phased manner. It is said that the company will do investments by joining hands with big companies in these selected cities.
Media reports say that Donald Trump’s company might make investments in cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi NCR . One project will come to each of these cities. The company will bring projects in Chandigarh and Ludhiana as well.
However, Donald Trump will not make investments in the projects as he does in the United States. The Tribeca Developers based in the national capital Delhi is taking care of the investments. The towers in two cities were finished already while the work is going on in two cities.
Pushpa Ends Up As Disaster In Russia!
Icon Star Allu Arjun joined the elite list of Pan-India stars with his last outing Pushpa. The action entertainer presented him in a never-before look. The rugged look and his mannerisms were loved by one and all and the Allu Arjun starrer film took the box office by storm.
The Pan-India film struck gold at the box office in all the languages it was released. In Hindi, it created a sensation and earned big collections. The makers released the film in Russia recently. A big amount was spent on promoting the film and team Pushpa went to Russia to promote the film.
However, Pushpa fell short of meeting expectations as per the experts. The observers are saying that Pushpa failed to get good collections despite getting released on a big scale in Russia.
Experts say that Pushpa failed to attract movie lovers to the theatres. The Pan-India film did not get the ideal start and from day one the talk was that great and the film’s performance at the box office started becoming worse with each passing day. Pushpa was released on the 8th of this month.
Team Pushpa gave its best in promoting the film and back-to-back interviews were given to the local media. The interviews created a good buzz for the film. However, this could not help the film and the Allu Arjun starrer ended up as a disaster in Russia as per the experts.
The not-so-good talk of Pushpa plates its part in this while the situations in Russia are also not that good. It is known that Russia waged a war on Ukraine and the war is still going on. Other nations have imposed sanctions on Russia and the financial situation of people is not that encouraging.
All these situations might have resulted in Pushpa becoming a flop at the box office. It failed to repeat the success and sensation it had created in India. Pushpa was released in a good number of theatres. However, it could not help Pushpa.
Pushpa marks the third collaboration between Allu Arjun and Sukumar. The Pan-India film was bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. Happening beauty Rashmika Mandanna played the leading lady in the action thriller. The second part of the franchise will hit the floors soon.
Deepika’s Bikini Show Spikes Up Boycott Trend Again!
We all knew how much of an influence the Boycott slogans made on Aamir Khan’s ‘Laal Singh Chadda’. It trended on social media heavily and the collections were affected badly. Things would have been better if the movie got a positive talk but the disastrous talk did not help the movie at all. The same happened during the release of ‘Brahmastra’ as well but the decent content managed to make the film a successful venture in Hindi.
Now, the Boycott trend which slowed down in the last few months is getting strong again. It all happened because of the latest song ‘Besharam Rang’ from Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathan’ movie. Deepika looked jaw-dropping in this song and some even say that she crossed the borders with the glamour show. She raised the temperatures to a whole new level in skimpy bikinis and pulled off some sensuous dance moves. Her dazzling glamour treat makes you wonder whether it is an Indian song or a Hollywood music video.
This has triggered the sensitivities of a few groups who started trending #BoycottPathaan. Thousands of tweets were made and they reportedly wanted to teach Deepika Padukone a lesson. Though SRK and the ‘Pathaan’ team did not respond on this, the issue is becoming a hot topic.
As we know, Deepika’s husband Ranveer Singh’s nude photoshoot landed him in a lot of trouble. He even faced legal problems which were solved by hook or crook. Now, the wife became the center of attraction with her steamy bikini show in ‘Pathaan’. While a few look concerned, SRK and the YRF team are happy that it is giving a lot of free publicity for the movie.
Special Trains Getting Ready For ‘Veerayya’ Event!
With the release date fast approaching, the team of ‘Waltair Veerayya’ have upped the promotions. The first look posters, teasers of Chiranjeevi and Ravi Teja’s characters in the film and ‘Boss Party’ song have already created a very positive buzz on the movie. There are reports that the second song will be coming out in the next few days.
In the meanwhile, there are a lot of rumours coming out regarding the pre-release event. Since Chiru and Ravi Teja are working together, the audience are excited to see them together on a single stage and there are massive expectations on the movie. Sources say that the Mythri Movie Makers are planning to organize the pre-release event in Vishakapatnam on 8th January. The makers are reportedly making huge arrangements for the event as insiders suggest that the team is arranging a special train from Vizag to Hyderabad in order to bring the fans.
The plan is still in the discussion stage and more arrangements need to be done. As we know, a lot of producers organized special trains for movie promotions and success tours before. Let us see if this works out or not.

While the story and dialogue were written by Bobby himself, Kona Venkat and K Chakravarthy Reddy penned the screenplay. The writing department also includes Hari Mohana Krishna and Vineeth Potluri.
Bollywood Planning To Remake ‘DJ Tillu’?
Siddhu Jonnalagadda’s ‘DJ Tillu’ is one of the surprise hits of 2022. This crime comedy which came out in the first half of this year worked mainly due to hero’s characterization and Siddhu’s amazing performance. It brought a lot for Sidhu and ended up in huge profits. With the boost given by the first film, the young hero who is also the writer has decided to take the sequel on to the floors.
‘Tillu Square’ is in the production stage and there are a lot of expectations on it. The latest we hear is that Bollywood is interested in remaking ‘DJ Tillu’. A top production house reportedly bought the rights and the actors need to be confirmed. If this turns out to be true, ‘DJ Tillu’ is definitely going to be an addition to the long list of Telugu remakes that Bollywood attempted in recent times. Let us wait and see what happens.
Coming to ‘Tillu Square’, Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas who produced the first part are bankrolling the second part too. ‘Tillu Square’ will be presented by Srikara Studios, and will be directed by Mallik Ram. Ram Miriyala, who’d originally composed and sung the title track of DJ Tillu, scores the music. Sai Prakash Ummadisingu cranks the camera for the project to be edited by Navin Nooli. Female Filmmaker’s Lock Of Hair Displayed At Film Festival!
Muslim nations are very strict when it comes to imposing rules on women. They should follow the rules and they have no other option. We saw this in Iran. A woman who refused to wear Hijab was hit by Moral Police and she sustained serious injuries resulting in her death.
Her death gave birth to an intense battle in Iran against Hijab. Women are hitting the roads to fight against the rule of wearing hijab. From common people to celebrities, everyone took part in the protest to stand in solidarity with the protesting women.
An Iranian female filmmaker who has been a strong supporter raised many eyeballs with his act. As she was not allowed to leave the country to take part in a film festival where her film was screened, she sent her hair. A lock of her hair was sent to the film festival by her.
The organisers of the film festival displayed her hair to the audience and they cheered loudly to support her decision. Famous Iranian filmmaker Mahnaz Mohammadi was selected for the Spirit of Cinema award at the International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK).
As the Iranian government is very strict about not letting the critics come out, her passport was not renewed. With no option left, the filmmaker stayed back in Iran. To express her anger and show support for the Iran protests, Mahnaz Mohammadi sent her lock of hair.
On her behalf Greek filmmaker Athina Rachel Tsangari received the award. She showed the filmmaker’s hair to the audience and they raised slogans supporting the filmmaker.

Mahnaz Mohammadi has been fighting for the rights of women for a very long time. Through her film, she gives her voice to the voiceless and supports the fight of women. After the Hijab row erupted, she became an even bigger critic of the Iranian government.
The anti-Hijab protests began in Iran in September this year after a Kurdish woman Mahsa Amini was brutally hit by the Morality police. She slipped into a coma and then passed away due to injuries.
