Young and handsome hero Vijay Deverakonda is currently working on ‘Khushi’ under Shiva Nirvana’s direction. Samantha is the heroine in it and he gave his green signal for Gautham Thinnanuri and Parasuram’s projects. As we know, Vijay and Parasuram delivered a blockbuster romantic entertainer like ‘Geetha Govindham’ before. This combination has a lot of expectations on it.
The ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ director is currently busy penning the script of this movie and searching for the right heroine simultaneously. As per reports, there are three options for Vijay and Parasuram. The first one if Pooja Hegde who was supposed to work with Rowdy on ‘Jana Gana Mana’ but the project was dropped after the disastrous result of ‘Liger’. They did not act together till date and this fresh pair going to attract the attention of many. While the team is interested in ‘Butta Bomma’, the beauty reportedly charges more remuneration and her availability became a huge problem lately.
The other option is Mrunal Thakur who stole the hearts of Telugu youth with ‘Sita Ramam’. She is getting a lot of offers in Telugu and her only Tollywood project in hand is with Nani. Compared to Pooja, Mrunal charges less and many are expecting their jodi to look good on the screen. But the actress is quite picky when it comes to her roles and Parasuram needs to impress her with the script.
The last and most important option is Rashmika Mandanna. Vijay and Rashmika share a very good chemistry. These real-life friends looked great together in movies like ‘Geetha Govindham’ and ‘Dear Comrade’. There are a lot of rumors surrounding their relationship as well. Even Parasuram wants his ‘Geetha Govindham’ heroine back as the sentiment factor plays a key role. We need to wait and see who ends up romancing Vijay on the screen.
Hanu Man Makers Dropped Hanuman Chalisa Rendition!
Young director Prasanth Varma created a niche for himself in Tollywood. He attracted everyone’s attention with Awe. He introduced the concept of Zombies to Telugu with Zombie Reddy. Now he is busy with a much-anticipated film in his career and the upcoming film also marks his entry into the elite Pan-India films.
Hanu Man is his upcoming film which is dubbed as the first superhero film in India. As today marks Hanuman Jayanti, the makers dropped the Hanuman Chalisa. It is the powerful Rendition of Hanuman Chalisa. The video shows the heroics of Hanuman in the animated version and in between we can see the lead in the film. It appears that the makers want to say that the lead role is somewhat similar to Hanuman.
Hanuman holds a big significance in the Hindu epic Ramayana. It was him who flew over the ocean and found Goddess Sita. As today is celebrated on the eve of his birthday, the makers dropped Hanuman Chalisa.
Hanu Man is a Pan-India film written and directed by Prasanth Varma. Primeshow Entertainment is bankrolling the film. The film stars Teja Sajja as the lead. After Zombie Reddy, the director, and hero joined forces again. Hanu Man has an ensemble cast of Amritha Aiyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Raj Deepak Shetty, and Vinay Rai.
A few months back, the makers dropped a teaser that took us into the cinematic world of the film. After the teaser release, the expectations of the film increased massively. The magnum opus might hit the theatres on 12 May 2023.
Mrunal Claims #Nani30 As One Of The Best Scripts She Ever Read!
Gorgeous girl Mrunal Thakur who is promoting her upcoming film ‘Gumrah’ has revealed how much reception she got after ‘Sita Ramam’ and even talked about her upcoming movie with Natural Star Nani. The lovely lady who recently stunned everyone with her bikini clicks is making sure that she wins the love of the Telugu audience with whatever she says.
Talking about not signing a new film for a long time after ‘Sita Ramam’, she said, “It (Sita) has already set a benchmark so high that even today when filmmakers approach me or when I tell them ‘Sir, I’m excited to work with you’, all they say is ‘Amma please wait for some time because there is nothing nice or as big as Sita Ramam that’s been made or written yet. So we want you to hold on and good scripts will come.”
She even heaped praises on her upcoming flick with Nani. The ‘Super 30’ actress claims, “I am doing this film with Nani, which is a beautiful script that I have ever read and I am extremely proud to be associated with the entire team. It’s director Shouryuv’s debut film. I think I’m extremely blessed to have gotten that role and it wouldn’t be possible if I had not done Sita (Ramam).”
Apparently, the first schedule of the movie has been wrapped up and the next schedule will begin once the promotions of ‘Gumraah’ are done. The shooting is expected to happen in Goa for the next 40 days. She played the role of a cop in ‘Gumrah’ which is going to release on 7th April. She is also working on other Hindi projects like ‘Pooja Meri Jaan’, ‘Pippa’ and ‘Lust Stories 2’. Mrunal stated that she wishes to do a Marvel movie in the future.
Will ‘Meter’ Meet its Break-Even Target at the Box Office?
Summer is here and the Tollywood film industry is buzzing with excitement as several movies gear up for their release in the month of April. Among them is the highly anticipated commercial movie “Meter” starring Kiran Abbavaram and produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
The movie is expected to be a mass entertainer and the promotions have been going on in full swing, with Kiran aiming to win over the mass audience this time around. The teaser trailer and songs have already generated a Decent hype, with the movie expected to do well at the box office.
It will be released in more than 400 theaters worldwide, with 85 theaters in Nizam, 35 in Seeded, and 135 in Andhra Pradesh. The movie will also be shown in more than 250 theaters across the two Telugu states and more than 400 theaters worldwide, including in Karnataka, the rest of India, and overseas.
The film has already earned over Rs.3.50 crore in the two Telugu states and is expected to make a total of Rs.4 crores including the rest of the states and overseas. However, to be considered a box office success, the movie needs to receive share collections in the range of 4.50 crores. It remains to be seen if Kiran Abbavaram can meet this target quickly and become a successful commercial hero in the industry.

After a debacle like ‘Radhe Shyam’ last year, Tollywood’s macho hero Prabhas is all set to arrive with two gigantic projects in 2023. While his mythological movie ‘Adipurush’ is getting released on 16th June, the makers of his upcoming flick ‘Salaar’ announced that the movie will be hitting the big screens on 28th September. The audience have high expectations on these two movies.
Apart from these two, Prabhas has ‘Project K’ and ‘Spirit’ in his hands. ‘Project K’ is a movie based on time-traveling and it is going to be the costliest film in his career. On the other hand, ‘Spirit’ is yet to kickstart. Apart from these two, there is a talk of him working with ‘Pathaan’ director Siddharth Anand as well. As we know, there were a lot of rumours about star producer Dil Raju bankrolling a Prabhas’ film. His ‘Salaar’ director Prasanth Neel is expected to direct it.
There is no update about it again and fans of Prabhas have asked Dil Raju about his movie with their hero. Replying to their question, the official Twitter handle of Raju’s ‘Sri Venkateswara Creations’ said that the project will begin once all of the star hero’s commitments get completed.
