‘Meter’ Teaser: Kiran Abbavaram In His Element Once Again!

Young and talented hero Kiran Abbavaram who achieved success with ‘Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha’ is coming back again with a complete commercial entertainer. The movie is titled ‘Meter’ and debutant Ramesh Kaduri is directing this film while Clap Entertainment is producing it. Presented by the Mythri Movie Makers, the teaser of ‘Meter’ is out now.

Kiran Abbavaram who tried some restrained acting in his last film is back to his regular element with ‘Meter’. He is showcased as a full-fledged commercial hero who beats the pulp out of the baddies, walks in slow motion, teases the heroine and utters one punch dialogue after another. He brought a lot of energy into the teaser and it looks like the movie is going to be a one-man show.

Heroine Athulyaa Ravi looks okay and makes her presence felt in a few frames. The background music definitely stands out and it elevates the teaser a lot. However, the teaser makes us feel that it is a regular commercial movie with a predictable screenplay. The shots and scenes do not give a fresh vibe and we need to see if the film’s unit proves us wrong or not.

Chiranjeevi (Cherry) and Hemalatha Pedamallu are producing the film. Ramesh Kaduri provided dialogues, while JV is the Art Director. Venkat C Dileep and Suresh Sarangam handled the cinematography. Bal Subramaniam KVV is the Chief Executive Producer for the film which is the most expensive film in Kiran’s career. Sai Kartheek is giving the music. ‘Meter’ is releasing worldwide on 7th April and it has to compete with Ravi Teja’s ‘Ravanasura’ which is coming out on the same date. Sathi Gani Rendu Yekaralu teaser promises Exhilarating Fun Ride

Mythri Movie Makers, the top production house behind Telugu blockbusters such as Rangasthalam (2018), Uppena (2021), Pushpa: The Rise (2021) and more recently, Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy, and leading OTT platform aha joined forces for an exciting project. Their film, Sathi Gani Rendu Yekaralu, will be premiering on Aha Video on March 17th.

The film’s teaser was released today. It starts with Sathi, played by Jagadeesh Bandari, selling the valuables in the house, and when he decides to sell his land, the events that follow forms the crux of the story. It promises a compelling storyline that will captivate the audience.

The arresting background score and dark comedy by Vennela Kishore, Bithri Sathi, Mohana Sree Suraaga, Raj Tirandasu, and Aneesha Dama will undoubtedly make you laugh. Beautifully composed music is intricately woven into the story in the teaser.

Directed by Abhinav Danda, the film stars Jagadeesh Bandari, best-known for playing Keshava in Pushpa: The Rise (2021), as the lead. Billed as a dark comedy, the film will be set against the backdrop of Kollur. Mythri Movie Makers appears to be continuing their blockbuster success in OTT as well.

Ram Charan Takes Upasana On A #babymoon In LA!

‘RRR’ hero Ram Charan might be very busy with his interviews, fan meets and screenings in America ahead of the Oscars award ceremony which is going to be held on 12th March. But he knows that family always comes first! He takes some time out of his busy schedule and took his pregnant wife Upasana on a LA trip where they watched whales and dolphins, did some shopping and had a great time.

Upasana uploaded a video that provided a sneak peek into what she called a ‘Babymoon’. She wished everyone a Happy Holi and the photo of Ram Charan carrying the shopping bags whilst Upasana is walking in front is going viral on social media. Many are saying that a husband is a husband even if he became famous on an international level.

Talking about her husband Ram Charan in a recent interview, Upasana said that he supports her in every step of the way and she does the same to him. She told that she tries to help him whether if he is in Ukraine shooting for ‘Naatu Naatu’ or in home or at shooting. She added that the last year has been very satisfying for Charan both on the personal and professional front. She terms that it has been Charan’s year as he received a lot of accolades for his work.

Ram Charan To Shake A Leg With Salman In ‘KBKJ’!

It is well known that the Mega family and Bollywood Bhaijaan share a great rapport with each other. Salman arrived as the chief guest for ‘RRR’ pre-release event in Mumbai and he even played a special role in Chiranjeevi’s ‘Godfather’. Salman mentioned about the hospitality of the Mega family whenever he comes to Hyderabad.

The latest we hear is that Mega Power Star Ram Charan is all set to return the favour and do a special cameo in Salman’s upcoming film ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’. As we know, this movie is a remake of ‘Veeram’ (Katamrayudu in Telugu). Apparently, Ram Charan will make an appearance in a song and shake a leg with Salman, Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh, Bhumika and other main cast members. Sources say that Jaani master will be choreographing this song. Jaani master composed the steps for a lot of Charan’s songs and it will be great to see Salman and Charan dancing together under his choreography. Let us wait for the official news to come out.

Venkatesh will be seen as Pooja’s brother in the movie while Bhumi is going to play the ‘Vasu’ hero’s wife role in this movie. Two songs have been released from the movie and the teaser got a good response too. Fans are hoping for a bounce back from Salman after failures like ‘Dabangg 3’ and ‘Radhe’.

Jagapathi Babu will be playing the villain’s role while Venkatesh plays a key role. Manikandan is the director of photography while Farhad Samji is the director of this project. Produced by Salman himself, the songs are given by a bunch of composers namely Himesh Reshammiya, Ravi Basrur, Sukhbir Singh, Devi Sri Prasad, Sajid Khan, Amaal Malik and Payal Dev. Anl Arasu composed the fights while Mayuresh Sawant is the editor. The movie will be arriving on Eid 2023.

Malayalam actress Anicka Vikhraman recently uploaded a few pictures showcasing the bruises all over her body and accused her boyfriend Anoop Pillai for it. She said that Anoop has been physically abusing her and this news is currently going viral.

Talking about the assault and harassment, Anicka wrote, “I was in love with a person named Anoop Pillai. He has abused me mentally and physically for the past few years. Never seen such a man. After doing all this he is scaring me. I never had a bad dream that he would do this to me. The second time I filed a complaint with the police in Bengaluru about him beating me. The first time he beat me in Chennai, he fell at my feet and cried.”

She filed a police complaint against her ex-boyfriend and stated that he used to keep a tab on all her chats. Anicka accepted that she was stupid enough to take him back which reportedly led to even more abuse. She stated, “Inspite of leaving these incidents behind I ve been receiving threatening calls, me and my family is being degraded continuously. The last pic was clicked before my ex boyfriend s attack on me. I was very excited to show my hair cut anyways it’s in the past. I ll start posting pics from this week. I have completely recovered now I have started doing shoots hope everything will be fine now onwards.”

Born in Bangalore, Anicka Vikhraman acted in movies like ‘VIshamakaran’, ‘IKK’ and ‘Enga Pattan Sothu’. She is one of the rising actors in the Malayalam film industry.

If not promoted aggressively or uniquely, it’s tough for small-time movies to survive. People are watching low-budget movies in theatres, only if the pre-release buzz is high and only if they get positive talk post-release.

The recent release Balagam Priyadarshi and Kavya Kalyanram has the big backing of Dil Raju and the movie which got positive talk is unstoppable at the box office. Reportedly, the movie directed by popular comedian Venu is raking up good collections in weekdays as well. It was possible because of the content and vigorous promotions of Dil Raju.

Curiously, Dil Raju didn’t promote even his star attractions this aggressively. But he has been there for every promotional event and is even inviting some prominent faces for these functions.

Seems like Balagam will end up as a smashing hit at the ticket window.

Mahesh Changes His Route & Goes In Full Speed For #SSMB28!

Superstar Mahesh Babu is currently working on his 28th film. He teamed up with Trivikram Srinivas for the third time and there are massive expectations on this project. It is without a doubt one of the most awaited movies in Tollywood and reports suggest that around 30% of the shooting has been wrapped up.

The star hero was recently seen at Sania Mirza’s farewell party. Sources say that Mahesh has changed his regular style for #SSMB28 and is going at full speed. He usually takes big breaks between the schedules. But this film was postponed several times during the initial stages of its production due to various reasons. In order to finish the movie on time, Mahesh is reportedly taking less number of breaks.

With Rajamouli’s film coming soon, Mahesh reportedly wants to wrap up this project at a rapid pace and release it in August. His globetrotting adventure film with the ‘RRR’ director is expected to start by the end of 2023 or the beginning of 2024. Let us see if Trivikram manages to finish this project on time or not.

As we know, Pooja Hegde and Sreeleela are the heroines in this film. The latter is going to have a super hit song with Mahesh as well and the latest we hear is that the superstar will be seen as a police officer once again in this movie. If this news turns out to be true, the fans are surely going to have a blast in theatres. He is reportedly donning the police getup after a long time and it will be exciting to see how Trivikram portrays Mahesh as a cop.
