Natural star Nani is currently working with a newcomer Srikanth Odela for his upcoming film, titled ‘Dasara’. Set in the backdrop of Singareni coal mines in Telangana, the movie stars Keerthy Suresh as the female lead. The action drama film is scheduled for a theatrical release on 30 March 2023.
Now it is reported that Nani is launching another director. As per the buzz, the Ante Sundaraniki actor has given a chance to a young filmmaker Shaurya who helmed a web series, backed by Niharika Konidela.
It is heard that the director narrated a story to Nani, and the latter gave his nod to it. It is expected that the talented actor will join the sets of this movie after wrapping up his ongoing project ‘Dasara’.
Meanwhile, the director is preparing the complete script. An official announcement is awaited.

Karthi’s Landmark Film Titled ‘Japan’! Another Hit?
Tamil star hero Karthi is on a roll lately. He is doing films at a rapid pace. In the last three months, he arrived with three films namely ‘Viruman’ in August, ‘PS – 1’ in September and ‘Sardar’ in October. With ‘Sardar’ becoming a very good hit in Tamil as well as Telugu, the makers have already announced a sequel to this project. In the meanwhile, his landmark 25th film has started in style.
The movie’s title is ‘Japan’ which is quite unique and interesting. The official pooja ceremony was done recently and Raju Murugan who is a National award winner is directing this film while ‘Dream Warrior Pictures’ banner is bankrolling it. Anu Emmanuel who provided a glamour feast in Sirish’s ‘Oorvasivo Rakshasivo’ is going to be the female lead in ‘Japan’. Star Telugu comedian will be making his entry into the Tamil film industry with this film and Vijay Milton who is a well known cinematographer and director will also be making his debut as an actor in ‘Japan’.
Talented music composer GV Prakash Kumar who won the National award recently is working on this film while SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabhu are the producers. Ravi Varman is the director of photography while Anbu Ariv are the fight masters. Philomin Raj is the editor of this movie which is currently in the pre-production stage. The regular shooting is expected to begin soon and the rest of the details about the actors will be revealed in the coming days. The release date of the first look poster is not yet confirmed.
Suriya’s 25th film ‘Yamudu’ is a very special film in his career. Let us see if ‘Japan’ turns out to be such a special one for his brother Karthi or not.
Concerns For ‘Hanu-Man’ Team After ‘Adipurush’!
Young hero Teja Sajja teamed up with creative director Prasasnth Varma once again after a success like ‘Zombie Reddy’. They are making a superhero film titled ‘Hanu-Man’. Teja Sajja is the protagonist in this movie too and he plays the role of ‘Hanumanthu’. The shooting has been going on for a long time and the makers planned to release the teaser during Dasara but postponed it due to the teaser release of ‘Adipurush’ at the same time.
We all know the kind of criticism faced by ‘Adipurush’ team due to the poor CGI. The visuals were appalling and fans were severely disappointed with it. The trolling was so heavy that the team decided to postpone the movie’s release from January to June in order to work more on the visuals. Now, ‘Hanu-Man’ is having the concerns as it is a film made on a limited budget.
The audience who got used to watching Hollywood superhero films with high quality visuals may find this film unsatisfactory. The team of ‘Hanu-Man’ have to come up with good quality visuals at all costs. Though they cannot be as good as Hollywood films, the visuals should be pleasing enough for the movie lovers to watch the film. The teaser is going to play a very crucial role in generating the buzz over the movie.
On the other hand, films like ‘Bimbisara’ worked well due to the strong script despite having some low quality graphics. We need to wait and see how ‘Hanu-Man’ turns out to be. Primeshow Entertainment banner is bankrolling ‘Hanu-Man’ and Niranjan Reddy is the producer. Dasaradhi Shivendra is the cinematographer while Scriptsville provided the screenplay. Prasanth Varma took care of the writing and direction departments while youngsters Anudeep Dev, Hari Gowra, Jay Krish and Krishna Saurabh are composing the music. Amrita Aiyer is the heroine while Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is playing an important role.
Pawan Kalyan To Not Get Invitation For Modi’s Vizag Tour..!
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to tour Vizag on the 11th and 12th of this month. He will stay there for a couple of days and he is likely to halt for a night in the shore city. It is known that BJP has an alliance with Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena. More than Janasena, BJP is talking about this. Usually, Pawan Kalyan should be invited to the meeting. But he might not get the invitation.
Looking at the reasons for this, Pawan Kalyan made some interesting comments and expressed his dissatisfaction over the delay in the road map. Though he did not directly say he has no ties with the BJP, people got a vague sense of that.
The ally party gets invited during such visits. But the political experts say the chances of seeing Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Pawan Kalyan sharing the stage are very less. AP BJP Chief Somu Veerraju skipping the question on inviting Pawan Kalyan to the event added fuel to the opinion that Janasenani might not get the invitation.
Other issues are also playing a role in this. Experts say that Pawan Kalyan’s meeting with the leaders of the left parties during his recent Ippatam tour did not go well with the BJP leadership. Pawan Kalyan meeting Chandrababu Naidu added fuel to the alleged gap.
Pawan Kalyan did not openly say he has no ties with BJP but his actions are hinting at the same. Now the saffron party leaders are said to be in plans to do the same. To indirectly show their anger, BJP wanted to keep Pawan distanced from the meeting as per the info.
However, Pawan Kalyan is believed to have clarity on alliance with the BJP. His version is that he said what is required and sought a roadmap. Despite all this, there is no positive response from the party leadership. Pawan and Janasainiks are reportedly in favour of TDP and wants to join hands with the party.
With this, Pawan Kalyan is inclined towards the TDP and Chandrababu Naidu. Moreover, Pawan Kalyan wants to hear the news of the end of ties from the BJP so that he will not have any blame to face.
Though the BJP is making name-sake statements on the alliance, it is doing what it wants to. This says BJP might be in plan to walk alone in Andhra Pradesh. It wants to send a message that it has no friends in the state. With this Pawan Kalyan was not invited reportedly.
IAS Feels Maybe Women Should Be Allowed To carry Arms In India!
It is quite ironic that India which gave a big message to respect women to the world is seeing a rise in attacks against women. The rape of attacks has increased and the attacks which were not registered would be even higher. Fearing what society might think most of the victims won’t make the attacks public.
Raising many concerns about the justice victims might get, the Supreme Court recently let go accused of rape and murder case. Saying that the accused should be given a chance to change themselves the Apex Court let the three accused go. The case happened months before the Nirbhaya case.
In another case, the Madhya Pradesh High Court granted bail to the convict in the gang rape case who was earlier slapped with 25 years of Rigorous Imprisonment. Saying that the accused already spent over 5 years in jail the convict was granted bail with a personal bond of Rs 2 lakhs. These two judgments raised many questions and fears among women on what could happen even if the issues are taken to the notice of courts.
Secretary to Telangana Chief Minister Smita Sabharwal who stays active on social media and fights for women’s rights and issues made a sensational tweet on the two verdicts. She said that women might be allowed to bear arms if the judicial letdown continues.
Her tweet set social media on fire and people are supporting her tweet. There is nothing wrong with what she said and if no one can save women then they can take things into her hands and this might happen soon.
Pooja Hegde recuperating from ankle injury
Last month, Pooja Hegde twisted her ankle rather badly. Doctors said she had suffered a ligament tear and that she needed to rest for around a month. The actress is currently undergoing treatment and recuperating.
Though she’s nursing an injury, Pooja insists that her spirits are not down. “I have some rest time which is great for me,” she says, looking on the brighter side.
The actress has been quite busy of late. Apart from the Ranveer Singh-starrer Cirkus, she has Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan and a Mahesh Babu film in Telugu. “I have been living out of suitcase working on films in multiple languages for the last two years. This short pause is helping me to take a deep breath and also come back strongly,” she says.
The actress shared a photo on Sunday where she can be seen immersing her leg in a bucket of water while removing her ankle splint and knee supporter.
Jr. NTR’s film in full swing
Putting an end to speculation that Jr. NTR’s film has been put on the back burner, its makers have shared a photo from the project showing director Koratala Siva, cinematographer Rathnavelu and production designer Sabu Cyril working on the pre-production.
Since the film is releasing after Jr NTR’s RRR, the project has been widely talked about. However, the shoot was delayed due to various reasons, leading to conjecture that it had been put on hold after Koratala Siva’s last directorial Acharya flopped.
The filmmakers are also trying to cast a Bollywood heroine opposite Jr NTR. They had initially finalised Alia Bhatt but she cried off due to her pregnancy.
