Rishab Shetty’s Kantara, which was made on a moderate budget of Rs 15 crore (approx), has earned huge profits across the globe. The movie was released in multiple languages, and it received blockbuster talk from everywhere.

It is known that Allu Aravind’s Geetha Arts presented the movie in Telugu states. They distributed it on a commission basis and to everyone’s surprise; the movie crossed Rs 20 crore share in Telugu states. It was valued at Rs 2 crore and the recovery was done on day one itself. Along with the other versions, the producers, Hombale Films, have hit a jackpot in Telugu as well.

On the other side, Kantara has also become the second highest grosser of Kannada cinema — only behind KGF: Chapter 2 (Rs 1200 crore).

His family is saying that the 19-year-old celebrity chef Mehrshad Shahidi aka Iran’s Jamie Oliver reportedly sustained serious injuries on his skull after he was attacked by the forces. They alleged that he was taken into custody and then beaten to death. They also said that they are being forced to call the death a heart attack.

“Our son lost his life as a result of receiving baton blows to his head after his arrest, but we have been under pressure by the regime to say that he has died of a heart attack,” the chef’s family members are believed to have said with the local media.

The chef’s death added fuel to the ongoing protests and people are showering praises on the 19-year-old who stood with the protesting women against the imposition of hijab in the nation. Thousands of people are expected to attend his funerals to honour him for standing behind the protesting women against Hijab.

Handsome hero Sudheer Babu is one actor who is constantly trying to satisfy with the audience with different and interesting scripts. He is making sure that his previous film is in no way similar to his current film. After a soft emotional love story like ‘Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali’, Sudheer Babu is arriving with ‘Hunt’. Now, the conceptual title video of his 18th film ‘Harom Hara’ has been released.

He teamed up with director Gnanasagar Dwaraka who made an impressive debut with ‘Sehari’. Sumanth G Naidu will produce the movie under ‘Sree Subrahmanyeshwara Cinemas’ banner. The movie is a periodic action drama set in 1989 in Kuppam. A proper nativity film that will present Sudheer Babu in a never-seen-before mass avatar.

More details regarding this project will be coming soon but the conceptual title video is surely intriguing and takes the audience into the world of ‘Harom Hara’ and keeps them invested. The guns, village backdrop and everything suggest at an interesting crime drama with strong characters. Let us wait and see what happens.

Ramesh Kumar G is the presentor while Chaitan Bharadwaj composed the music. His work in this video surely impresses the audience. Aravind Viswanathan is the director of photography while Raviteja Girijala is the editor. Apart from being the director, Gnanasagar Dwaraka has written the film too. The gossip about ‘Adipurush’ getting postponed and moving out of the Sankranti race seems to be almost confirmed. Earlier, the team announced confidently that the high-budget mythological drama will be hitting the screens on 12th January but it is not going to happen as per reports. While the news is yet to be announced officially, the information has already been passed on to the distributors.

This high-budget film has a lot of buzz surrounding it and it is not all for the right reasons. The CGI work and designing of a few characters did not go down well with the viewers. Om Raut and the ‘Baahubali’ hero came out in public and tried to explain it to the public and even arranged 3D screenings in various theatres to show the movie’s quality. There were warnings from right-wing politicians too.

Senior heroes like Balayya and Chiranjeevi are gearing up to lock horns through their movies like ‘Veera Simha Reddy’ and ‘Waltair Veerayya’ respectively. Thalapathy Vijay will be arriving during the same season with ‘Varasudu’ and we all know the ‘Bigil’ hero’s craze in South India. Even Akhil’s ‘Agent’ is getting released in the same festive season. Looks like the team of ‘Adipurush’ may aim at the summer season.

As we know, tall and gorgeous beauty Kriti Sanon will be seen as Sita in ‘Adipurush’ while Saif Ali Khan will play the villain Lankesh.
