Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan recovers from Covid-19

Actor cum politician Pawan Kalyan has tested negative for the novel coronavirus. The actor’s political party, Janasena, has released a statement regarding Power star’s health condition.

As per reports, the Vakeel Saab actor took an RT-PCR test three days ago, and the result came out negative. The doctors said that he is healthy and will recover completely soon.

The actor had contracted Coronavirus in the second week of April. Pawan Kalyan along with his staff took part in a public meeting in Tirupati on April 3 ahead of by-polls.

After this, PSPK experienced symptoms like nausea, chest congestion, and mild fever. Doctors found an infection in his lungs and they did the treatment for the same. Now, the Janasenani thanked all those who have prayed for his well-being.

On the movie front, Pawan Kalyan will next be seen in Hari Hara Veera Mallu directed by Krish and an untitled Telugu remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum. He also gave a nod to young directors like Harish Shankar and Surender Reddy.

On the work front, Rakul Preet Singh was last seen in the Hindi medical comedy film Doctor G. She was paired opposite happening hero Ayushmann Khurrana. Rakul played Dr. Fatima Ayushmann Khurrana’s classmate and love interest. She received good reviews for her acting in the role of a gynecologist.

Anubhuti Kashyap directed the critically acclaimed film and Junglee Pictures banner bankrolled it. Senior actress Shefali Shah who shot to super fame with the OTT shows played a key role in the film. She appeared as Ayushmann Khurrana’s strict senior.

She is awaiting the release of her upcoming fantasy comedy-drama Thank God which is slated for a grand release on October 25. Indra Kumar is the director of the upcoming film. Rakul Preet paired opposite Sidharth Malhotra and this marks the third collaboration of the duo after Aiyaary and Marjaavaan.

Ajay Devgn is playing a key role in Thank God which is bankrolled by T-series. Thank God is the official remake of the Norwegian film Sorte kugler. The team is busy promoting the film.

Shruti Hassan Takes The Foreign Route Once Again!

It is well known that sultry siren Shruti Hassan has taken up a Hollywood project titled ‘The Eye’. It is a psychological thriller that has Mark Rowley and Shruti playing the lead roles. Revealing the news, Shruti took to Twitter and posted, “FINALLY! So happy to share with all of you why I’m in Greece !! super stoked to be a part of this special and exciting project.”

Directed by Daphne Schmon, this film is written by Emily Carlton. Shruti even said, “It has always been my dream to share stories through music, words and the visual medium of cinema. The concept of widening that net and being able to do that globally is beyond exciting – it’s so wonderful to be a part of such a wonderful team – that too led by incredibly talented women is something that is extra special! It’s a beautiful story and I’m so honoured to share it with people.”

It is not the first time Shruti tried her luck abroad. While she was ruling the roost in South India and getting busy in the North as well, Shruti Hassan left acting and went abroad to pursue her music career. After performing with her band for a year, she returned to India. Other actresses occupied her place and Shruti found it tough to get big offers.

It took a long time for her to get back in the game. The 36-year-old is now busy once again with movies like ‘Veera Simha Reddy’, ‘#Mega154’ and ‘Salaar’. She has a few projects in Tamil and Hindi as well. During this crucial juncture, she is taking a Hollywood project once again and her fans are hoping that it doesn’t affect her career like the first time.

Katrina Kaif is arriving with ‘Phone Bhoot’ and it looks like a complete fun ride. This horror comedy is releasing on the 4th of November and young heroes Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi are the male leads. They delivered an energetic and entertaining performance but the surprise package is definitely Katrina Kaif who stole the limelight with her amazing look and acting. The cast is busily promoting this film and as expected, it is Katrina who is hogging all the limelight.

During an interview, Katrina talked about the time when she was ousted from a movie just after filming one shot. Apparently, Katrina was selected as the heroine in a film titled ‘Saaya’. Johan Abraham as the hero in this movie and the director Anurag Basu reportedly called the producer and said that he wants Katrina out of the project. Upon his insistence, Katrina was removed from the film just after giving a single take.

Katrina has come a long way since then and she turned out to be one of the biggest names in Bollywood. ‘Phone Bhoot’ is the first film of Katrina post her marriage to Vicky Kaushal. After making her debut back in 2003, Katrina made it big in Bollywood and is still going strong even after 19 years.

Coming back to ‘Phone Bhoot’, the rest of the cast includes, Sheeba Chadha, Nidhi Bishit, Manu Rishi Chadha, Kedar Shankar, Manuj Sharma, Shrikant Verma and Surendra Thakur. Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, this movie is directed by Gurrmeet Singh. Ravi Shankar AN and Jashvinder Singh Bath are the writers of this movie.

Pawan Comments On Dasoju Sravan Coincidental Or Provocative?

Making the upcoming Munugode by election equations interesting, Dasoju Sravan Kumar left the Bharatiya Janata Party and joined TRS, where he earlier belonged to. Sravan leaving BJP for TRS is said to be a big development as his presence would make TRS strong.

The Telangana wing of Bharatiya Janata Party suffered a big blow with this and the party is yet to react on this. While the BJP leaders are yet to react on this, BJP’s ally party’s response stunned everyone and raised many eyebrows.

Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan who is in alliance with BJP in Andhra Pradesh spoke about Dasoju Sravan and dubbed him a dynamic leader. Talking highly about him, Pawan Kalyan said Sravan worked for Telangana no matter which party he is associated with.

Recalling Dasoju Sravan Kumar’s journey from Telangana statehood movement to Praja Rajyam Party and then TRS, Pawan Kalyan said Sravan is his friend and extended his best wishes for his future.

Pawan Kalyan’s reaction started a new debate on whether the comments made by him were intentional or coincidental. Recently Pawan Kalyan said that his friendship with BJP is not that great.

Days after saying that Pawan Kalyan praised Dasoju Sravan Kumar who left BJP leaving the saffron party in a big shock. Political experts say that Pawan Kalyan might have expressed his dissatisfaction towards BJP which did not give him the roadmap.

The Kannada industry rose to super fame with the K.G.F franchise. The film is not just the costliest film in the history of Kannada film, but also one of the highest-grossing films in the country. The Kannada industry added another feather to its illustrious cap with the recent sensation Kantara.

Kantara talks about tribal rituals and how people in tribes follow special rituals in praying to god. The issue of how tribals are wrongly framed for Land Encroachment was shown beautifully. The mix of two points complemented by good direction skills made the film a sensation.

The peculiar rituals shown in the film are the USP of the film and people across the nation loved them. After the film was released many people are mimicking the sounds made by people who gives the voice of the gods.

Reacting to this, Director-hero Rishab Shetty urged everyone to not mimic the sounds as the sound has a cultural relevance in Karnataka, and micing the sounds will hurt the sentiments. He said that the word O used in the film is not random and it’s their culture.

He made a humble request to people to not use the dialogue randomly as the word carries rich cultural relevance and using the word randomly would hurt the sentiments of believers.

“Worshiping God is our culture. Kantara is a story of our soil. This folk song and movie should reach children. I saw after watching the movie, the audience outside the theatres were using the word O in different ways. Please don’t do this. It’s not like any other movie dialogue,” Rishab Shetty said.
