గాన కోకిల లతా మంగేష్కర్ సక్సెస్ తో పాటు ఆస్తులు కూడా భారీగానే కూడబెట్టారు. సాధారణ గాయనిగా మొదలైన లతాజీ ప్రస్థానం దేశ సరిహద్దులు దాటి విశ్వ వ్యాప్తమైంది. స్టార్ సింగర్ గా ఎనిమిది దశాబ్ధాల పాటు కొనసాగారు. చాలా తక్కువ సమయంలో లతాజీ గానంలో తన మార్క్ వేసారు. అప్పటికే సింగర్లకు భారీగా పారితోషికం ఇచ్చేవారు.

ఇక లతాజీ ఎంటర్ అయిన తర్వాత ఆమె పారితోషికం అందరికంటే రెట్టింపు ఉండేది. ఒకానొక సమయంలో సంగీత దర్శకులకు సమాన పారితోషకం అందుకున్న రోజులు కూడా ఉన్నాయి. ఇక విదేశీ కచేరీలు..వ్యక్తిగత ఈవెంట్లతో లతాజీ బాగానే సంపాదించేవారు.

ఆ రకంగా ఆర్ధికంగా లతా మంగేష్కర్ చాలా కాలం క్రితమే బాగా స్థిరపడ్డారు. ఇంకా ఇతర వ్యాపారాల్లోనూ లతాజీ పెట్టుబడలు పెట్టారు. విదేశాల్లో రెస్టారెంట్ల నిర్వహణ సహా కొన్ని బిజినెస్ లు ఉన్నాయి. ఇలా లతాజీ ఆర్ధికంగా బాగానే సంపాదించారు. ఇక వితరణ కార్యక్రమాల్లోనూ లతాజీ చురుకులా పాల్గొనేవారు.

1983లో భారత్ వరల్డ్ కప్ గెటిచినప్పుడు బీసీసీకి ఆర్ధిక సహాయం చేసారు. ఆ డబ్బును బీసీసీఐ టోర్నీలో పాల్గొన్న వారికి ప్రైజ్ మనీ రూపంలో ఇచ్చింది. అప్పట్లో బీసీసీఐ ఆదాయం తక్కువ. ఈ క్రమంలో లతాజీ కచేరి నిర్వహించడంతో బీసీసీఐ కి బాగా ఆదాయం సమకూరింది.

అలా లతాజీ క్రీడాకారులపై ఎంతో సానుకూలంగా ఉండేవారని బయటపడింది. ప్రస్తుతం లతా మంగేష్కర్ ఆస్తులు విలువ రెండు వదల కోట్లకు పైగానే ఉందిట. అయితే లతాజీ పెళ్లి చేసుకోలేదు. పిల్లల్ని దత్తత తీసుకోలేదు.

ఆ రకంగా అధికారికంగా వారసులు లేరు. తోబుట్టువులు..వారి వారసులు అంతా బాగా స్థిరపడినవారే. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో లతాజీ ఆస్తులు ఎవరి పేరు మీదకు బదిలీ అవుతాయి? అన్నది ఇప్పుడు ఆసక్తికరంగా మారింది. ఆమె ఆస్తులకు సంబంధించి కుటుంబ సభ్యులలో ఎవరి పేరు మీదనైనా వీలునామా రాసారా? లేక ఏదైనా ట్రస్ట్ కి రాసిచ్చారా? అన్న దానిపై స్పష్టత రావాల్సి ఉంది.

HANAMKONDA: Lambasting Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for his comments on Indian Constitution, National BC Association working president Dasu Suresh on Monday said that the former should explain to the nation on what basis he wants to change the Constitution. Suresh, along with Dalit Shakti Programme State secretary Kurelli Ramesh, staged a relay hunger strike at Ekashila Park here to protest against the CM’s comments.

Speaking on the occasion, he demanded that Rao should apologies to all Indians and withdraw his “unfaithful statements” against the Constitution. “Dr BR Ambedkar drafted a Constitution that ensures justice to common man and the downtrodden. It impossible for people like KCR to change such a comprehensive Constitution. KCR’s comments are an insult to the basic principles of our Constitution and he should withdraw his utterances on the need to rewrite the Constitution,” he said. He also said there would be no future for TRS if the CM continues to make such comments.

After missing its theatrical release multiple times due to the pandemic, SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus ‘RRR’ is finally hitting the screens on March 25th. Starring Mega power star Ram Charan and Young Tiger Jr NTR in the lead roles, the much-awaited periodic drama has caught the attention of the entire nation since its inception.

As a part of promotional activities, the Baahubali director has prepared some speeches, which are now released by the makers. In one of the speeches, Rajamouli shared his experience working with the two finest actors of Tollywood.

“Charan is a fantastic actor, and he doesn’t know that. NTR too is a fantastic actor, and he knows that,” the Magadheera director said. He revealed that after completing a fantastic shot with Charan, he got tears looking at the performance of the Mega actor on the monitor. “When he is coming towards me, I go up and hug him. When I say, it is great, he asks me if I liked the shot? That is the kind of person Charan is.” Explaining about Tarak, he said that the Nandamuri actor did a fantastic job. “Before I say that the shot is fantastic, Tarak himself appreciates the shot. That is the confidence of Tarak. I have two amazing actors and I had an opportunity to work with them together. I made them work hard to get the desired output,” said Rajamouli.

The director further said that they took Tarak to the jungles of Bulgaria to cane the introduction sequence. He revealed that NTR ran in the jungle with no footwear and he ran like a tiger. “For Charan’s opening sequence, there were 2000 people, and the actor was pushed into the middle of the crowd. He worked hard for the shot. It is one of the best sequences in my career,” added Rajamouli. He also disclosed that they shot the interval episode for 65 days with 1200 people in December. However, they are not sure about the efforts they kept for the climax.

Mahesh and Rajamouli to repeat ‘Takkari Donga’?

Superstar Mahesh has been talking from long about his film with Rajamouli. The director has already hinted in one of tweets that Mahesh will be his next hero too.

The movie story is being most talked about in the Industry insiders right now. Rajamouli finished RRR works in October last year and since then, he asked his team of writers headed by his father Vijayendra Prasad to start writing the script for Mahesh film.

Post the release of RRR, he might take a small break and go on a trip with his family. After that he will join his team to complete the script works.

As Mahesh Babu doesn’t want to take a narration from Rajamouli, he might not ask script from the director. But Rajamouli has the habit of narrating his ideas to his heroes prior to shooting and Mahesh might join those sessions later this year when he finishes his project with Trivikram Srinivas.

He is currently in the last leg of shooting for his film Sarkaaru Vaari Paata in the direction of Parasuram Petla. After these two films, he has kept his slate clean for Rajamouli.

Buzz is that the movie will be an adventure based on Uncharted game. Means a Forest Treasure Hunt. Mahesh did cowboy adventure Takkari Donga with Jayanth C Paranji.

This one will not be a cowboy movie but an adventure for sure. The confirmation regarding the story will be given by Rajamouli himself at the movie announcement.

The director’s current project RRR starring Jr. NTR and Ram Charan along with Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Samuthirakani will release on 25th March 2022, worldwide.

The team of Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming action flick ‘Liger’ are releasing regular updates from the past couple of weeks. They are coming up with posters, glimpses, shooting updates and others to keep the buzz alive. The film is all set to hit the screens on 25th January and there are high expectations on it. Directed by dashing director Puri Jagannadh, the glimpse showcased Vijay as an aggressive boxer who has a no-holds-barred attitude.

The cinematography is handled by Vishnu Sarma while Kecha from Thailand has composed the fights. There are high expectations on this movie and fans of Vijay are eagerly waiting for it from the past two years. Lab Dab was filmed lavishly with huge crowd throughout the song and Tamannaah is also seen in different getups.

Ram Miriyala lent vocals for this rocking number and the last portions where they demand money to reach them in big numbers is uproarious to watch.

After a long time, we get to see a song on money and it has all the potencies to become an instant chartbuster.

Mehreen Pirzada is the other heroine and Sonal Chauhan will be seen in an important role in the film produced by Shirish and presented by Dil Raju.

Ravi Teja’s upcoming action entertainer Khiladi’s theatrical trailer has been unveiled just a while ago.

Ravi Teja appeared in a role with dual shades. While he is funny and romantic in one character, he looks cunning in other character.

Action sequences are choreographed in a jaw-dropping manner, while the trailer shows all the commercial ingredients incorporated in the movie.

తాను ఫిబ్రవరి 5నే రాజీనామా చేస్తానని ఎప్పుడూ చెప్పలేదన్నారు. ఢిల్లీలో ఆయన మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ వైసీపీపై మరోసారి విరుచుకుపడ్డారు. “రాజీనామా విషయంలో సరైన సమయంలో నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటా. ‘ఇక నా వల్ల కాదు.. నువ్వే రాజీనామా చెయ్యు’ అని సీఎం జగన్‌ అంటే అప్పుడు చేస్తా. రాజీనామా విషయంలో నేను స్పష్టతతోనే ఉన్నాను’’ అని అన్నారు.

Ahead of reopening, KCR visits Yadadri, inspects arrangements!

Telangana Rashtra Samithi founder, Chief Minister of Telangana KCR who is renovating the famous ‘Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple’ in Yadagirigutta popularly known as Yadadri had visited the place earlier today ahead of the reopening. He was accompanied by a few leaders during his visit to the temple.

As a massive Yagam will be performed by the priests for the temple reopening, CM KCR inspected the Yagashala and the Yadardi place. The inspection exercise was done via a helicopter. The concerned officials have informed the Chief Minister of the developments of the arrangements.

When CM KCR reached Yadadri, he was welcomed by the temple authorities and priests at the temple. He was presented with Teertha and Prasadam by the priests. Later, KCR took part in a special pooja at the temple.

The reopening of the temple which is being renovated on a big scale will be reopened on the 28th of next month. The reopening ceremony will go on for close to nine days reportedly as various events were planned by the government.

The renovation of the temple included the construction of accommodation facilities for the VIPs. Besides the dignitaries, other accommodation facilities will also arrange accommodations for devotees who visit the holy shrine.
