The protesting employees’ associations in Andhra Pradesh have finally got the opportunity to meet Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The other day, the much-awaited meeting happened at the Chief Minister’s camp office. The representatives have listed out their demands.

But the announcement made by the Andhra Pradesh government came as a hammer blow to the employees’ hopes. Not just killing the hopes, the fitment announcement even raised a lot of doubts.The retirement age increase for the Andhra Pradesh government is what is not expected by the employees who are fighting for their demands. The increase in the retirement age will bring down the employment chances for the aspiring candidates.

This made the aspiring candidates doubt that no job notification to fill the jobs will not be issued. The doubt got the momentum as the hike of the retirement was not mentioned by the employees.The other day, the Andhra Pradesh government announced the decision to increase the salary of the employees by almost 23 percent. Besides this, the retirement age was pushed to 62 from the existing limit of 60.

The changes made to the salaries and the DAs for the state employees will come into effect from this month. This in turn would impose a burden of more than Rs 10,000 crores on the state economy.

In what could be considered a devastating news to the Ghattamaneni family, superstar Mahesh Babu’s elder brother and former actor Ramesh Babu has sadly passed away a short while ago.Ramesh Babu had been suffering from liver complications for a long while. His medical condition turned critical earlier today and he even complained of uneasiness.

Ramesh’s family immediately rushed him to AIG Hospital in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. But the medical team announced that Ramesh was bought dead to the hospital.Ramesh (56) is survived by his wife Mrudhula and his two kids Jaya Krishna and Bharathi.

Ramesh untimely passign away has left the film fraternity in a state of shock.We wish umpteen strength to the Ghattamaneni family and friends in this hour of great grief and sorrow.

Mahesh himself has tested positive for Covid and he is currently recovering from the same.

A lot of film celebrities and legends have passed away over the last two years due to Coronavirus. Starting from Irfan Khan in Bollywood to SP Bala Subramanyam, many great people have left us in tears. A few others faced a lot of health issues due to this virus and their condition got pretty serious. Senior hero Rajasekhar is one of them.

He was in the ICU last year for over a month and his health deteriorated drastically. By god’s grace, he made a full recovery and started working again. His film ‘Shekar’ is ready for release and it is hitting the screens this Sankranti season. He attended Ali’s show and talked about it.

Rajasekhar said that he lost belief at that time and felt that he would die in the next couple of days. He became emotional while speaking about his mental state at that time. His wife Jeevitha Rajasekhar said that her husband tested positive when they made all the arrangements to start ‘Sekhar’. Unexpectedly, he was forced to get admitted to the hospital for over 30 days and she was in tears while speaking about it too.

Apart from that, they even talked about their early days in the industry, their first meeting, Rajasekhar’s problems with stuttering and others. This episode is currently going viral.

‘Bangarraju’ Going To Be High On Glamour!

Despite most of the big films backing out of the Sankranti race, Akkineni Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya are all set to hit the screens on 14th January with ‘Bangarraju’. This movie is a sequel of ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ which came during the Sankranti season of 2016 and emerged as a big hit despite the competition from ‘Dictator’ and ‘Nannaku Prematho’. After five years, ‘Bangarraju’ is arriving with a lot of expectations.

Naga Chaitanya is also a part of this film and it brought a lot of buzz over it. As we know, Ramya Krishna will be seen as the female lead beside Nagarjuna while happening young beauty Krithi Shetty will be romancing Chaitanya. ‘Jathi Ratnalu’ fame Faria Abdullah is doing a special song in this movie. She is actively involved in the promotions too. The latest we hear is that the movie is going to have a lot more glamour quotient.

During a recent interview, film director Kalyan Krishna Kurasala said, ”Along with main heroines, there are five other heroines- Meenakshi Dixit, Darshana Banik, Vedhika, Faria Abdullah, and Daksha Nagarkar. There is also a small heroine, Simrat Kaur in a cameo. That takes the total heroines count to Eight. We did not have them just for the sake of commercial value. They are demanded by the story. We are very confident of the film. We would have come for Sankranthi even if RRR and Radhe Shyam are in the race. It will be a treat for fans and the audience. There are also five action sequences in the movie.

The range and market of Tollywood grew immensely in the past couple of years. Telugu films have a huge demand in the North market. A lot of our actors are getting huge remunerations and a lot of our technicians are getting pan-Indian recognition. Many of our heroes are getting nationwide market these days. This is the reason why most of the Tamil heroes are showing interest in working with Telugu filmmakers. As we know, Dhanush has already lined up two bilinguals with Sekhar Kammula and Venky Atluri respectively. Another Tamil hero Siva Karthikeyan is working with ‘Jathi Ratnalu’ fame Anudeep. Vijay is making a straight Telugu film under Vamsi Paidipally’s direction. Another Tamil hero is now working in a Telugu film and that is Vishnu VIshal. This handsome hero has a decent market in Tamil Nadu and he is getting introduced in Tollywood through Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja’s film.

He was also a part of Rana’s film ‘Aranya’ in the past but it did not get enough recognition. Now, he is all set to make a grand entry in Telugu. Ravi Teja is currently working on a couple of films and there is no clarity about which film Vishnu Vishal is making his Tollywood entry with. Ravi Teja is showing interest in multi-starrers lately. Rumors suggest that he is ready to share screen space with Chiranjeevi too. It is commendable that he is willing to working with Tamil actor Vishnu Vishal.

is nearing completion. He also has ‘Dhamaka’ and ‘Tiger Nageswar Rao’ in his hands. Most of these films will be released in 2021 itself. Fans of Ravi Teja are in for a treat if Corona cooperates and slow down quickly. Each film is quite different from the other and Ravi Teja’s look is also going to be quite different in these movies. Mahesh’s Director Pens A Multi-starrer With Three Heroes!

The trend of multi-starrers is growing big in Tollywood again. We have seen a few films like ‘SVSC’, ‘Masala’, ‘Gopala Gopala’, ‘Oopiri’ and others were two heroes shared a single frame. Rajamouli’s upcoming action-drama ‘RRR’ is the biggest multi-starrer in recent times with NTR and Ram Charan playing the lead roles.

A lot of directors are now getting ready with multi-starrers. One such director is Parasuram who is currently making ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ with Mahesh Babu. This director is known for his entertainers like ‘Anjaneyulu’, ‘Solo’ and ‘Geetha Govindham’. Sources say that he penned a multi-starrer subject and it has space for three heroes. The script is reportedly in the final stages and there is no clarity about who will be acting in it. Let us wait for more details regarding this project.

‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ is produced jointly by Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus and GMB Entertainments banners. Madhie who worked on movies like ‘Srimanthudu’, ‘Mirchi’ and ‘Saaho’ is the cinematographer while Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor. National award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh is the heroine in this film. The film is expected to hit the screens on 1st April, 2022.

Icon star Allu Arjun is riding high on the success of ‘Pushpa’. This film directed by Sukumar turned into the biggest hit in Bunny’s career. Currently, the works on the second part are going on and the shooting is expected to kick start within a few weeks. ‘Pushpa – The Rule’ is expected to be released in December.

On the other hand, Boyapati Sreenu is enjoying the massive success of ‘Akhanda’. This film showcased Boyapati’s taking and Balakrishna’s mass aura. As it is known, Boyapati will be making his next film with Allu Arjun and it is going to be a complete mass entertainer. The duo has made ‘Sarrainodu’ earlier and it was a super hit.

Sources say that Boyapati will be coming up with a full script for Bunny too and the ‘Geetha Arts’ is doing all they can to make him comfortable.
