Revanth Reddy Detained, Shifted To Police Station!
Tension gripped Hyderabad with the arrest of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee(TPCC) chief Revanth Reddy earlier today. As a precautionary measure, he was arrested by the cops as he was supposed to reach Telangana Chief Minister KCR’s farmhouse. He was arrested in front of his house by the concerned cops.
Revanth Reddy was first put under house arrest by the cops earlier today. Later he was detained and shifted to a nearby police station. His followers and Congres party supporters who were present outside the residence of Revanth Reddy had an argument with the cops.
They tried to stop the cops from arresting Revanth Reddy. But the cops took him into custody amid their protest and was shifted to a police station. Besides Revanth Reddy, a few other Congress leaders were also detained by the Police personnel today.
The series of arrests were made as Revanth Reddy called for a protest at KCR’s farmhouse in Erravalli. Revanth called for a Rachabanda program outside KCR farmhouse. To see that no unwanted scenes would take place, the arrests were made.
However, the Congress leaders have condemned the arrests and alleged that the Police department is acting as per the instructions of the Telangana government.
Mahesh Babu meets #SSMB28 super squad
It is known that Superstar Mahesh Babu has joined hands with director Trivikram Srinivas for the third time after Athadu and Khaleja. Their new film was announced long back and the pre-production works are currently going on.
The latest development we can see is that the Sarkaru Vaari Paata actor has held discussions with the SSMB28 team in Dubai. Trivikram, composer SS Thaman and producer Naga Vamsi met the actor, and they seem to have discussed the shooting schedules and other formalities of the film.
Mahesh Babu took to Twitter to share a photo with Trivikram, Thaman and Naga Vamsi and wrote, “Work and chill… productive afternoon with the team!!”
The shooting of SSMB28 will commence in early 2022. The film is backed by Naga Vamsi under the Sithara Entertainment banner.
Tipped to be a commercial entertainer, the technical team of this untitled film consists of editor Navin Nooli, art director AS Prakash and cinematographer Madhie.

Upasana Konidela is now a global citizen
Mega Powerstar Ram Charan’s wife and entrepreneur Upasana Konidela is the latest Indian personality to be honoured with a UAE golden visa. Apparently, she is one of the first Tollywood-related celebrities to get the coveted golden visa.
For the unversed, Upasana is the Vice-Chairman of CSR Apollo Hospitals Group and Managing Director of URLife, an all-in-one wellness platform.
Sharing her Golden Visa on Twitter, Upasana wrote, “This Christmas I received A gift that reiterates what I was taught at the @IndiaExpo2020 “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”-the world is one family Happy to get my UAE #GoldenVisa Heart & soul is Indian with immense respect for all nations. I’m officially a global citizen”.
The UAE Golden Visa has been granted to several prominent Indian film stars. It was created by the UAE government in 2019, which permits foreigners to live, work and study in the country without the need of a national sponsor and with 100% ownership of their business on the UAE mainland. These visas are given for 5 or 10 years and are automatically renewed.

High Court struck down two more GOs of Jagan Govt
The Andhra Pradesh High Court once again gave a big jolt to the state government, headed by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The YSRCP government has been receiving many shocks from the court since its inception.
This time, the HC has quashed previous orders issued by the government on the finalization of fees in schools and colleges. It is learned that the state government has issued GO No.53 and No. 54 in the past by finalizing fees for private schools and junior colleges in the state. East Godavari district private school owners have approached the high court challenging the GOs issued by the state. The court, which heard the case on Monday, directed the government to take proposals from the management and give a new notification.
The Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission has notified three different categories of fee structure for students from nursery to 10th Standard and Intermediate enrolled in private unaided institutions in gram panchayats, municipalities, and municipal corporations for the academic years 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24.
However, Dasari Durga Srinivasa Rao, president of the East Godavari Private Schools Association, has challenged these on behalf of a few other educational institutions. The High Court heard that the state government had unilaterally issued the GOs finalizing the fees in private educational institutions, ignoring the field conditions.
No hurdles, Arjuna Phalguna hitting on Dec 31
Sree Vishnu, who created a name for himself as a talented actor, is now coming up with something different this time. Known for his films like ‘Appatlo Okadundevaadu,’ ‘Needi Naadi Oke Katha,’ ‘Brochevarevarura’ and ‘Raja Raja Chora,’ the young actor is all set to greet the audience with ‘Arjuna Phalguna,’ alongside Amritha Aiyer.
The rip-roaring action-comedy is sticking to its previously announced release date and it will hit the screens on December 31. Based on a few real-life incidents in Rajahmundry, the intriguing comedy entertainer will probably be the last film to greet the audience this year.
Directed by Teja Marni, ‘Arjuna Phalguna’ is produced by Niranjan Reddy and Anvesh Reddy under the banner of Matinee Entertainment. The film also stars Naresh, Sivaji Raja, Rangasthalam Mahesh, Subba Raju, Raj Kumar Kasireddy and Chaitanya Garikipati in crucial roles.
Jagadeesh Cheekati has completed the camera work, while Priyadarshan Balasubramanian composed music for the movie and Viplav Nyshadam has done the editing.

CM won’t do work, but takes salary: Vijayashanti!
Actress-turned-politician, Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) leader Vijayashanti had launched a fresh attack on her long-time political rival, Chief Minister KCR. The politician breathed fire on the Chief Minister on the unemployment issue and accused him of delaying the job notification.
It is known that Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar Reddy had started a protest against unemployment in the state. The protest titled Nirudyoga Deeksha was started earlier today by Bandi Sanjay at Indira Park. BJP leaders and cadre were present at the protests.
Vijayashanti, who attended the Deeksha addressed the gathering and accused the government of not releasing the notification to fill the jobs as the aspirants have been waiting for the job notification to get released. She said that, due to the delay in the job notification, two employees are being made to complete 10 people’s work.
Accusing the Chief Minister of being responsible for this, the BJP leader said that the Chief Minister is not visiting the Secretariat. The CM won’t work, but he takes the salary. The Chief Minister’s family is taking the salary for no work, she said.
Vijayashanti had urged the unemployed youth to not take the extreme step and appealed to them to remember the hard work and sacrifice their parents did for their future.
Trivikram & Team Flies Abroad To Meet Mahesh!
Superstar Mahesh Babu has taken a break from the shooting of ‘Sarkaru Vaari Pata’ and went through with his knee surgery. After that, he flew to Dubai and he is reportedly in the recovery process.
