Directed by debutant Rohith KP and produced by K Niranjan Reddy and Chaitanya Reddy under PrimeShow Entertainment, the glimpse promises an adrenaline-charged experience.

Nava Dhalapathy Sudheer Babu’s upcoming fantasy action-adventure Jatadhara marks the Telugu debut of Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha. The first glimpse of the film introduced the characters in powerful avatars, instantly grabbing audience attention. The initial two songs received an enthusiastic response, and today, the makers have released a brand-new promotional track.

Composed by Raees & Zain – Sam, the song is an upbeat, high-energy number with contemporary beats and a non-stop tempo. The lyrics, penned by Shree Mani, seamlessly blend youthful expressions with English phrases, inspiring the bachelor hero to live life with full zest.

PM Modi to Launch Rs 13,430 Crore Development Projects in Andhra Pradesh

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate, lay the foundation stone, and dedicate multiple develoPrime Minister Narendra Modipment projects worth around Rs 13,430 crore in Andhra Pradesh on Thursday. The event will take place in Kurnool, where the Prime Minister will launch projects spanning industry, power transmission, roads, railways, defence manufacturing, and petroleum and natural gas. He will also address a public meeting organized under the theme ‘Super GST – Super Saving’, part of the state government’s public awareness campaign on the latest GST reforms.

The Prime Minister will begin his day with Pooja and Darshan at Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy Varla Devasthanam in Srisailam, Nandyal district, followed by a visit to Sree Shivaji Spoorthi Kendra. He will then travel to Kurnool for the project launches and public address.

Among the key initiatives, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone for the Transmission System Strengthening at Kurnool-III Pooling Station, with an investment of over Rs 2,880 crore. The 6,000 MVA system will enable large-scale transmission of renewable energy, supporting national growth.

In the industrial sector, he will lay the foundation stones for the Orvakal Industrial Area in Kurnool and the Kopparthy Industrial Area in Kadapa, with a combined investment of over Rs 4,920 crore. Developed by NICDIT and APIIC, these modern industrial hubs feature plug-and-play infrastructure and a walk-to-work concept. They are expected to attract Rs 21,000 crore in investments and generate around one lakh jobs, boosting industrial development and global competitiveness in the Rayalaseema region.

In road infrastructure, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone for the six-lane Greenfield Highway from Sabbavaram to Sheelanagar at a cost of over Rs 960 crore, aimed at easing congestion in Visakhapatnam and facilitating trade. Additionally, six road projects worth Rs 1,140 crore will be inaugurated to improve safety, reduce travel time, and strengthen regional connectivity.

In railways, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone and dedicate projects worth over Rs 1,200 crore, including the Kottavalasa–Vizianagaram Fourth Railway Line, the Rail Flyover between Pendurti and Simhachalam North, and the doubling of the Kottavalasa–Boddavara and Shimiliguda–Gorapur sections.

In the energy sector, he will dedicate the Srikakulam–Angul Natural Gas Pipeline of GAIL India Limited, built at a total cost of around Rs 1,730 crore, spanning 124 km in Andhra Pradesh and 298 km in Odisha. He will also inaugurate Indian Oil’s 60 TMTPA LPG bottling plant at Chittoor, established at an investment of Rs 200 crore, which will serve over 7.2 lakh customers across Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.

To strengthen defence manufacturing, PM Modi will dedicate the Advanced Night Vision Products Factory at Nimmaluru, Krishna district, established by Bharat Electronics Limited at an investment of Rs 360 crore. The facility will produce advanced electro-optical systems for the Indian Defence Forces, promoting self-reliance in defence production and generating skilled employment in the region.

When the promo for the song “Meesala Pilla” was released, I noticed some online criticism and even heard people around me say that Chiranjeevi is not evolving like other legends such as Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, Mammootty, and Mohanlal, who now choose roles that suit their age instead of playing youthful characters chasing romance and dancing. At that moment, I found myself agreeing with that perspective.

But after watching the full lyrical video of the song, my opinion changed — and there’s a reason for it.

For the past 47 years, Chiranjeevi has been an electrifying dancer. Generations have enjoyed his moves, and dancing has always been his unique selling point (USP), keeping him ahead of his contemporaries. Sure, his comic timing, fight sequences, and acting skills are impressive, but they all come secondary to his unmatched dancing prowess.

Legends like Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, Mammootty, and Mohanlal act according to their age, but fans don’t expect them to dance because that was never their core strength. Rajinikanth, for instance, is celebrated for his signature style — flipping a cigarette or wearing sunglasses — which doesn’t depend on age.

For someone like Chiranjeevi, however, dancing gracefully often requires a love track and a youthful energy. To deliver that magic, he has to “age down” and portray characters younger than his real age. Audiences simply cannot separate Chiranjeevi from dance.

This means that while dance and humor are his greatest strengths, they also limit him from fully transitioning into age-appropriate roles. Chiranjeevi has indeed tried roles that match his age, but fan expectations and his legacy keep pulling him back to dance — because that is what people want to see.

Watching “Meesala Pilla”, I was captivated by his graceful moves and electrifying steps. I hope to see Chiranjeevi dancing for many more years to come. And even if it becomes physically challenging, I trust technology will help him continue delivering the magic. He will forever be remembered as the Dancing King, the God of Masses, and the ultimate family entertainer.

From the Telusu Kada trailer, it’s clear that Siddhu steps away from the Tillu persona entirely. The film emphasizes a more intense, radical side of a character rather than the lighthearted, comedic tone that defined Tillu.

Siddhu recently faced a challenging phase professionally. His last film received criticism for taking a big paycheck but failing at the box office, and he even had to take a loan to cover his remuneration, leaving pending debt that now depends on the commercial success of his upcoming projects. In this scenario, Telusu Kada has two important tasks for him: to reaffirm that his market value remains intact despite setbacks, and to temporarily erase the Tillu image so audiences can embrace him in a fresh avatar. If the film succeeds, Siddhu could not only recover from recent setbacks but also solidify his reputation as a versatile actor capable of moving beyond his breakout role.

RGV Moves to Mumbai, Puri Returns to Hyderabad

Ram Gopal Varma and Puri Jagannadh have long been known in the film industry as the guru and sishya duo. Over the years, both have carved their own distinct paths, but now, interestingly, they seem to be switching places—literally.

For decades, RGV made Mumbai his base while directing several memorable Bollywood films. However, ever since his second innings in Telugu cinema with Rakta Charitra, he began dividing his time between Mumbai and Hyderabad. Before the COVID era, he was almost fully stationed in Hyderabad, operating from his office famously known as “The Den.”

Now, sources close to the filmmaker reveal that RGV is permanently shifting back to Mumbai, as he has multiple Hindi projects lined up. He is currently busy with a film starring Manoj Bajpayee, while another major project — Sarkar 4, featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan — is set to go on floors soon. Reports from Mumbai also suggest that a few more Bollywood ventures are in the pipeline, keeping RGV occupied in the city for the foreseeable future.

On the other hand, Puri Jagannadh’s journey has taken the opposite route. After spending years in Hyderabad, Puri shifted to Mumbai during the making of Liger and continued to stay there for a while. But now, with his focus back on Telugu cinema, Puri has returned to Hyderabad.

So, as fate would have it — the guru (RGV) is heading back to Mumbai, while the sishya (Puri) returns to Hyderabad — a perfect role reversal that’s caught the attention of Tollywood circles.
