As we had exclusively revealed earlier, Shankar is penning a political thriller for his next with Ram Charan. Tentatively titled RC15, this project will hit the floors by the end of this year.
If the latest buzz is to go by, Shankar has roped in acclaimed Tamil lyricist Vivek for RC15.
Vivek is helping Shankar with the screenplay and also penning a few important dialogues. He is an integral part of the writing department.
Vivek is one of the most successful lyric writers in Tamil film industry and Shankar believes the former brings added value to the film with his additional screenplay.
Shankar wants to wrap up the scripting process at the earliest as he is eager to take the project onto the floors.
Ram Charan plays an IAS officer-turned-chief minister in the political thriller. Rashmika Mandanna is one of the front runners to play the female lead.
