‘బిజినెస్ పేరుతో 7.5 కోట్లు మోసం చేశారు’.. సీసీఎస్ లో నటుడు నరేశ్ ఫిర్యాదు
బిజినెస్ విషయంలో కీస్టోస్ కంపెనీ తనను మోసం చేసిందని సీనియర్ నటుడు నరేశ్ అన్నారు. ఈమేరకు సీసీఎస్ పోలీసులకు ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. లింగం శ్రీనివాస్ అనే వ్యక్తి కీస్టోస్ కంపెనీ పేరుతో రూ.7.5 కోట్లు మోసం చేసాడని తన ఫిర్యాదులో పేర్కొన్నారు. కీస్టోన్ ఇన్ఫా కంపెనీల పేరుతో తమ బిల్డర్స్తో ఫినిక్స్లో లింగం శ్రీనివాస్ అసోసియేట్ అయి సైనింగ్ అథారిటీగా ఉన్నాడని అన్నారు. తమ కుటుంబంతో ఉన్న పరిచయంతో ఏడున్నర కోట్లు హ్యాండ్ ఫైనాన్స్ ద్వారా తీసుకొన్నాడని తెలిపారు.
అయితే.. ఆ మొత్తం ఇప్పటికీ తిరిగి ఇవ్వలేదని ఫిర్యాదులో పేర్కొన్నారు. ఈ విషయంపై ఆరేళ్లుగా అడుగుతున్నా పట్టించుకోవట్లేదన్నారు. అందుకే విసిగిపోయి సెంట్రల్ క్రైమ్ స్టేషన్లో ఫిర్యాదు చేశానని నరేశ్ చెప్పారు. తనను నమ్మించి బిజినెస్ లో మోసం చేసిన వారిపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని పోలీసులను కోరారు. నరేశ్ ఫిర్యాదుపై కేసు నమోదు చేసుకున్న సీసీఎస్ పోలీసులు దర్యాప్తు ప్రారంభించారు.
Tamilnadu limiting movement of people as Covid cases rise
The government of the state of Tamil Nadu has announced today that a night curfew would be imposed from 10 PM to 4 PM, which will come into effect from 20th April. A total lockdown on Sundays has also been announced, which will come into effect from the upcoming Sunday.
DMK chief MK Stalin has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in which he asked the PM to send the 20 Lak Coronavirus vaccine doses that were requisitioned by Tamil Nadu. In the same letter, he also said that immediate and complete vaccination is the need of the hour, with the way the virus is spreading. Tamil Nadu is currently in need of more vaccine doses than it initially needed, due to the rapid spreading of the virus.
No shops, theaters, or malls have been permitted to function in the state. Only essential services, including milk and newspaper distribution, emergency healthcare, autos/taxis bound for railway stations and airports, have been given permission to function during the night curfew and on Sunday lockdowns. Inter and intrastate transport are also not permitted during night curfews, and no public or private transport can function during the night. Tourists have been prohibited from entering places like the Nilgris, Kodaikanal, and Yercaud. Television and print media have been permitted to work at night, along with petroleum transport vehicles.
Night shift employees can use their private transportation at night and are required to produce their ID cards for verification. Continuous process industries’ employees have also been given permission to work at night.
Food delivery services will be permitted to work for a limited period of time during lockdown Sundays, while other e-commerce delivery services will not be permitted. Serious action has been asked to be taken on those who fail to adhere to these restrictions in the state.
Private hospitals with insufficient space have been given permission to operate their services from consenting hotels, and other guests are not to be permitted to stay in these hotels.
On the other hand, Tamil Nadu reported 9,344 new cases on Saturday, taking the total number of cases to 9,80,728, while the number of recoveries stands at 9,02,022, with 5,263 patients being discharged. The active number of cases in the state now stands at 65,635, with 39 people dying in the last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 13,071.

Russia registers 8,632 new Covid-19 cases; toll comes down to 389 from 398 in last 24 hours
MOSCOW: Russia registered 8,632 COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours, down from 9,321 the day before, taking the tally to 4,702,101, the coronavirus response centre said on Sunday.
“Over the past day, 8,632 coronavirus cases were confirmed across 83 Russian regions, including 1,094 cases (12.7 per cent) that were detected actively, with people showing no clinical symptoms,” the centre said, adding that the cumulative case count has now reached 4,702,101 with the rate of increase at 0.18 per cent.
Moscow confirmed 2,252 new coronavirus cases over the given period, down from 2,822 the day before. The Russian capital was followed by St. Petersburg with 695 cases, down from 701 the day before, and the Moscow Region with 591 new cases, up from 586 on Saturday.
The response center reported 389 coronavirus-related fatalities, down from 398 the day before, raising the country’s death toll to 105,582.
Total recoveries count 4,326,780 after 7,391 people were discharged from hospitals over the past day, down from 8,832 the day before.
Sharmila’s 72 hour fast comes to an end
YS Sharmila, the daughter of former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, YS Rajasekhar Reddy, and the sister of the current Chief Minister of AP, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, had announced some time ago, that she would be launching a political party of her own in Telangana.
Sharmila had addressed a public meeting in Khammam, following which she took up a 72-hour hunger strike, against the TRS government, for not releasing job notifications. Sharmila started her hunger strike at Hyderabad’s Indira Park and then continued it at her residence at Lotus Pond.
Sharmila initially wanted to continue her three-day hunger strike at Lotus Pond itself, but the POlice department had given her permission for just one day. When Sharmila was trying to walk back to Lotus Pond after her first day’s permission period was up, the Police department had obstructed her path, which resulted in chaos between the police department and Sharmila’s followers. Sharmila’s hand ended up getting hurt in the process.
Upon concluding her strike, Sharmila said that she and her supporters will continue their movement until the job notifications are released and until the 1.91 government job vacancies are filled in. She also said that she will end unemployment in Telangana when her party comes to power in 2 years. Sharmila will be officially launching her party in the state on July 8th, on the occasion of her father’s Jayanthi.

Pawan Kalyan’s condition stable now, nothing to worry
Janasena supremo Pawan Kalyan tested positive for Covid a couple of days ago and he is receiving medical attention now. He is being treated at his farmhouse in Hyderabad.
The latest update is that Pawan Kalyan’s condition is stable for now. He is showing steady signs of improvement.
Pawan Kalyan mentioned the current situation pertaining to Covid in the Telugu states and said the respective governments should be more cautious and proactive in curbing Covid outbreak.

Cold War between Bandi Sanjay and Kishan Reddy in Telangana BJP..?
The Telangana Bharatiya Janata Party shocked all after it won the Dubbaka by-polls and won a major share of seats in the GHMC polls, towards the end of 2020. This established BJP as a party to be reckoned with in Telangana, and a party that the TRS should be worried about, in the upcoming general elections.
A lot of fingers point towards Bandi Sanjay, the president of the Telangana BJP, as the reason behind BJP’s victory in the state. Previously, leaders like Bandaru Dattatreya, G Kishan Reddy, Dr. K Laxman, etc., led the Telangana BJP, but none of them were able to produce successful results.
With Bandi Sanjay, a BC member, managing to change the game, Kishan Reddy is said to be worried about the dominance of the BC community in the party and is also said to be intolerant about the fact. The upcoming by-elections for the Lingojiguda municipality on April 30th has further exposed the differences between Bandi Sanjay and Kishan Reddy and has made the cold war between them quite visible.
As Lingojiguda municipality’s seat fell vacant following the death of Ramesh Goud soon after the polls, this municipality was up for elections once again. Kishan Reddy sent a party delegation to Pragathi Bhavan to meet with KTR and request him not to field any candidate from TRS for the Lingojiguda bypoll so that the BJP candidate could win unanimously. KTR is said to have immediately said yes to this. While this was a winning situation for the BJP, this issue has become quite critical for the BJP now.
It is already known that the TRS, Congress, and the BJP were fighting hard against each other in the Nagarjuna Sagar by-polls, and the BJP delegation that Kishan Reddy sent, met with KTR just a day before these by-polls, which took place on April 17th. On the day of the elections, photos of this delegation with KTR were seen all over newspapers, making people believe that the BJP and the TRS were on amicable terms. This reportedly angered Bandi Sanjay, who alleged that Kishan Reddy did this purposefully to sabotage Bandi Sanjay’s name. He is said to have immediately taken this issue to the notice of PM Modi, Amit Shah, and party national president J P Nadda.
This issue is now said to have become serious, given that Kishan Reddy acted out without informing anyone or taking permission from BJP President Bandi Sanjay. It is now to be seen what sort of situations this will lead to in the coming days.
