Bollywood diva Shilpa Shetty, who had quit acting a long time back, is returning to the silver screen with two B-town projects Nikamma alongside Abhimanyu Dassani and Hungama 2 with Paresh Rawal, Meezaan and Pranitha Subhash. She took a long break of nearly 7 years and turned busy again with the on-screen acting.
The latest we hear is Shilpa Shetty is also gearing up to make her Tollywood debut with two interesting projects. As per reports, the 45-year-old actress is said to be playing a key role in Prabhas and Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi thriller.
Apart from this, she is also approached to play a politician in Jr NTR and Trivikram‘s upcoming film. However, there is no official confirmation on the above mentioned updates yet.
The veteran actress has acted in four Telugu films so far. She featured in Sahasa Veerudu Sagara Kanya (1996), Veedevadandi Babu (1997), Azad (2000) and Bhalevadivi Basu (2001).
After quitting acting in 2014, Shetty ventured into reality television by taking up the role of judge on several reality shows such as Zara Nachke Dikha, Nach Baliye and Super Dancer.

The Nagarjunasagar by-polls will be held on April 17th and the results will be announced on May 2nd. The BJP did not announce its candidate till the last minute. Bharatiya Janatha Party decided to announce its candidate only after the TRS announces its candidate.
