There is no doubt in the fact that Bollywood star Ajay Devgn is one of the most popular celebrities in India. He is known for his action and comedy films. He is quite vocal about his opinions which landed him in trouble at times.
There is a certain video that is going viral on social media. It showcases a brawl that took place at a night-club in Delhi. While the footage is not entirely clear, we can see that a group of people are hitting someone and that someone is presumably Ajay Devgn. We need to see if it is really Ajay Devgn who is getting beaten up in this video or not.

China ‘happy’ over Pakistan-India ‘active interactions’: Official
BEIJING: China said on Monday that it was “happy” over the recent “active interactions” between Pakistan and India, indicating that it would like to work with Islamabad to inject “more positive energy” into regional peace, stability and development.
The militaries of India and Pakistan announced on February 25 that they have agreed to strictly observe all agreements on ceasefire along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir and other sectors.
Weeks later, both Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan and powerful Army chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa made peace overtures towards New Delhi saying it was time for the two neighbours to “bury the past and move forward”.
“We are happy about the active interactions between Pakistan and India,” Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian told a media briefing here in response to a question.
“We would like to work with Pakistan to inject more positive energy into regional peace and stability as well as development,” he said.
Zhao was responding to a question on Pakistan President Arif Alvi’s remark that China is his country’s “closest and friendliest friend” during his speech at the Pakistan Day parade on March 25.
While welcoming Alvi’s remark, Zhao also referred to the recent rapprochement between India and Pakistan to dial down the tensions between the two countries.
“China expresses warm congratulations on the 82nd Pakistan Day. We believe that Pakistani Government and people will make further progress on national building and revitalisation,” he said, adding that Beijing “highly appreciates” President Alvi’s remarks.
“China also values the all-weather strategic cooperative partnership between the two countries,” he said.
“I would like to take the opportunity of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties to work with Pakistan to fight coronavirus and carry forward our traditional friendship to expand our all dimensional cooperation and build a closer China-Pakistan community of shared future in a new era,” the spokesman said.
UK PM urges caution, hails Great British summer of sport as lockdown eases
LONDON: British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Monday called on people to remain cautious as he officially lifted the stay-at-home order to allow the first phase of easing the strict COVID-19 lockdown, allowing for more outdoors activities.
Johnson said that he hoped that this first phase of his roadmap to ease restrictions would kickstart a “Great British summer of sport” as people would be able to hold outdoor games and sporting activities.
But he stressed the message for people to continue to work from home where possible as it is vital that “we don’t overdo it” and risk all the progress that has been made in controlling the spread of the deadly virus.
“Today marks the next stage of our roadmap to cautiously ease restrictions in England. Please follow the new rules carefully so that we can gradually get back to normal together,” said Johnson.
“I know how much people have missed the camaraderie and competition of organised sport, and how difficult it has been to restrict physical activities – especially for children.
So as teams return to outdoor pitches, courts, parks and fields, I hope today will kickstart a Great British summer of sport “with people of all ages reunited with teammates, and able to resume the activities they love,” he said.
As he announced a new cross-departmental Office for Health Promotion to be in place later this year to tackle obesity and poor mental health, Johnson called for the public to participate in a fitness drive, with children recommended to aim for an hour of physical activity a day, and adults for at least 150 minutes.
Under the reviewed lockdown rules, groups of six or two households can now meet outdoors.
Open-air sport facilities including tennis courts and golf courses have reopened, and wedding ceremonies can go ahead within the rule of six people attending.
It marks the second easing of the lockdown imposed across England in early January, after schools reopened to all pupils on March 8.
A new government slogan – Hands, Face, Space and Fresh Air – has also been unveiled by the government to emphasise the importance of ventilation in reducing the spread of the virus.
As part of Johnson’s roadmap, the next stage in the relaxation of the rules will take place no earlier than April 12, with non-essential retail reopening, and restaurants and pubs allowed to serve outdoors.
Over the weekend, Scotland Yard urged the public to remain cautious and warned that large gatherings, unless certain exemptions apply, will remain unlawful.
“We must not let Monday’s news distract us, or usher in any complacency. The risk of COVID-19 has not vanished and people across London continue to be infected with this deadly disease.
“Wherever possible, we should continue to be vigilant, minimise our contact as much as possible, wear a face covering where required and keep ourselves safe.
“That means avoiding any large gathering,” said Deputy Assistant Commissioner Jane Connors, leading the Metropolitan Police’s strategic response to COVID-19.
The latest government figures show 423,852 UK adults received a first dose of the vaccine on Saturday, taking the overall number to 30,151,287 – with 233,964 having their second dose, bringing that total to 3,527,481.

Andhra University coronavirus cases rise to 110, all in isolation as campus declared as ‘containment zone’
VISAKHAPATNAM: The total number of Covid-19 cases in Andhra University Engineering College increased to 110 on Sunday.
Some teaching and non-teaching staff also tested positive for Covid.
As many as 97 students contracted the virus. The entire engineering college campus was declared as a containment zone.
As many as 1,700 students and staff underwent Covid tests after a student from Vijayawada tested positive for coronavirus.
A girl also contracted the virus.
Speaking to TNIE, Andhra Medical College principal PV Sudhakar attributed the Covid spread on the AU Engineering College campus to non-adherence to Covid Appropriate Behaviour by students.
Since segregation of contacts is difficult, all the students who tested negative, are also quarantined.
They will be under observation for a week and if they test negative in the second Covid test, they will be allowed to leave the college campus, he said.
Five hostels were converted into quarantine centres and three hostels into isolation blocks for boys. For girls, three hostels were converted into quarantine centres and one hostel into an isolation block.
Much to the relief of the university authorities, no case of the second variant of Covid-19 has been found among fresh cases in AU as well as in Visakhapatnam district.
“We are sending 5 per cent of samples to the CCMB in Hyderabad a day for further analysis. But there are no reports of new Covid strains,” he said.
All the students and staff are in a stable condition and their condition is being monitored round-the-clock. The average positivity rate is only 1.5 per cent, he said.
Minister for Tourism Muttamsetti Srinivasa Rao inspected the AU college hostels where students are quarantined.
He allayed the fears of the parents of students, stating that the best possible medical treatment is being provided to those who tested positive for Covid.
“A total of 550 beds in super speciality blocks and 650 beds in VIMS have been kept ready in case of necessity. Steps have been taken to provide nutritious food to students in isolation,” he said.
More EG Residential college students contract virus
RAJAMAHENDRAVARAM: The number of students of a residential college who contracted corona, rose to 230 from 163 on Sunday.
As many as 163 students of the college tested positive on March 22. Covid tests were conducted for all the 900 students of the college.
Twelve more students tested positive on March 24. As many as 56 students were found infected with corona on Saturday night.
The college was closed and the affected students were kept in isolation in hostel blocks. Their health condition is being closely monitored by a team of doctors

Paritala Sriram: No scope for fear no matter how many cases are filed
Paritala Sriram said that the Paritala family will always be there for the people belonging to the Raptadu constituency, no matter how many cases are filed against him. Mahesh Babu to play Lord Ram in Bollywood’s ‘Ramayana 3D’?
For a long time now, there were speculations around Tollywood Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Hindi project. If the latest buzz is believed, the actor has reportedly been offered to play the role of Lord Ram in the pan-India film ‘Ramayana 3D’.

TRS finalizes its candidate for Sagar by-polls !!
The TRS party has finalized its candidate for the Nagarjuna Sagar by-election. Nomula Bhagat, son of Nomula Narsimhaiah, has been finalized by the TRS supremacy. CM KCR will soon present B-form to Bhagat. Bhagat will make his nomination tomorrow morning. Since the Nagarjuna Sagar MLA Nomula Narsimhaiah died in December last year, election in Nagarjuna Sagar has become inevitable. The Congress party has already announced Kundhuru Janareddy as their candidate. The BJP has yet to announce its candidate.
The deadline for filing by-election nominations for the Sagar Assembly constituency is the 30th of this month. Nominations will be examined on the 31st of this month. The deadline for the withdrawal of nominations is till April 3. The Nagarjuna Sagar by-election will be held on April 17 and the results will be released on May 2.
