చంద్రబాబు హయాంలో.. జిల్లాకో ఎయిర్ పోర్టు.. అంటూ చేసిన ప్రచారం అక్కడి రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ రంగాన్ని ఓ ఊపు ఊపేసింది. రాజధాని అమరావతి సహా రాష్ట్రంలోని పలు ప్రాంతాల్లో భూములకు రెక్కలొచ్చాయి. అయితే, ఆ స్థాయిలో అక్కడ అభివృద్ధి జరగలేదనుకోండి.. అది వేరే సంగతి.
వైఎస్ జగన్ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక అమరావతిని అయోమయంలో పడేయడంతో.. రాష్ట్రం మీద రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ రంగం గతంలో పెట్టుకున్న ఆశలు అడియాశలయ్యాయి. ఎక్కడికక్కడ భూముల ధరలు పడిపోయాయి. కొనుగోళ్ళు నిలిచిపోయాయి కూడా. ఏ భూమిపై ఎలాంటి వివాదం తెరపైకొస్తుందో తెలియని పరిస్థితి.
ఇంకోపక్క తెలంగాణలో భూ వివాదాలకు చెక్ పెడుతూ, ‘ధరణి’ అనే కాన్సెప్ట్ తెరపైకొచ్చింది.. కేసీఆర్ ప్రభుత్వం అత్యంత వ్యూహాత్మకంగా దీన్ని అమల్లోకి తెచ్చింది. దాంతో, తెలంగాణలో భూ వివాదాలకు ఆస్కారం తగ్గుతోంది. అభివృద్ధి విషయంలో ఆంధ్రపదేశ్ పేరు సరిగ్గా వినబడకపోవడంతో.. రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ రంగానికి సంబంధించిన పెట్టుబడిదారులు ఏపీని వదిలేసి, తెలంగాణ వైపు వచ్చేశారు. ఈ విషయాన్నే కేసీఆర్ తాజాగా వెల్లడించారు.

Indira Sawhney judgement: Telangana government urges SC to lift 50 per cent cap on quotas
HYDERABAD: Telangana government requested the Supreme Court to lift 50 per cent upper limit on reservations in employment and education imposed in Indira Sawhney judgement and leave it to the State Legislatures to determine the quantum of reservations based on the special circumstances existing in respective States and also how it evolves over time.
“Indira Sawhney judgement needs a relook by a larger bench of the SC to review the cap fixed in 1992 at 50 per cent reservations. This view of the SC cannot be cast in iron as there are several special circumstances in different States, like some of the north eastern states have more than 50 per cent tribal population. Secondly, the social circumstances also change over time in view of different population growth rates among different communities,” the State government told the apex court.
All set for Atlee’s Hindi debut with Shah Rukh Khan!
Kollywood’s much-acclaimed director Atlee is gearing up to make his debut in Bollywood. Earlier, there were reports that Atlee will direct Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan for the latter’s next film.
The latest buzz in film circles is King Khan has given his nod for Atlee’s action entertainer. Sources say that Atlee had pleased the actor with a story that will have the latter in dual roles. While one is that of an honest investigating officer, the other is that of a violent criminal.
The film revolves around these two characters and deals with their battle and confrontation. As per reports, Atlee is busy with the pre-production work of the film. The shoot of the film begins in August this year. An official announcement is awaited.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is currently shooting for Pathan in the direction of Siddharth Anand. He also in talks for Rajkumar Hirani’s social comedy and a film with Raj, DK.

Andhra Pradesh government opts for ordinance for first three months of FY2021-22
VIJAYAWADA: As expected, the Andhra Pradesh government has decided to go ahead with issuing an ordinance for meeting the expenditure in the first three months of the 2021-22 financial year, which commences on April 1.
This is the second time that the State government opted for an ordinance instead of presenting the full Budget in the Assembly. The State Cabinet gave its nod to the ordinance and it was sent to the Governor for approval.
Sources said that the physical copy of the ordinance was sent to all the ministers and all of them along with the AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, signed it.
Later, it was sent to the Governor. As the government preferred to conduct a full session of the Andhra Pradesh Legislature to pass the Budget in April or May as per the convenience, it had opted to bring the ordinance to meet the expenditure in the first three months of new fiscal.
It is learnt that the total expenditure in the first three months of the new fiscal is estimated at Rs 90,000 crore. Following the outbreak of COVID-19 in March last year, the government, which could not conduct the Budget session, brought an ordinance to meet the initial expenditure and later passed the full Budget in June 2020.
Though the COVID situation was under control in the first fortnight of March, the government could not conduct the Budget session owing to the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) that was in force for the municipal elections.
Opposing the decision to promulgate an ordinance instead of presenting the full Budget, TDP senior leader Yanamala Ramakrishnudu demanded conduct of the full Budget session or vote-on-account session.

Rayalaseema irrigation project is ‘nonsensical’: Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao
HYDERABAD: Terming the Andhra Pradesh government’s proposed Rayalaseema Lift Irrigation project as “nonsensical”, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Friday declared that Telangana would fight the illegal project by all means.
In his reply to the debate on Appropriation Bill 2021 in the Assembly on Friday, the Chief Minister said that the State government would not compromise on State’s interests when it comes to river waters. “I had suggested to the AP government to utilise the Godavari waters for the parched lands of both the States as the water availability in Krishna river is less. It did not heed my advice and continuing its old habits,” Rao said.
The CM said that the National Green Tribunal issued stay orders on the Rayalaseema project. “We have already lodged a complaint with the Central government against the project. We will not leave it there. We will not compromise on waters. We will fight it out. We are taking all measures. If necessary, all our MLAs will go to Delhi and stage a sit-in there. We will not forego our rights in river waters. Telangana is an autonomous State now and we will not forego our rights,” he said.
Alleging that the Andhra Pradesh government was proceeding against the rules on Rajolibanda Diversion Scheme (RDS), he declared that the State would by all means take its just share of 15.9 tmcft in RDS.
Exclusive: Gopichand’s ‘Seetimaarr’ release pushed to this Date
Gopichand and Tamannaah starrer Seetimaarr, which is scheduled to release on April 2nd, is now looking for another release date because of the delay in post-production works.
“Due to delay in post-production works and to give a better experience to the Audiences, our #Seetimaarr release is pushed from April 2nd, 2021. We shall announce the new date at the earliest and we promise that the delay is all that worth,” the production house tweeted.
Now, the Telugubulletin has exclusively learned that Seetimaarr will be releasing on April 29th. After skipping the release date on April 2nd, the makers have now locked the above-mentioned date to release the flick.
The sports-drama film is directed by Sampath Nandi. Gopichand will be seen as a coach of an Andhra Pradesh Kabaddi team, whereas the Milky beauty will be playing the coach of a Telangana Kabaddi team. Digangana Suryavanshi plays the role of a reporter. The film is bankrolled by Srinivasaa Silver Screen, with music by Mani Sharma.
Apart from Tamannaah and Gopichand, the film also features Bhumika Chawla and Rohit Pathak in pivotal roles.
