Jagan’s Traditional Panchakattu Look Grabs Attention on Ugadi

Share

Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy marked the occasion of Ugadi at his Tadepalli residence during his ongoing visit to the state, participating in the celebrations with a notable change in his usual style.

Known for his signature attire of a white shirt and khaki pants, Jagan surprised many by opting for a traditional Panchakattu look this time. His appearance in full traditional wear added a special charm to the festive celebrations and caught the attention of his supporters.

He was joined by close associates, including Srikanth Reddy and Satish Reddy, who were present during the event.

Although Jagan has appeared in traditional outfits during festivals in the past, it has been a while since such visuals were seen. Having skipped recent occasions like Sankranti and Republic Day celebrations in Tadepalli, he chose Ugadi to reconnect with these traditions.

His wife, Y. S. Bharathi, also participated in the celebrations. The couple extended Ugadi wishes to the Telugu community and took part in the Panchanga Sravanam ritual. They also observed the customary tradition of consuming Ugadi Pachadi as part of the pooja.

The visuals from the celebration reflected a blend of tradition, culture, and festive spirit, resonating well with followers and the public alike.

Samantha’s ‘Bapu Bomma’ Look Steals the Spotlight Ahead of Maa Inti Bangaram

Share

Samantha Ruth Prabhu continues to stay in the spotlight, be it through her films, personal life, or unique promotional ideas. The actress is currently busy promoting her upcoming film Maa Inti Bangaram, and she has once again grabbed attention with a creative concept.

As part of the promotions, Samantha introduced the “Bapu Bomma Series,” a tribute to the iconic artistic style that celebrates femininity through softness, grace, and simplicity. The concept beautifully conveys that a woman’s true strength lies not just in courage, but also in embracing her emotions and vulnerabilities.

In her latest look, Samantha exudes timeless elegance in a stunning yellow saree paired with a contrasting dark green blouse. The saree carries a classic South Indian aesthetic with its subtle richness and traditional border. She accessorized it with minimal yet elegant jewelry, including a delicate necklace, matching earrings, and bangles that complement the outfit perfectly.

Her makeup remains soft and natural, enhancing her features without overpowering the look, while her neatly styled hair adds to the overall grace. With a calm and composed expression, Samantha perfectly embodies the essence of a “Bapu Bomma,” reflecting a serene and timeless beauty.

Meanwhile, Maa Inti Bangaram is said to be an emotionally driven story that traces a woman’s journey through fear, strength, and self-acceptance. The film highlights the importance of embracing one’s vulnerabilities as a source of inner power.

Kavya Thapar’s Slim Makeover Sparks Comeback Hopes

Share

In the film industry, talent and beauty don’t always guarantee success—and sometimes, it all comes down to luck. Kavya Thapar is one such actress who has been waiting for her big breakthrough.

Despite having a promising screen presence and multiple opportunities, success has largely eluded her. While she featured in several films, none managed to give her the career-defining hit she needed.

Now, Kavya is taking a fresh step to reinvent herself. The actress has undergone a noticeable physical transformation and appears much slimmer and fitter than before. Once known for her slightly chubby look, the 30-year-old now sports a lean and toned appearance, hoping it will open new doors in the industry.

She first caught attention with Ek Mini Katha and later appeared in films like Eagle alongside Ravi Teja, Double iSmart with Ram, and Viswam opposite Gopichand. However, the outcomes of these projects did not significantly boost her career.

Although Ooru Peru Bhairavakona turned out to be a success, it didn’t translate into major opportunities for her.

With more setbacks than successes, her career momentum slowed down, and offers became limited after Viswam. This transformation seems to be a conscious effort to stage a strong comeback.

Meanwhile, Kavya continues to stay active on social media, ensuring she remains in the public eye while waiting for the right opportunity to strike big.

Aadi Saikumar’s Ego Raja: A Rugged Bilingual Action Entertainer Takes Shape

Share

Riding high on the success of Shambhala, Aadi Saikumar is now stepping into an exciting new phase with his upcoming Telugu–Tamil bilingual film Ego Raja.

Directed by Guru Saravanan, the film also features Sathish in a key role. Notably, Ego Raja marks Aadi Saikumar’s debut in Tamil cinema, adding more curiosity around the project.

Touted to be a gripping blend of intense action and strong emotions, the film is being designed to appeal to audiences across both Telugu and Tamil markets. Backed by G. Suresh under the SGS Productions banner, the project is being mounted on a grand and ambitious scale.

On the occasion of Ugadi, the makers unveiled a striking poster that quickly caught attention. Aadi Saikumar appears in a rugged and aggressive avatar—sporting a lungi, holding a cigarette, and exuding raw intensity. The poster hints at a stylized mass entertainer packed with high-voltage action.

On the technical front, the film boasts a strong crew, with Manoj Paramahamsa handling cinematography and Ghibran composing the music.

The shoot is currently progressing at a brisk pace, with the team aiming for a release in the second half of 2026.

Meanwhile, Aadi Saikumar is also set to collaborate with producer Razesh Danda on another project, along with a few more interesting films in the pipeline.

Ustaad Bhagat Singh Review: Pawan Kalyan Shines in a Routine Mass Entertainer

Share

Ustaad Bhagat Singh marks the much-awaited reunion of Pawan Kalyan and Harish Shankar after their blockbuster Gabbar Singh. Announced back in 2020 and delayed due to multiple factors, including COVID and political commitments, the film has finally hit theatres. But does it recreate the magic of their previous collaboration?

What’s it about?

The story revolves around a noble teacher (K. S. Ravikumar) who dedicates his life to tribal welfare and shapes a courageous young boy into ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’. Growing up into an honest and fearless police officer, Bhagat takes on corruption and injustice.

As his mentor rises to become the Chief Minister, a political conspiracy threatens his life. What follows is Bhagat’s battle against powerful enemies, including a ruthless politician (R. Parthiban), while also navigating his personal relationships with Geetha (Sreeleela) and Shloka (Raashii Khanna).

Performances

Pawan Kalyan is the backbone of the film. His screen presence, styling, and energy are among his best in recent years. He shines in mass moments, emotional scenes, and even brings back his trademark comic timing in parts.

R. Parthiban delivers a solid performance as the antagonist, while K. S. Ravikumar impresses in a restrained and mature role.

Sreeleela does well as a lively RJ, and her chemistry with Pawan Kalyan works better than expected. Raashii Khanna, however, gets limited scope and leaves only a mild impact.

Supporting actors like Rao Ramesh, L.B. Sriram, and others deliver mixed performances, with some comedy portions falling flat.

Technical Aspects

Devi Sri Prasad, who earlier delivered chartbusters for Pawan Kalyan, disappoints this time with a below-average album.

Thaman S provides a decent but largely unremarkable background score.

Cinematography by Ayananka Bose is visually appealing, especially in forest sequences and grand sets. However, editing by Karthika Srinivas could have been tighter, particularly in the first half. Production values from Mythri Movie Makers are rich and commendable.

What Works

  • Pawan Kalyan’s screen presence
  • Three well-executed blocks in the second half
  • A few impactful dialogues

What Doesn’t

  • Routine, template-driven screenplay
  • Outdated narration style
  • Weak songs
  • Slow and dull first half

Analysis

Despite rumors, Ustaad Bhagat Singh is not a remake of Theri, but it heavily borrows familiar elements from several commercial films. While the second half offers a few engaging moments—especially the old city episode, police station sequence, and key confrontation scenes—the film struggles with consistency.

Unlike Gabbar Singh, which stood out due to its fresh characterization, this film leans too much on Pawan Kalyan’s real-life persona and “vintage” references. The initial hour, in particular, feels outdated and lacks excitement.

However, the dialogues by Harish Shankar are a highlight, adding weight to several scenes. Certain nostalgic touches, like the usage of Nee Manase from Tholiprema, work well without feeling forced.

Final Verdict

Ustaad Bhagat Singh has moments that will satisfy fans and mass audiences, but it falls short of expectations when compared to Gabbar Singh.

For fans of Pawan Kalyan, there’s enough to enjoy. For others, it’s a watchable outing only if you’re okay with a formula-driven commercial entertainer.

Razesh Danda Gears Up with Exciting Film Lineup on Ugadi

Starting his journey as a distributor, Razesh Danda has now established a strong identity as both a producer and distributor. Celebrating his birthday on Ugadi, he is currently busy with an exciting and promising lineup of films.

The next release from Hasya Movies is Black Gold, starring Samyuktha.
“It’s a story centered on a police officer who never relies on a gun and a villain whose only weapon is a gun. It’s a completely fresh premise, and we are mounting it on a grand scale. This will be a very new kind of role for Samyuktha. Only five days of talkie shoot are left, and we are aiming for a June or July release,” he shared.

He is also producing a film with Allari Naresh.
“We will wrap up the shoot in the first week of next month and are planning a summer release. The title will be announced soon,” he said.

Razesh Danda has several more projects in the pipeline.
“We locked a script with Aadi Saikumar even before Shambhala released, and the pooja ceremony is scheduled for the 27th of this month. We also have a film with Allu Sirish, directed by Solo Life fame Subbu. Both films will go on floors simultaneously. Talks are also underway for a project with Adivi Sesh,” he revealed.

He also confirmed that work on the sequel to Samajavaragamana is currently in progress. Additionally, another project for ETV Win is in the final stages of casting.

After backing projects like K-Ramp with Kiran Abbavaram, Razesh Danda is now focusing on selecting films with fresh and distinctive storylines, aiming to bring unique content to the audience.

Sreeleela vs Raashi Khanna Styles Steal Spotlight at Ustaad Bhagat Singh Events

Share

The presence of leading ladies at star-studded press meets often grabs as much attention as the film itself, and the latest Ustaad Bhagat Singh events are no exception. Actresses Sreeleela and Raashi Khanna, both known for their glamorous on-screen appearances, have once again become the talk of the town. Their recent special songs, including Kissik and Achacho, have already gone viral, adding to the buzz around the film starring Pawan Kalyan.

At the pre-release events, Raashi Khanna has been turning heads with her bold fashion choices. After impressing in a deep-cut sleeveless blouse earlier, she appeared at the latest press meet in a white strapless blouse paired with a saree, radiating confidence and glamour. Interestingly, she had kept a more simple and traditional look while promoting her previous film Telusu Kada, making her current appearances stand out even more.

In contrast, Sreeleela has been maintaining a more traditional and elegant style. She was seen in a saree with a full-sleeve blouse at one event and later chose a white churidar for the press meet, keeping her look graceful and understated.

The contrast in their styles has sparked discussions among fans, with some noting that Sreeleela seems to be consciously toning down the glamour quotient at public events, much like Anushka Shetty, while Raashi Khanna continues to captivate with her bold and glamorous appearances. This balance of styles has only added more visual appeal and buzz to the promotional events of Ustaad Bhagat Singh.

Anushka Shetty Team Slams Marriage Rumours, Calls for Privacy

Share

Actress Anushka Shetty has once again become the subject of widespread speculation, with recent reports claiming that she is set to get married soon. However, putting all rumours to rest, her team has issued an official statement clarifying that there is no truth to these claims.

The statement strongly criticized certain media outlets and social media pages for spreading unverified information, urging them to wait for official confirmation instead of turning personal matters into sensational headlines. It emphasized that repeatedly publishing rumours without facts is not journalism, but an invasion of privacy.

The team also highlighted the constant focus on the actress’s age, calling it a form of subtle yet persistent age-shaming. They questioned why such narratives are often directed at female actors, while male stars are rarely subjected to similar scrutiny.

Pointing to Anushka’s dignified and low-profile career, the note stated that she has never relied on publicity stunts and prefers to keep her personal life private. It further stressed that marriage is a deeply personal decision and should not be sensationalized for attention or engagement.

With this clarification, her team has made it clear that the ongoing marriage rumours are baseless, while also delivering a strong message about respecting personal boundaries and maintaining responsible reporting within the entertainment industry.
