Bellamkonda Srinivas‘s Alludu Adhurs is set to hit the silver screens this Sankranthi season and the makers have released the theatrical trailer of the film a few minutes ago.

For some odd reason, the makers seem to have rushed while cutting the trailer.

Let alone building buzz and anticipation for the film, the trailer fails to hold the attention of the viewer even for 2-odd minutes run-time.

The trailer starts off with hero character establishment, and then comes the love track, followed by an out of the blue horror comedy. It is incoherent and least bit impressive.

Bellamkonda Srinivas has slimmed down a bit for his role and happening beauty Nabha Natesh plays a gamine role. The other lady lead Anu Emmanuel is briefly seen in the trailer. Real-life hero Sonu Sood and Prakash Raj play pivotal roles in the film, the trailer implies.

Santosh Srinivas who carved a mark for himself with his debut film Kandireega is need of a commerical super hit and he is pinning high hopes on Alludu Adhurs. The film will be releasing on 15th January.

ఇదిలా ఉంటే.. ఈ చిత్రానికి సంబంధించిన ఓ ఆసక్తికరమైన వార్త సోషల్‌ మీడియాలో చక్కర్లు కొడుతోంది. ఈ సినిమాలో ‘ఫిదా’ బ్యూటీ సాయి పల్లవి నటించనుందని ఆ వార్త సారాంశం. అంతేకాదు ఇందులో సాయిపల్లవి బన్నీకి చెల్లెలిగా నటించనుందని వార్తలు షికార్లు చేస్తున్నాయి. అంతే కాదు ఈ సినిమా కోసమే చిరంజీవి హీరోగా తెరకెక్కుతోన్న ‘ఆచార్య’లో నటించే అవకాశం వచ్చినా తిరస్కరించిదట ఈ నాచ్యురల్ బ్యూటీ. ప్రస్తుతం సాయి పల్లవి కెరీర్‌ మంచి పీక్స్‌లో ఉంది. ఇలాంటి సమయంలో ఒక యంగ్‌ హీరోకి చెల్లిగా నటించడానికి సాయి పల్లవి ఒప్పకుందంటే కాస్త సందేహించాల్సిందే. మరి ఈ వార్తలో ఎంత వరకు నిజం ఉందో తెలియాంటే చిత్ర యూనిట్‌ అధికారికంగా స్పందించే వరకు వేచి చూడాలి. ప్రస్తుతం ఈ నాచ్యురల్‌ బ్యూటీ రానా సరసన ‘విరాటపర్వం 1992’ మూవీలో నటిస్తోంది.

Minister for Civil Supplies Kodali Venkateswara Rao slammed opposition TDP leaders over the allegations on him and said that Gudivada knows that he is one behind the closure of poker clubs and gambling houses in the constituency.

Speaking to the media here on Monday, the Minister asserted that the raids were conducted by the State Enforcement Bureau (SEB), but the TDP leaders are portraying it as if it was their achievement, although it was done by the YSRC government. He reiterated that the State government had made amendments to the Gambling Act and taking strict action against the gambling houses. However, with a section of favoured media, TDP leaders are smearing mud with false allegations, said the minister, recalling that the former MP Konakalla Narayana had organised gambling at his home itself.

The Minister further said that unlike Chandrababu Naidu and Devineni Uma, he didn’t had any need to organise gambling or get involved with it. Chandrababu and Devineni Uma have a history of living on clubs and while Devineni Uma collects commissions in Vijayawada and Guntur clubs and shares the profit with Nara Lokesh. He said that the people of Gudivada are well aware of his character and are not going to believe the allegations.

Minister Kodali Nani clarified that he met the Chief Minister on NDB tenders but not on poker affair. He requested the Chief Minister to give priority to Gudivawada in NDB tenders.

Natural star Nani’s ‘V’ has skipped its theatrical release as the theatres were closed and they have released it on Amazon Prime Video. After theatres were opened, The makers of ‘V’ have re-released the film in theatres on January 1st. Sadly, the film was rejected by fans and audience. On the other hand, Raj Tarun’s Orey Bujjiga has also released it again in theatres.

But the film is receiving positive response and movie buffs are rushing into theatres even after watching it on OTT platform which was released a few months ago. According to the sources, Raj Tarun’s Orey Bujjiga is doing well compared to Nani’s V. Both these movies are pretty evident for the audience that once the film released in OTT wouldn’t do better business in theatres. Likewise, Raj Tarun overtakes Nani in terms of movie business at the box office.

AP Govt To Distribute Essential Commodities At Doorsteps From February 1

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Monday said that the distribution of essential goods at the doorsteps will start from February 1st. The ration card holders will be given the essential commodities. CM YS Jagan conducted a review meeting at his camp office on grain procurement and the door delivery of goods. The CM directed the officers to ensure that the farmers should be paid within 15 days after the procurement of grains.

He further added that the bills for procurement of grain should not be kept pending and procurement of grain should be done as per the target set for this kharif. 9,260 mobile units, a similar number of advanced weighing machines and 2.91 crore non-woven carrying bags are ready for home delivery of essential goods.

The Chief Minister said special vehicles will be launched in the third week of this month for home delivery of essential goods and 10 kg of rice bags will also be unveiled on the same day.

The Chief Minister said mini-trucks were allocated to BCs, Cs, STs, EBCs, Muslim and Christian minorities for the distribution of essential commodities. A total of 2,333 vehicles have been allotted to SCs, 700 to STs, 3,875 to BCs, 1,616 to EBCs, 567 to Muslim minorities and 85 to Christian minorities.

AP CM YS Jagan said that, “Beneficiaries will be provided loans through their respective corporations, and loan facilitation camps were organised by the State Civil Supplies department in all the districts.”

Civil Supplies Minister Kodali Nani, Chief Secretary Aditya Nath Das, Special Chief Secretary (Agriculture) Poonam Malakondaiah, Civil Supplies Commissioner Kona Shashidhar and other officials were present.

Will TRS Boss Change Strategy For Khammam, Warangal?

Is the ruling TRS changing its strategy? Normally, when the popularity graph begins to fall, TRS supremo and Chief Minister KCR will go aggressive and call for early elections. This mantra has helped him in the 2019 assembly elections, panchayat and the municipal elections in the state. He swept the opposition off its feet and registered impressive victories.

But, this strategy boomeranged in the GHMC elections. Though the term of the incumbent GHMC council was to expire in February, he called for early elections and lost badly. The disenchantment against the non-performing TRS was palpable and the party received a drubbing from the BJP. Now, KCR, it appears, has decided to change strategy. He seems to be of the opinion that instead of calling for early elections, he should wait till the expiry of the current council in Warangal and Khammam. In both the places, the BjP is quite resurgent and leaders from all other parties are joining the BjP.

The term of the civic bodies in both Khammam and Warangal will end in March this year. So, the TRS will wait till March and might even bring in the special officers to delay the elections to the extent possible. The idea is that the TRS would refurbish its image, with the confidence of the voters and then only go in for elections. But, will this strategy succeed? Let’s wait and see how things unfold.
