The upcoming Tamil film Youth, directed by and starring Ken Karunaas, is all set for its Telugu release on March 26.
Featuring a lively ensemble cast including Anishma Anil Kumar, Devadarshini Chetan, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Priyanshi Yadav, and Meenakshi Dinesh, the film is being presented in Telugu by producers Vineeth and Sandeep under the E2C banner. The makers are promoting it with the catchy tagline, “Come with your gang – no age limit.”
At a vibrant freshers’ meet held in Hyderabad, Ken Karunaas expressed his gratitude for the warm response from the Telugu audience. He noted that earning support for a small film in today’s competitive industry is no small feat and said the encouragement from both audiences and industry members meant a lot to him.
He also shared that the team had initial doubts about how the film would be received, but the success of Little Hearts boosted their confidence. Ken credited cinematographer Surya for helping bring the film closer to Telugu audiences and thanked producers Sandeep and Vineeth for backing the project.
Concluding his speech, he invited audiences to watch Youth in theatres, promising a fun-filled entertainer that not only relieves stress but also strikes an emotional chord, especially in its portrayal of the bond between parents and children.

Man Arrested for Vulgar Comment on Renu Desai
The governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have been consistently warning against social media abuse, especially vulgar and offensive comments targeting women and children. Authorities have made it clear that such behaviour will lead to strict legal action.
In line with these warnings, the Telangana Police have taken action against an individual for posting an inappropriate comment about Renu Desai on Instagram. According to reports, Kotipalli Venkanna, a security guard by profession, was arrested by the Hyderabad police after he allegedly posted a vulgar remark on a social media post related to the actress. He was reportedly active on Instagram and made the comment after coming across her post. Police quickly responded and took him into custody on charges related to online harassment.
This is not an isolated incident. Just a few days ago, another individual was arrested for posting offensive comments against Anasuya. These cases highlight that law enforcement agencies are taking social media misconduct seriously.
Despite repeated warnings from the authorities, some individuals continue to engage in inappropriate online behaviour. However, such swift actions by the police send a strong message that cyberbullying and vulgar comments will not be tolerated.
