Shock: YCP Colour To Idol On Temple
Taking the politics to new low in Andhra Pradesh, a Hindu Temple and Idol in Nellore district have been painted in Blue & White – YCP’s trademark colour. The Temple’s top and idol of Lord Garuda (Garuthmantha) has been painted. This has raised a lot of criticism from several quarters as it is deeply hurting the sentiments of a community.
Some over-enthusiastic leaders, activists of party is suspected to have done this. TDP and BJP leaders have raised a strong objection to YCP’s political acts. Coming down heavily on ruling party, TDP leaders are asking the government to focus on people’s welfare and development instead of indulging in political activities like this. They are also questioning the government’s stand on capital and losing investments.
BJP leaders have issued a strong warning to government to mend its ways for hurting the sentiments of a community. They are demanding the government to take stern action against those responsible and immediately rectify the wrongdoing.
However, this is not first time YCP’s colour has been painted on a public property. Earlier, the incidents like Indian Flag and Gram Panchayat buildings were painted in Blue & White colours and it also had invited a furore. It was then reported that CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy had asked YCP leaders to not repeat such acts. Yet, Jagan’s instructions have fallen on deaf ears. Now, the latest incident is worrying as it could even lead to a law and order situation in village. More details are awaited.
Bhuma Family Dispute: Brother files case on Sisters
Former minister Bhuma Akhila Pirya has landed in an unwanted dispute with her own brother. Going to details Jagath Vikyath Reddy has filed a petition in Ranga Reddy court on November 14th, asking for a share in the sale of land.
The late Bhuma Shoba Reddy owned 1000 square yards of land in Gandipet of Rajendranagar mandal, Ranga Reddy district under plot number 20, survey number 190 and 192. This land was sold in the year 2016 and Vikyath Reddy claimed that he was a minor back then and so he obeyed his father’s words and put his finger stamps on the documents during the sale. Three years later, Vikyath wanted a share in the sale of land which reportedly was sold for Rs 2 crore.
However there is an interesting twist here. Vikyath Reddy is residing in the same residence with Akhila Priya and the advocate whom Vikyath Reddy preferred to file a case is their cousin. When media tried to contact Akhila Priya for a comment, she added that there are no disputes with her brother Vikyath Reddy.
20 TDP MLAs, YCP MLAs & MPs in touch: Chowdary
Rajya Sabha MP Sujana Chowdary said many YSRCP MLAs and MPs are in touch with the BJP and he also corrected the number of TDP MLAs in contact with him. “Not nine MLAs but 20 MLAs are in talks with us,” added Sujana.
When asked about the MLAs and MPs names, Sujana replied that this is not the right time to reveal about them. “Those legislatures and Parliamentarians are in no rush to BJP and in fact they want to take their own sweet time. When the appropriate time comes, they will shift the party and might also take call on their constitutional positions,” stated Sujana.
He further said, BJP is making strategic moves to form the next government in Andhra Pradesh. About Pawan Kalyan’s New Delhi tour, Sujana added that he has no clue about Pawan talking to the BJP leaders in government. “I’m not in touch with him and no knowledge with whom he is taking to in Delhi,” quipped Sujana.
BJP is really pulling its socks and Sujana’s fresh comments might bring insecurity in both YSRCP and TDP. Though it is a usual stuff for the AP opposition, the ruling party must worried as having won 151 MLAs, the party is not doing adequate stuff to keep the MLAs in its fold.
Pandagaki Alludu Vastadu Anukunte, Mogudu Vachadu
As fans are waiting with bated breath for the teaser of Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru which will be released today evening at 5:04 PM, here comes a spicy update. Apparently the dialogues of the teaser are going to be a big feast as there are some stunning references to Sankranthi festival and heroism in them.
“Sankranthi ki Alludu Vastadu Anukunte, Mogudu Vachadu” is one dialogue mouthed by Prakash Raj in the teaser, in reference to Mahesh Babu, and that is going to give goosebumps to fans right now, says insiders. And the teaser is said to have a dialogue each for Mahesh, Prakash Raj and comeback starlet Vijayashanti. And the three dialogues are going to be powerful and elevation-types in this one-minute odd teaser.
On the other hand, if the film has such powerful mass dialogues elevating the hero, Mahesh would become the real ‘mogudu’ of the box office amidst huge competition from other big stars movies including Rajnikanth’s Darbar and Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. Director Anil Ravipudi is known for delivering terrific comedy pieces with good action sequences too, and if he lives up to that, then Sarileru Neekevvaru is going to be a sure shot winner.
Not Even Recovers Publicity Cost!
Sundeep Kishan’s Tenali Ramakrishna BA.BL is marching towards a total washout. The film is a big letdown to audience as well as trade. Even the comedy didn’t work well as it turned out to be dated. Other than handful of political punch lines, Tenali has nothing new to offer disappointing the comedy lovers.
According to trade analysts, the film may not even recover the meager publicity costs involved. The distributors are going to lose chunk of their investment.
However, it is rumoured that first-time producers who are close to director Nageshwar Reddy have pocketed their investment even before the film’s release as the film is made in a shoe-string budget and it is sold off to buyers. Distributors are now hoping that producers should compensate them. Let’s see what happens.
Ileana Vs Kriti: What A Sexy Fight?
After a long break, curvaceous siren Ileana D’Cruz found a film in the form of Pagalapanti and the film is hitting cinemas tomorrow. To promote this film, she’s trying to go super sexy with her outfits and a cleavage show became a most important aspect of her looks these days.

Fresh Rumour: Samantha Is Two Months Pregnant
Time and again, queen bee Samantha is squashing rumours related to her pregnancy. Other day, she has even vented frustration by saying ‘For all those interested in the functioning of my body, I’m gonna have a baby on Aug 7, 7 am, 2022’. But then, rumours are not stopping anywhere.

Talk: Allu Arjun’s Swanky Office
Allu Arjun is going all out for his new office. Bunny is said to be spending huge on his new office that is being built in Jubilee Hills. Apparently, Bunny wants to make it look like a big corporate office and hence taking special care on interior and decor of the office.
This is going to be swanky, lavish and well-built office. It is also going to be first of its kind office of a star hero in Tollywood which will accommodate a large space and large people. Allu Arjun is planning a big meeting hall where he could interact with his fans. There is a special story room being built where he could listen to stories, scripts. And he could meet the directors and have long discussions. ADs of his films and Geetha Arts would also be accommodated in this huge office of Allu Arjun. And brand meetings and endorsement deals could even be discussed in this upcoming office. Hence, the whole office is planned to look like a corporate office.
What’s more? Allu Arjun also allotted a special media room in the office where he could meet media folks and some interviews, press conferences could be conducted. The parking space of this office is also huge and could accommodate good number of cars, bikes in such a prime locality and the office would have a couple of entrances and exits.
The construction of this swankier office is currently going on in Jubilee Hills and it is learnt that a vast amount is spent by Bunny. After splurging on his caravan Falcon, Allu Arjun has now set his eyes on his posh office.
Flop Hero Goes Back To Teja?
Actors like Uday Kiran, Sada and Gopichand got catapulted to fame with their first movies with Teja including Chitram and Jayam respectively, Kajal didn’t fetch much from him. And then, other than Gopichand, all the other stars have approached Teja when their career fell into doldrums.
While Teja united Uday and Sada for a film which didn’t work, he gave super hit to Kajal through Nene Raju Nene Mantri. Making a case from all these equations, now Gopichand is said to be holding talks with Teja for a movie. As the action hero’s career is going through a rough patch now, surely any help from Teja would be quite useful.
Cancelling his upcoming project which is to be directed by a Tamil filmmaker Binu Subrahmanyam, Gopichand is said to be contemplating to join hands with Teja immediately.
Unfazed Jagan, Unruly Opposition!
YSR Congress party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy is completely unfazed by the attack on his government from all sides – from unruly opposition, hostile media and so-called intellectuals.The anguish of being attacked by the opposition was reflected in Jagan’s speech at Mummidivaram in East Godavari district, where he addressed fishermen community on Thursday. His speech was the highlight of all the mainstream media in Andhra on Friday.
In its banner story, Sakshi quoted Jagan as screaming as to whether he had done any mistakes in doing good for the people in the last five months.“I have been planning to transform the backward classes into backbone of the state. Was it a mistake? Despite seeing the great decisions taken by me in the last five months, you have been watching how I have been blamed for everything. Though I have not taken any bad decision, they are trying to mislead the people by projecting me in bad light,” Jagan said at the meeting.
Andhra Jyothy highlighted Jagan’s confident statement that he has the ability to withstand the onslaught from all his enemies though they get united. Apparently, it appears to be an indication to Jagan’s suspicion that the main rival parties – TDP, Jana Sena and Bharatiya Janata Party might join hands together again to bring down his government.Eenadu also carried the same story as the third lead story quoting Jagan as saying that he had fulfilled the promises made by him during the padayatra.There seems to be no end to the controversy over introduction of English medium in government schools.
For the first time, TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu clarified that he had never opposed the English medium, but was only suggesting that both English and Telugu mediums are essential for the students. This was one of the major stories carried by Eenadu.Andhra Jyothy continued to make it an issue by carrying a special report as the second lead, saying English medium is not an issue, but the attempt to phase out Telugu is the real problem.

Its second lead story is also a soft one – on the commencement of first day-night test cricket match at Eden Gardens using pink ball.Both Eenadu and Andhra Jyothy ignored an interesting story on Industries Minister Mekapati Gautam Reddy’s announcement on setting up of a mega electric bus manufacturing company by Veera Vahana in Anantapur.
Instead, they carried a story on the high court stalling the order giving by single bench lifting stay on the construction of Polavaram hydro-electric project. Both the dailies also gave prominence to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s affectionate calling of YSRC MP from Narsapuram K Raghurama Krishnam Raju.
After all, they still believe negative stories always sell!
Eesha Rebha: ‘I am Always Hot’
Eesha Rebba has her hands full. Her last few releases were Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava, Subrahmanyapuram and Brand Babu.Her new thriller Ragala 24 Gantallo releases this Friday. She is game to taking up any film that excites her, it doesn’t matter if the director is new or experienced.
Ragala 24 Gantallo is a murder mystery, and the trailer promises a narrative that builds suspense. “It’s a suspense thriller with plenty of scope to perform,” says Eesha.
As for the recently released trailer which shows the actress in a glamorous avatar, she unabashedly admits, “Yes, I look glamorous in this film.”
Even on Instagram, the actress is a big hit with her glamorous pictures in different outfits. “I am always hot,” she says with a smile.“The story revolves around my character but I strained myself quite a bit. It took a toll on my health; I was travelling and shooting for two films simultaneously and would go to the sets straight from the airport. I had a good time nevertheless; the director was understanding. Music director Raghu Kunche would come to the sets sometimes and give background score then and there to reflect the ambience,” she reveals.
A Telugu girl, Eesha admits to being typecast in stereotyped or traditional roles.“But I like to wear different clothes, so I post them on Instagram,” she says, adding that for a Telugu girl, there are very few opportunities.
Meanwhile, she has also signed a Kannada film and a Tamil film opposite G.V. Prakash.
Star Heroes Considering This Director As Fluke!
Parasuram is a talented filmmaker who has mostly made minimum guarantee films. However, he has never made a path breaking film or a film that leaves the stamp of its director.Geetha Govindam turned out to be a big hit minting nearly Rs. 70 Crore at the box office. The film has made five times its investment, but it is just another formulaic film that had clicked.
With Geetha Govindam exceeding expectations, Parasuram is looking to promote himself from mid range heroes to top tier heroes.He is trying hard to impress stars like Mahesh, Allu Arjun and Prabhas. But Parasuram’s regular and formulaic ideas aren’t getting much attention from them.Parasuram is in no mood to go back to his regular mid-range films despite getting turned down on multiple attempts.
On the other hand, Parasuram was lucky enough to get nearly Rs. 10 crore for Geetha Govindam as he had a partnership in it. He is reportedly asking for same remuneration for his next projects too.Parasuram should deliver another blockbuster to prove that his success isn’t fluke. With another blockbuster up his sleeve, star heroes will surely give him a chance.
Releasing Today: All Eyes On George Reddy
George Reddy is one of those low budget films that grabbed the attention of industry bigwigs and film lovers alike.Being the biopic of an influential student leader it has been making so much noise since its teaser was out.
The makers are confident about the output that they dared to screen paid premieres a day ahead of its theatrical release.The public verdict on the film will be out in a few hours. Can this film become a money spinner at the box office during this slump period? George Reddy is not going to have a solo release though.
There are other small films like Tholu Bommalata and Ragala 24 Gantallo that are releasing today. However, there is not much buzz around those films.It is advantage George Reddy as there is not a single film that is doing well at the ticket windows at the moment.
If George Reddy manages to generate good word of mouth then it can register notable collections in its first weekend.
